Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was there 3 days ago. I wasn’t sure if the food would be good. Not a lot expectations!
What a surprise, it was delicious! ’
I had the “ carne assada “ with guacamole!

Portions are so low, the cost of the food is ridiculous, and the bowl I got was cold including the meat and rice.

Bad service. All I wanted was a simple salad. Asked for fresher greens, because what the girl put in my bowl was brown and there were black dead pieces of green lettuce mixed in so this is why I asked if I could please have fresher lettuce. The girl walks away and doesn’t come back her manager says she doesn’t know where things are and refuses to serve fresh lettuce because as he said “I put it out this morning so it’s good. ”mind you it’s 3 in the afternoon, so this has been sitting out for hours. I told him the lettuce was not fresh. In the end I left the store because it was a problem to get fresh food. Nasty people. Bad business practice.

Portion sizes very inconsistent, depends from server to server. Food is as standard but depending on who makes the burrito, I may need more food to fill me as it should.

I have a very serious complaint about the and management policy. Can I reach for the owners info as soon as possible please!

Ordered bowl 8: 48 pm. Pior an asian lady served light porportion of rice. She has wide shoulders and nose a little on the heavy side. I said I wanted more. She then said paraphasing "it's normal portion". One man saved this location. I was able to get extra portions.

The employees are friendly, but unfortunately, the manager seems to lack proper training and manners. You will likely not get a fair portion of meat here; they tend to be a bit skimpy with their servings, unethical behaviour.

I don’t know why this particular chipotle is so stingy with everything.including rice, veggies, chicken and my extra guac.food is always good tho just annoying that i have to ask for extra everything.and i’m not even a big eater

Came here at 10: 15pm and they were out of rice? They refused to make more. How can Chipotle be out of rice? Bathrooms were also closed. Closing time listed is 11pm. Ridiculous.

This place is great. Good food, pretty healthy, affordable, abundant and fast. We love the limited edition chicken al pastor bowl the most. Hopefully they don't get rid of that!

The staff here is really friendly, portions are generous (especially for the bowls), and even if there is a line, the service is still usually fast.

We get this a lot at work since we are nearby. Highly recommend if you want a healthier takeout food option!

Could be a little cleaner inside, at the seating areas, otherwise service was good and food tasted fine.

Customer service was the worst I didn't even get my right order on top of that michelle kuizon is the worst general manager ever she treated me with the most hateful way of disrespect towards me. I think its because of my skin color. I will never go to this location ever again and neither do I recommend anyone else to go there.

Got the chicken bowl. Service was friendly and quick. Food wasn't bad. Good to grab a quick bite.

At 10: 15 am, they carelessly leave their doors wide open. Instead of having the decency to apologize for their foolish mistake when customers enter to make purchases, they choose to disrespect them. This has to be the absolute pinnacle of stupidity when it comes to running a business. I've never come across such sheer incompetence.

I don't know what's going on with this location but overall the food has become garbage. The last 2 times I've ordered Del. My order has been wrong and stale. Adding spicy instead of mild salsa makes my food inedible. I get the veggies instead of meat and it's all onions 2 or 3 peppers. I won't be ordering Del. Again from this location.

Always a go to at this Chipotle! The food here has always been on par, or fresher, to me than the average chipotle I frequently visit. The portions are also quite sizeable most times I’ve been, and the staff are quite friendly when speaking with them. I go in the evenings if that makes any difference. Maybe some of you have different experiences?

The hours changed recently to be open until 11pm 7 days/week as one of them informed me.

PS:

Only downside, maybe for people coming in who aren’t familiar with the Stockyards Area, is the smell. NOT the Chipotle restaurant itself, but the moment you step outside of the store it hits you. It’s because the stockyards still have so many slaughterhouse facilities in the area (hence the name) and it’s is a very strong smell! Just something to consider if that would spoil your tasty burrito, lol. Especially for you vegetarians/vegans we understand you!

Better than average Chipotle, nice staff, and if you can withstand the odor, you’ll be having yourself a tasty lil burrito!

In general I like Chipotle and my kids eat the kids meal. This location is not generous with the portions though. My kids just want the rice but no extra is allowed anymore.please a little extra rice, it's just rice, come on!

This is a large location and open until 11pm for your late night needs. The juice dispenser was down, and it needed a spruce up when I was there. Otherwise excellent value and fresh food. I got the last chips of the night around 9: 45pm on a weekend.

Food was regular chipotle food. But my issue is that the management put a super long password on the bathroom, it’s like 8 different digits just to use the bathroom, and the employee has to tell you it & you just have to Remember it in your head then enter it at the bathroom door. It’s weird. I’ve never had a more complicated experience using a bathroom in my life. Management needs to do better

Please don't look so unhappy when making my food and look anoid when my kid takes her time to choose. Don't worry you didn't give us to mach food. Take a day off you deserve it. Smile it helps. Came back again, 7 people behind the counter I stood there for way to long before someone asked me what I wanted. They should really weigh the portions. One person gets double, and the person behind gets twice as much. She was so worried that she was gonna put to much she was playing with the meat for so long.

I had a poor experience at this restaurant. To begin with, their attitude was unpleasant. They made us feel like we were imposing on them by asking them to prepare our food. Additionally, the way they plopped the food into the bowl was unappealing - I don't even feed my dog that way. When I asked for a small amount of hot sauce, they didn't listen and instead put a full spoonful in my bowl. I attempted to eat it, but couldn't due to the overwhelming heat. When I brought it back, the server used a knife to remove the hot sauce, which resulted in the removal of the steak and guacamole I had just paid for. I then requested a new bowl. While eating, I found that approximately five pieces of steak were all fat. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The manager should train the staff to treat customers with care and remind them that they are preparing food for people, and should do so with care.

Mexican food place. The portions are good, although it took them a while to serve us, but it should be normal for the dates.

The female cashier during lunch hours yesterday was rude. The entire outlet was empty and since it was my first time I was deciding what to have in my Bowl, she literally screamed “IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED” even when she could see I’m choosing. It was so insulting and humiliating when you treat customers like this. The tone of her voice was disgusting and disrespectful.
