I was very happy with my experience at Chiu Dental on Tuesday. The staff were very friendly and I found my hygienist to be professional and very knowledgeable. I find I am very relaxed when I attend appointments because I am confident that I will receive excellent care. Thank you very much.

This was the best session with a hygenist I have had. This was mainly due to her educating me on how to care for my teeth better. I would appreciate it if you could send me her recommendations for an alternative electric toothbrush.

I was welcomed with open arms for my initial cleaning and dental check up. I felt like I was a part of the family by the time I left. I have been seeing the same dentist for many years and I am very happy that I made the switch to Chiu Dental!

I was absolutely terrified of the dentist for years and avoiding going unless necessary which resulted in a loss of many teeth and loads of cavities. It was just one long anxiety attack every appointment, so for 15 yrs, my mouth was super neglected.

My first visit with Dr Chiu was warm and welcoming from start to finish. From the amazing receptionists, the dental assistants and the hygienists, those ladies are so patient and kind.

Dr Chiu took her time and was patient with me, and while I cried like a big baby, Monica held my hand and reassured me.

I have now been back multiple times to get lots of work done and feel at ease every time. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Chiu and all the lovely ladies there. I highly recommend everyone that mentions they need a dentist or are scared to go to one.

Dr Chiu and her team have been amazing. I took my 3 year old for his first dentist visit earlier this year. They were very patient with him and didn't push when he was scared. We went for a second visit last month and since I brought a distraction for him, he was more than willing to sit in the chair, get is teeth cleaned and fluoride applied. It's been such a great experience for him.

Great dentist. Dr, Chiu is excellent dentist. She is kind, friendly and takes great care of her patients. Strongly recommend her.

I was patient of Dr. Fichter for many years and was a bit nervous when I heard he was taking a well-deserved retirement. Having now had several appointments with Dr. Chiu, I am happy to say that she is an excellent dentist, not only very technically skilled but also very caring and with a warm chairside manner. She is also very understanding with patients who have dental anxiety, and will go out of her way to make the experience this is comfortable as possible. She also has a great support staff with her who all do excellent work as well. I'm very grateful that she is here providing services in K-W.

An attitude of genuine welcoming greets patients / clients upon arrival.
The dental service hours are suitable for children and working hours.

So - this was a long awaited review! I just would like to begin by saying that Dr. Chiu and her amazing team are so wonderful.

I solely chose this place out of the others in the area because of their receptionist Kellie! She is amazing and so sweet over the phone! Tara was also my hygienist that took amazing care of me and she is super nice, caring and very social! And finally, Dr. Chiu and her assistant Monica are amazing, thorough and patient.

I was, for many years, a satisfied patient of Dr. Gregory Fichter. Then, just before he retired, he sold his dental practice to Dr. Jody Chiu. The transition has worked wonderfully! Dr. Chiu is fabulous-professional, kind, and has a sense of humour. The same is true of ALL of her wonderful staff-from dental assistant to dental hygienist to reception and booking! Literally, every encounter has been a delight. Imagine, saying that about going to the dentist"!

Everyone at Chiu Dental is absolutely lovely! They are professional and thorough. Dr Chiu took her time reviewing all my x-rays with me and counseling. I feel lucky to have found them!

You should chiu's Chiu Dental! (hahaha). If you want someone that's super gentle, soft spoken and just overall fun to be around, come here! I had a filling with Dr. Chiu and felt extremely comfortable, it was such a nice atmosphere, and the office is welcoming. Everyone that works there is so great and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently had my first visit at Chiu Dental and can state that the experience was exceptional. The visit was efficient and comfortable. The new staff are as warm, friendly and welcoming as the staff we have come to know over the years. The office atmosphere was vibrant. Meeting Dr. Chiu was a pleasure; she is friendly, compassionate and certainly passionate about dentistry.

My wife, mother and I have been patients of Dr. Fichter’s for many years and have always appreciated his gentle and competent care. It is reassuring for us to know that Dr. Chiu will deliver the same level of care and service to our family.

In the context of Long Covid concerns and cognitive impairment, this practice deserves credit for having invested in high level, industrial-level air purifiers (hopefully they are still there). However, not quite comforting to see someone at the front desk without a mask. Debbie wears one, but someone else there doesn't. Considering that patients have their mouths open all day.

I'm happy to say that the Dr. Chiu's quality of service is equal to Dr. Fichter's. Maddy is a great addition to the team: she has a gentle hand and is pleasant to talk to (insomuch as one can.) The office is clean, and there's no wait.

A lot of people say you shouldn’t chiu with your mouth open, but after my incredible experience with Chiu Dental I can’t wait to try! The staff are welcoming, the vibe is comforting, and Dr. Chiu really went the extra smile for me.

I went to Dr. Chiu for removing my wisdom tooth and she really put the action in extraction! The service was professional and whitening fast - I left with a big bright grin thanks to everyone there!

Amazing dentist. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Fichter for many years and our 3 children also see him. The staff are friendly, Dr. Fichter takes his time and explains what needs to be done and has really ensured we have a comfortable and good experience
