Love ChitChats for my US orders. However because of Canada Post, it's not very affordable for my oversized lettermail. They do offer parcels however, which I use when I have larger packages. The staff here are very nice and helpful. Although please note that if you have batches, print a batch label or else they will have to scan each package one by one and apparently that takes a long time. Save them the effort:)

Staff are very friendly and efficient! I send parcels to US often and their service, price and delivery time is unbeatable! What would normally take Canada post 2 weeks to 1 month to deliver, took chit chats only 3 days! Unbelievable, I should’ve switched earlier! Keep up the good work!

Quick and easy shipping alternative to Canada Post. Print online or use the computers at the store. Everything is laid out and neatly labelled so you know where to put the packages. The staff are pleasant and can answer questions you may have.

At first, they're like the perfect company to partner with in terms of fulfillment but as you do more business with them, each transaction is getting harder. Now, I can't even contact them. They're not worth your time.

Pathetic service. Save your time and money and avoid doing business with this company. I used them once to ship a very important item and I even told them that it's fragile but it ended up being shipped delayed and with damage. I called customer service and they just put me on hold for almost an hour with no answer and resolution.worst company ever.

Don't waste your time dealing with this company. I already used their services thrice and they failed to deliver the items on time. If you ask me, I'm still being generous here for giving a star.

I have shipped out just over a 100 packages to the US using chitchats and would definitely recommend them. They're highly reliable and the staff are friendly. I hope they strengthen their Canada wide infrastructure so I could stop using Canada Post altogether.

Staff are nice enough but the company as a whole are just grubby, constantly hiking the fees and charging for extras.slow delivery.

Lost my boyfriend's parcel and then told him that they aren't responsible for it! I don't know what kind of a business can operate like that and still be in business, we will not be returning here. Do not go here. It has low shipping prices for a reason!

This is hands down the best place to ship stuff anywhere. It's even cheaper than Canada Post for some reason.

Great shipping service for anyone who wants to ship items to the US, overseas or within Canada.

Chit Chats offers substantial savings compared to Canada Post and superior services too (i.e. Tracking and insurance on US and international shipping at a substantially lower cost compared to Canada Post from what I've seen).

This location also provides excellent customer service and the shipping software is easy to use. Highly recommended whether you want to ship one package or dozens, you owe it to yourself (and buyers) to try out Chit Chats.
