One of my tools arrived with a very very small chip on it, not worth having replaced. When carving, a very thin line shows up mid grove.

I had a need for a small power tool to clean up carvings from a CNC and I was just about to purchase a Foredom SR power carver when I spoke to Cindy. She advised me to pursue a micromotor kit, as it was more suited to the application I had. She was right on the money! The advice I got here, resulted in not only the purchase of a great product - the Foredom 1060, but the RIGHT product - exactly what I needed. I cleaned up all the carving detail in the sign pictured (before finishing) as my first time using the tool, in no time, with no loss of detail. Thanks Cindy.

I needed to purchase a significant amount of tools and supplies to get back into carving and properly this time. The website is very user friendly and I was able to find a majority of what I needed. And for any questions I had Cindy was able to answer them for me promptly. I must say for a hobby that is very specialized it is a breath of fresh air to have a place where I can find the stuff I need without wasting time searching at woodworking stores etc (Lee Valley). I will be using them again when I need more supplies in the future and I recommended whoever is reading this to do the same.
