WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. Their delivery partners are incompetent and will leave you packages at the wrong location and in unsafe condition. Mine was left at the window sill at the wrong location by intelcom (their third party provider). Insurance claim was denied and I am out $200. They ignore emails and do not help at all with the claims process. No care about customers. Paying for insurance does not mean anything as even after they determined the package was delivered to the wrong location and in an unsafe condition they will deny your claim. Their third party insurance provider is useless and unresponsive. Don't risk your packages with this company.

Constantly opens 5-10 minutes late. Every time I go right at 12 when they are suppose to open they are always late.

Christian has been awesome, always helps me carry my shipments in and is quick to help whenever I have question. Even if he doesn't know the answer to my questions, he will always reach out to upper management to find an answer.
