Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They have bad service and food portion is so disappointing.

The hot sauce gave me bad cramps. Something wrong with it. I am very tolerant of spices generally. Something was wrong with it. My partner had the same response.

Also steak was chewy like an old pack of gum. Never had such bad experience with Chipotle earlier.

Very far from the flavor and presentation of Mexican food, but it is a good option when you want something different from hamburgers and hotdogs.

Worst place ever! I had chipotle today at around 2: 30 and there’s a girl with specs, she is the most rude girl I have seen. I told her to add veges and sauces according to me and she kept on adding everything without asking me, Inwas telling her what to add but instead of listening to me, she kept on adding sauces and veges. She didn’t even add sour cream even though I told her 4 times still she didn’t listen and then I reminded her again to give me sour cream and then she gave me on the side. And the worst part is she was RUDE. The most RUDE person ever.

Extremely poor service. I will never be coming here again, and I will not be recommending Chipotle to my friends and family.

A worker, who I will not be identifying, filled my bowl with a very underwhelming, half spoon of chicken. Usually, I receive a full, fairly sized scoop of chicken. I asked for a bit more chicken, as I would like to receive at least what I paid for. The worker refused, and said more would cost extra. I asked again, hoping she would understand that she gave me an unreasonably small chicken portion to start. She once again refused. I am deeply saddened by this service and treatment, and Chipotle has lost my business.

A quick stop, located inside the mall. Food was great, a bit on the spicy side, but delicious. Quick service, generous portions.

Their servers hardly put any food in your burrito bowl. I regularly eat at Chipotle, and this place has the rudest staff.

$14 burrito is size like McDonald's snack wrap. I regret I didn't go buy Big Mac meal, instead of that Chipotle mistake. And they gave me some veggie option, because barely have meat here.

Overrated and the steak bowl was fatty. I said only lettuce and I did not even see them out the guacamole that is $2.95. The total ended up being $17.20 for a small bowl, but the Pinto beans and rice were decent I guess.

Well staffed and quick service. This restaurant is located in the food court within Square One shopping centre. There is ample space to sit and dine in the court.

Chipotle as a franchise allows “extra” on toppings - employee that dealt with me gave very little portions relative to what I’ve gotten at other locations

Asked for extras and was told “can you calm down”
