Excellent Service from Branch Lead. Soooo very helpful, courteous and always willing to explain what I should be doing and why and what will be happening. Very impressed and would love to hire her for any position I could find for her. She has so much potential and every chance should be given to her to rise to a better position.
It is a pity CHIT CHATS is not widely known or else they could be doing extremely well. Accidentally I came across Chit chats on google as I was looking for cheaper alternatives to UPS for delivery of a small packet to the U. S.

Very, very impressed with Harjot's interpersonal skills and friendliness to help!

I have used this service many times and it has been excellent. For the first time, I have an issue and I realized why people are upset. I called to find out where my delivery was that was supposed to arrive in 2 days before Christmas. I was advised it was shipped by a third party (Intelecom) and it would take 1 to 3 business days for Chitchats to provide a response. Three days have passed and no response. My package has been in limbo for 7 business days. The worst part is I called Intelcom direct and they advised me my tracking number didn't exist. This is a package that was supposed to go less than 1.5 hours away from the depot yet I am still waiting for an answer! My poor review reflects your customer service and my missing package.

Liked how they changed their closing time to 7 pm to give their customers more time to get their orders to them. Decent prices for shipping and they provide a tracking number for all US and international orders.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. Their delivery partners are incompetent and will leave you packages at the wrong location and in unsafe condition. Mine was left at the window sill at the wrong location by intelcom (their third party provider). Insurance claim was denied and I am out $200. They ignore emails and do not help at all with the claims process. No care about customers. Paying for insurance does not mean anything as even after they determined the package was delivered to the wrong location and in an unsafe condition they will deny your claim. Their third party insurance provider is useless and unresponsive. Don't risk your packages with this company.

Been dealing with Chit chats for 7 years and had always had the best service! I work with the Mississauga branch 3 to 4 times a week and you should have more team members As DEVONA to ensure the best customer service as she delivers every time amazingly! A week before, I was told by store executive that my package to USA will be tracked. Now customer service is saying it's partially trackable post they handover package to USPS, there is no way to track.
Now I am skeptical about my package delivery.

Website needs to be more clear when selecting postage to USA. Shipment labels to USA are International Bridge (USPS Select). Not USPS 1st Class or Priority shipping labels

This is the best place I have done business with for shipping domestically and Internationally. Prices are better than any of the bigger shipping companies. I ship a majority of my packages Internationally and have always had great service and pricing that can't be beat. Despite the pandemic causing shipping prices to climb higher, they still have the most competitive prices even with tracking included. I do all my shipping labels and packaging from home so I only need to drop them off and be on my way. Sure, Canada Post has many locations where you can drop off a package but I don't have to drive really far to drop off packages once a week at this location and the savings are worth it.
