Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online at 7: 08pm, for pick up at 7: 20pm. Didn't get my order until 7: 30pm, meanwhile the front helped 10 walk-in customers. So much for ordering online for a quicker service. If I just walked in it would have been much faster. They also forgot the tortilla, so I waited in line behind six people. Paid for my tortillas, and wasn't offered my change. It doesn't matter the amount of change you give back to the customer, it's the principal of offering it back. Not just assuming that the customer doesn't want change.

The taste is Pretty good, service is the best.

But the place needs a bit cleaning the tables frequently

We placed an order 15 mins before arriving, said it would be ready in 10. Not only did they make us wait 15 mins at the store while prioritizing customers who just got there but we come home to find they didn’t add any lettuce to our bowl.

I am regular. The last four times they have been very stingy with the meat portion. A bad mentality for a chain brand that makes so much profit. I will be not choosing chipotle anymore just because of their stingy mentality

The line was extremely long, which wasn’t the problem. The problem was, while I was waiting, I WAS MET FACE TO FACE WITH A COCKROACH. I tried informing the staff very discreetly, however, the staff didn’t seem concerned. Their response was more “ huh, I don’t know what you’re talking about; looking at each other in confusion, as if I was speaking another language. This location seems to be a hot spot, considering how extremely busy they were. I would look into this issue ASAP.

It’s really upsetting when you drive out to an establishment, place an order and get home only to realize that they screwed up the order…. I ordered three bowls this evening; one of which was a vege bowl for my wife; we didn’t get any dressing and we didn’t get any guacamole which was quite frustrating because I saw one person grab the dressing and slide it down the counter, and another individual fill the container with guac and the guy at the register who was throwing everything into the bag didn’t place those items. It was my mistake to assume these people know how to do their job.

Sofritas came from a warm bag, my girlfriend got very sick from it soon after eating.wouldn’t recommend eating that

Ordered over $50 worth of food, didn't receive guacamole with order (ordered 3 in total.) This has happened over two times at this location. Not ordering here ever again.

The food itself is usually good, but a bit inconsistent with portion sizes of proteins. The staff is generally friendly, but even with several employees on the line service generally seems a bit slow, with a line of people pushed out the door. One of my biggest concerns however is that the AC has been off on several visits, it was so hot just standing in line I had to leave, yet management is forcing employees to work through that and creating incredibly unsafe working conditions. I’ve worked in restaurants, I’ve seen people pass out from heat exhaustion, it’s not a good situation for anyone.

A terrible location in my opinion. After opening my delivery order I was shocked to see barely any of my protein choice (steak) provided. It took me less than a minute to pick them all out to be sure. The order itself was a salad and they barely provided any lettuce. Uber said they wont provide a refund. I thought I would give this location a try since I was craving Chipotle but was hesitant as a friend of mine who has been said he saw a cockroach run on the counter.

You can never go wrong with Chipotle. Only complaint is that sometimes there's a lack of communication from the employees, which can be frustrating, but that's only happened like 3 times from the 20 times I've been there.

The Chipotle steak burrito bowl does satisfy but the -ve is the smaller portion of protein served. It is unknown whether that is due to a norm across all blocks, or an attempt to further assist the customer to shred lbs.

Although, the aforementioned could be the result of the take-out cycle, possibly a dine-in experience may offer an alternative outcome.

Furthermore, price is reasonable-unless there is the additional add-on of the scope of guacamole.

Good Chipotle, Staff is courteous, sometimes they mess up my uber pickup but the app takes care of you.:)

My fav Chipotle location! They offer later business hours than the malls. The restaurant is clean. The service is fast. The staff are gracious

I paid for extra chicken for 5$ and the bowl they gave me barely had anything in it, not even rice and the other stuff. Literally quarter of the bowl was empty.
