I had an exceptional experience at Choice Auto, and I can't recommend them enough! Dave was not only friendly but also incredibly timely with the repairs. He made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process, and that's something I truly appreciate when it comes to auto repairs. Choosing Choice Auto was an easy decision, and I'm happy to say that we'll be going back there every single time we need any repairs on our vehicles. Trustworthy and excellent service!

Choice Auto Repair service has been a trusted family business that have serviced my family’s cars for years! I have always taken our cars to Choice because of their excellent, professional and extremely knowledgeable expertise on many of our different models & makes of cars over the years. I can always count on a job done right, & with such friendly customer service from Mike and Dave. I can always count on them, as for example I had a slow leak in one of my tires from a screw and a quick phone call and they were able to fit me in that morning. I have alway found there establishment very inviting and they just recently did a reno to there front counter which is worth the visit just to see. Great job guys! Fantastic tire and automotive repair shop, best and friendliest service I’ve ever experienced! Very personable staff and completely transparent with estimates and timeframes. I also recently witnessed Dave and the staff go way above and beyond to help a motorist that had mechanical issues. The way the Choice Auto crew stepped right up and helped get the driver back in business was absolutely amazing!

5 Star service and experience for Dave, Mike, and the team at Choice Auto. I came in to replace my three season tires and to buy some winters + rims. Dave helped me find the right, in stock three seasons Michelin tires and gave me some great options for winters including killer Nokian rubber. A few days after putting my new Michelin's on, one of the tires wasn't holding the air. I brought my car back, they found a crack in my rim, helped me with getting a replacement, and installed it all in an hour or so. Will only be recommending Choice Auto to friends, family, whoever.

Was not too pleased with this garage originally but received a call from them. With it being a long weekend when our vehicle broke down, there was some confusion in our being CAA members in the events that took place.

Tire blew out on the side of the road on our way skiing. This was the closest place and we came here. Very friendly and understanding. They quickly helped me and we were on our way in 30 min. Would recommend

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Choice Auto. If I ever need repairs, I happily drive the 40 minutes it takes to get from my house and leave my vehicle in their capable and trustworthy hands. If an issue isn’t immediately rectified, I have confidence it will be taken care of in a timely manner. My ridiculous schedule is always accommodated. Communication with the team is timely, and they take the time to explain the work that is being done and ensure that you understand. I would recommend this shop to anyone, they’re the best!

Real nice garage here up on Hwy. 10.recently bought a nice little car from Choice Auto. Super fair, honest, and straight forward fellows here. I'll be back for servicing, given their convenient location and good impression. They are by and large primarily a service/repair shop of all makes and models, but on occasion sell serviced, road ready cars I recommend you keep an eye out for if you need wheels.

I've worked in and about the local automotive industry for years and have seen it all; Choice Auto dealt with me respectfully, professionally and honestly. If you live in Caledon or the north end of Brampton and are looking for a mechanic shop I highly recommend Choice Auto.

Can Not Admit They Are Wrong!

No it was you guys, I had not brought my car anywhere else for a long time, and I asked one of you workers on the way out, young dude, the guy who was on the dirt bike in the parking lot when i came in, i asked him if he inflated the tires on the CRV, he said yes. So mixed messages, or you are just lying, also every single person I asked in Caledon Village said never bring your car to Choice Auto, not acknowledging your inability to fill tires correctly is pathetic, but im sure you will continue to operate because your on a Highway, and the only people around for a certain stretch.

This shop has integrity and honesty! I pulled in to this quaint road side station when I was having car trouble and was met by super kind staff. They did an inspection and performed the service that was necessary on the spot. Despite the fact that they were busy and this took up their time and resources, AND refused to take payment in doing so.

This act speaks volumes; combined with the professionalism and the expertise displayed by their staff, I am assured of their values of honesty and integrity that is now rarely seen

Considering the past experiences I have had with shoddy service workers and rip off artists who could have easily taken advantage of my vulnerable
situation as a lone female with an important road trip ahead, I have every confidence that the team at Choice Auto are trustworthy and would get the job done right!

Ill be back for certain!

Mike, Dave and their team are second to none! I booked an appt and was contacted within 24hrs. I dropped my vehicle off and could metaphorically feel that it was in good hands. Speaking with Mike immediately made me feel (and know!) that I had made the right choice (pun intended) for my ailing vehicle.
They swapped tires and also looked into why I was hearing a noise from my front right tire. Well, many issues were found (I had been delaying getting several things repaired, replaced bc at other dealership locations they were fast talking, tech spewing so that it made no sense to me the non “car person”.)
Mike corresponded throughout the day via text and phone calls (yes, there were a couple as my vehicle issues were many!) but he was always amazingly patient, very respectful and comprehensive in his explanations. Despite the significant repairs and replacements that needed to be made, I felt completely comfortable knowing that the team had my safety and well being, along with my vehicle’s safe operation, in mind. I won’t go anywhere else ever again! A supremely satisfied customer! Thanks so very much Mike, Dave and crew.

Ok girls, are you nervous going taking your car in for repairs because you will be upsold and ripped off because you don't know anything about cars? Well put those worries aside when you come to Choice Auto. Remember the words honesty? Integrity? Well these guys have em in spades! I am so thankful to have found them and its worth my 90 minute drive to go there.

DANGER DANGER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I came in for a oil change and they sent me on the road with over inflated tires, 26-32 is what my car takes and they filled them to 40,42, and 44, they employ people who can not read a simple number off the side of a car, or manual, or even look on line to se what the proper PSI was,

Next day Im on the road and the tires exploded on the highway with my baby and wife in the car, we could have been killed.

The staff was kind of friendly but either way to send people out in overinflated tires is dangerous and very easy to avoid, you just have to know how to read numbers.maybe teach your employees that.

They've proven patient and attentive while I describe my vehicle's symptoms, and they are relentless in their quest to correct the problem, whatever it may be. The only garage I have ever been to where I felt confident I was not being overcharged or taken advantage of, particularly as a woman who knows nothing about cars. Love that they offer a courtesy car when available. I live in Toronto but worth the drive to Caledon to know my car is being serviced properly. Professional and courteous staff.

Quick and friendly service from Mike and Dave - installed my new summer tires tires and I was in and out of the shop very quickly! Would definitely recommend!

Mike and his staff fixed me up with a new tire after I got a flat in a snow storm. One of his guys made the drive to Orangeville to pick up the replacement tire. Good people.

Choice Auto serviced my car. The appointment was handled right on time. I'm very pleased with the service. Mike is an experienced professional. These are honest business people providing an excellent products at fair prices. They are well organized, knowledgable and well managed.

Incredibly helpful and patient with me and my mother. Dave was a big help and made sure that our needs were fulfilled. We had dropped in due to an oil leak and the people here made sure that we were taken care of the fullest. I will be coming back here for all my needs!

AMAZING. The two men who helped us today were incredibly nice and caring, and treated us like family. We stopped in due to some odd noises coming from our car and they took a quick look and serviced what was wrong on the spot, making sure that everything was totally safe before sending us on our way. 10/10 would recommend.

Didn't want to install a leveling kit on my truck because I bought my own parts? That's a little sketchy right there seeing how he wanted to mark up the price on his own parts. Pretty ignorant to me!

Dave and all of the staff at Choice Auto have always put their customers first. They provide excellent customer service, and are always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Choice Auto.

I had a car worked on a little while ago here, it was to get the alternator replaced as it had stopped functioning. Unfortunately the alternator had chosen to fail near this shop and I was forced to take my car here. It was some of the worst service I had ever received. Dave was the person I dealt with and upon speaking with him on the phone I was told it would be close to $1000 to get the alternator replaced in my vehicle. I offered to get the parts myself and he told me it would be much cheaper. I got everything organized and brought all the necessary parts for the repair in. After it had been completed I ended up paying around $700 just in labour due to some extra charges for “rusted bolts that needed extracting” however I noticed after the bolts hadn’t been replaced! Now about 6 months down the road the alternator has failed again. Not to mention that it was installed very poorly. The bolts hadn’t been tightened all the way and the alternator was rattling in the engine bay. I had called to mention that the alternator had stopped working after the repair. I was told I had to bring the car there and have it looked at. I live all the way in London so getting the vehicle towed all the way back to Caledon was out of the question. I was told on the phone that was the only thing they could do for me. They even refused to pay for the tow for the vehicle. Terrible customer service. Be very cautious when dealing with this shop.

Edit: In regards to the response from owner, I did not receive any written or detailed quote nor did I actually approve the headlight change which I did still pay for as is shown on my invoice. And while yes I understand that because I brought my own parts for the repair they would not be under warranty it still does not account for the fact that the alternator was improperly installed.

These guys are respectful, the service is quick, on time and the waiting lobby is cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend them to anybody!
