It all depends on who is serving you that day some staff will give you just a half cup full of chicken In your burrito. So your chicken burrito doesn't taste like a chicken burrito anymore. It just tastes like bean's. I like everything else.

Burritos are delicious. Prefer spicy ones if you can. Nice place to have dinner with friends. Prices normal.

Oct 4/23 Don’t waste your money here, they don’t appreciate your business. Customer service sucks. When I cashed out with the lady, i received no help, no please, no thank you. Manager obviously doesn’t do their job.

I told them to make me a veggie bowl. They made 2 and then they said u ordered 2. I said sorry even though it wasn't my mistake.

They dint even look at me. Zero customer service.

A relative expensive choice as mexician burrito or bowl.
But foods are taste good with sauce.

On my first visit, one of the staff ruined my experience - she grabbed tiny portions (way below the edge of the bowl) and never mentioned that I could add fajita veggies and all kinds of salsa for free. In addition, the cleaning conditions were poor; there was even sauce stuck on the forks they offered.

Burrito bowl is my favourite. Food quality is very good. I go here often. Service is quick as well.

The food is not good, the place is super dirty, there is garbage on the tables and they don't clean them, they take time to serve.

I'm writing this review to inform potential customers about the predatory tactics used by the management at this establishment. These strategies ultimately exploit consumers, causing unnecessary financial burdens. Additionally, I was quite disappointed by the manager's rude behavior and his apparent inability to engage in a rational conversation

A great food with great service, Veg bowl was amazing with fresh food. It's my first time Mexican food but I had a great experience.

Last time I went on Tuesday and only concern was I had to tell the girl to put more multiple times. She needs to be trained more.

Thank you for the soup you put inside my burrito, you might as well serve a floatie with your burrito cause i would be able to go swimming in it, too crowded and too dirty.

The guy who made my family's burritos bowls is a legend best burritos bowls ever.
The lady at cash forgot to put the chips and chocolate milk in the bag and worst of all, no forks in the bag. Got to the 28th floor of hotel with no forks

Good food, need better pickup/lineup signage or help from staff if you’re standing by there unsure or to order. This was from a month ago unsure if changed.

This place’s owner or worker was disrespectful to me when I walked in without a mask, he asked me why wasn’t I wearing one I said I am exempt. He replied what is your condition? When by law no one is allowed to ask that question I replied by you’re not allowed to ask me my condition he said we aren’t going to serve you get out! So disrespectful and disappointing.

Pretty clean for such a high - traffic location.

Edit: Went back here again and the service wasn't the best. There was no one in line and the guy serving me, while polite, was literally throwing all the ingredients into the bowl haphazardly. Is this company policy to make themselves look efficient? Why rush when there was no one there? When I got home the bag was soaked.

I love the staffs there who are friendly and they complimented my style! I ordered a bowl with chicken and rice and it was healthy and tasty!

I love chipotle so much! This location has always been my favourite. I always always order the chicken burrito bowl. The absolute best!

Chipotle tasted so much than good bowl burritos or tacos are delicious and ready in a few minutes, I recommend tried carne asada is one of my favorite

Chipotle was ok bless. It is quite the pricey and you get something filling but it's just kind of filling, not filling, if you know what I mean. I was looking for the source of the Chipotle sauce, but I don't think these guys knew what it was. There were a lot of people in line for their Chipotles, I wonder if that was their first time there because it's not that good to stay in line for.

The sweet slash salty wasabi was extra cost, so that makes it not as good as other places where the sweet slash salty wasabi is free

Love the ease of ordering food and customisation option, the food is definitely delicious, nutritious and yummy! The best guacamole and chips ever! Love the soft and hard shell tacos and burritos bowls! A delightful place for vegetarian as the options and quantity can satisfy even a voracious appetite!

Fast service, but it does get really crowded at lunch time, long queue and no seats. Other than that, it's typical Chipotle.

Late night burritos are amazing. Fairly priced, quick service despite longer lines. Stop by for some good food.

The Tacos are not great. You would expect them to better for the brand's name. Service is terrible, the staff in this location were extremely unfriendly and seems uninterested in working.

As a fast food place, it is one of the best and this location is fast, clean, well run. The burritos are very good, better than some formal restaurants. Just know it is like a high school cafeteria if you dine in. I always take out.

Each day I go into work, I immediately start to crave Chipotle, the staff is also very efficient but most importantly every friendly and personable. I always recommend Chipotle to my colleagues and friends because the taste is consistently great and always satisfies the craving. The taste is also incredibly fresh each time I dine at Chipotle.

This food was amazing. Efficient service, delicious food! I had a bowl with steak, rice, salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole and lettuce.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE. So delicious.the menu is simple. I'm always super full and satisfied. Can get pretty busy. They're very efficient. Depending on the location the seating area is not the most comfortable but worth it.

Great location, awesome food and friendly staff! Chipotle is my go-to fast food and the staff here is friendly and helpful.
The Men's washroom needs to be better maintained though.

I tried quite a few places in Toronto but enjoyed eating at only few places and this is one of them. A decent place for salad eaters.

I tried to add rewards after order.but cannot. The app is asking for US Zip for a Canadian Address. Stupid App. Bad design.

Always reasonably priced, tasty and healthy ingredients to choose from. People are friendly and amount is just right for my lunch/dinner

This place is usually quite busy, but if it isn't busy, the employees still don't welcome or greet people who come into the restaurant. It can be difficult to find where to order because there isn't any signage. It was quite difficult to navigate the first time there.
Despite all of this, the food is incredible. Very fresh food with reasonable portions. There was one worker there who was incredible kind and made my day by complimenting my Bob Ross t-shirt. Shoutout to you.

Love the food, feel free to ask for more rice/beans since that's free. It's pretty pricey though but I always feel full afterwards.

Chipotle is the Best Mexican grill for Vegetarian lovers, Bowl is my Favorite Selection and it is Value for Money. I am always Hungry for Chipotle.love the Place and food.

This place sucks the staff is immature and unprofessional they aren't using the standard cup for chicken but the Indian girl with green hair who made my food yells in an Indian accent the scoop the scoop is 4 ounce but when I make her weigh the scoop she only put 2.8 when it should of been 4 oz she had the nerve to tell me she put enough chicken in my wife's bowl when she put nearly half the amount their supposed to put with no appology from the unprofessional staff they didn't even fix my wife's chicken bowl which barly had any chicken inside she put less then a half scoop more chicken in mine and claimed she gave me more then 4 oz after lmao talk about unprofessional I don't know where they find these immigrants from but they have no education to know what 4oz is and proceed to argue with the customers like she's some all mighty know it all meat god lmao the uneducated people in this country drive me insane this place needs to teach their staff to be more professional and not rip off their customers

It turned out that my order was sent to another location for pickup. The manager (i think) said that it's no problem and that he was able to do it right away. The place was busy! I was so thankful for the kindness of these workers to be so understanding and accommodating. I will definitely continue going to this place

The chicken bowl was pretty good. Can't go wrong here as a lunch option, although it's slightly more expensive than other options that are very similar.

I’m a fan of chipotle but this time I had a bad experience with the chicken bowl. One of the ingredients was frozen. It was like eating frozen packed food plus the rice was soggy.the measure spoon for the chicken was half full of sticky chicken so when they poured it the portion was way less than expected.

Went there for my first time and the service was quite poor. It was almost like it was made too fast. I had to ask them to repeat them selves more than twice because of the loud ambiance and nothing had signs so I had no idea what they were asking me to put on the burrito. They weren't even friendly (not that they had to be). The employee who wrapped by burrito had no idea what she was doing, it was almost wrapped in a ball or squar as oppose to the classic burrito shape most burritos are it. It even had topping coming outside of the tin foil, like really - you couldn't afford to spare a little more tinfoil to ensure it wrapped right. When I got to the end of the time to pay for my order I was shocked that they wanted $15 for a burrito. I found out later that the charge extra for guacamole. 2.75 cents for guacamole and they don't even tell you. The burrito wasn't toasted like most places. It was a decent burrito (good toppings, quality steak cubes, but it could have been toasted or cared for better) but I won't be going back anytime soon as I can get more food and better food for around $10.which is $5 less than I paid for a 1 sit burrito - no drink no chips just a $15 burrito: (

I come here often, staff is quick on their feet and are very attentive. They strive to clear the floor which is always great and manager is very friendly.

Your workers esp the girls don’t know how to listen to clear instructions and give attitude when THEY can’t understand. Smh

They cut their meat products so much into tiny pieces and it doesn’t seem like they wash them often? Burrito boys around the corner is much better priced with higher quality product.

Great place. Could be crowded at times, but it's quick and cheap. Pretty tasty too. The only drawback is, sometimes, there's a long line and it could take some time to order. The place is conveniently located and clean. The service is friendly. Definitely recommended for a quick bites.

I had a poor customer service experience with the manager. He was unreasonable until I asked for the contact info for the area supervisor. The other manager is much better but she was away. This experience put me off this restaurant.

The chicken tasted like it was reheated from three days ago, and the sour cream was runnier than my nose on a cold winter day.
