Just had a company lunch here and it was top notch all the way. Amazing filet mignon cooked perfectly. Crème brule desert as well. Awesome flavors and excellent service. Nice atmosphere and Our server was extremely nice.

I heard a lot about CHOP’s and decided it will be my next outing with one of my friends. I will say the food was good, the place was clean and I enjoyed the music selection (I heard some of my fave 90’s tunes in the background). What I truly wish to share is more about our server DAVID! DAVID was amazing! He was able to tell me exactly what is fave meals were with no hesitation (I always ask this question!), he was quick with our needs and we had great banter with him. I thank you DAVID for your soothing energy and handsome smile!

The MEXICAN STREET CORN RIBS is a must try item here. Simply loved it. There are good options for vegetarian food.

A table for 3 at their Dixon Road location.the service was great, the food was horrible. The steaks were undercooked, extremely fatty and the Shrimp that accompanied one entre was cold, not even sauteed. Definitely an over-priced restaurant and not worth the money when compared to The Keg. Welcome back Ponderosa Steak House.we missed you!

Lovely atmosphere. Food was good but small portions. I went for dinner but felt like I had to go home and eat dinner after. Small amounts for large price.

Our server was amazing, I went with a few friends and we were all very happy with the experience. The host Ryan greeted us as soon as we entered and showed us straight to our table. We ordered a few apps and would definitely recommend the chili garlic shrimp as an appetizer. The manager Freddy came to check up on us while we enjoyed our steak and wine.

Chop Steakhouse & Bar has been a regular on the Airport Strip for a number of years. The food is consistent, both in freshness and taste. The staff are pleasant and professional. It can be an ideal place for business or a casual night out.

Too many issues with the food.
Fish is hotter than ghost pepper sauce, vegetables are unpealed, appetizer portions are too small, drinks and food items the restaurant serve are missing from menu.
Not horrible but they got a long to go to be considered "good".

Nice patio and great happy hour options make this a great choice near Pearson Airport. Friendly, efficient staff and free parking are a plus.

Came to experience their outdoor dining. Wonderful set up outside, heaters for when it gets chilly, blankets for “rent” are an option too. Excellent service by your lovely waitress, food arrived in a timely manner and tasted GREAT! Salmon is highly recommended, crab cakes too! (Summer Patio 2021)

Really nice.got the prime rib and thier house wine is pretty awesome too. We sat in the dinning room (less happening than the patio or the bar area but more intimate) the bill was around $150 for an app, two steaks and a bottle of wine. So not too expensive actually. Pretty similar to the keg etc. Steaks were great they have other ingredients than just salt and pepper which I liked. My friend got the steak rare and it had a nice charcoal smell and crunch and was salted nicely. Overall enjoyed the evening at the restaurant

My husband and I had such an amazing experience. Ashley was our waitress and she was so knowledgeable about the menu and was so genuinely nice and super attentive. Very happy with everything tonight!

Really great spot for small celebration. Although the menu may look small, the food is absolutely tasteful. Would definitely recommend going and trying them out. Great staff nice and friendly. Really cool outdoor fire pit to enjoy while eating.

Excellent service! Had a slight mistake in one of the meals but our amazing server was so pleasant and fixed the issue immediately and was so kind to check in with updates on when it would be fixed.

Poor takeout services I've experience on last Friday. It was my first time trying their food and they are not some cheap fast food place so I did have some expectations from the beginning. When I first walked in, a male was present on the front desk to take my order. When I was asking about their steak, the guy removed himself and brought another person who is more knowledgeable about the steak since he is not very familiar with it.found that was a lil weird since he works at a steakhouse. He could have been a new person but still.should have been one of the first things he should have mastered.anways we take the order they said 15min.ofc it wasn't ready on time we waited a lil longer but that was not that big of a deal. We already booked ourselves in Sheraton hotel which is literally walking distance from the restaurant and I did not bother to check if my order was correct because I did not think this kind of a place would do such mistake. Anyhow, we got to the hotel room and finally opened our food.no cutleries.no napkins and barely much vegetables because if i knew this i would have ordered a salad on the side. Also, our two different steaks were not labeled at all so I had to figure out myself which one was mine. Even at a burger place they label which one is which. I thought that was not very conveninent for us. As hotel restaurant was closed for COVID and we did not know where to get utensils, we called Chop and asked for our cutleries to be delivered to our hotel front desk.
There was not single apology for their mistake as we were very hungry and had to wait extra time for that. I chose this place to eat that night due to the good reviews but I felt like maybe it would have been better if we just went to some fast food place because I've had better services there. I did not give one star cuz food itself was alright. I've had better tasting steaks before but it was not bad.

Food is ok waiters kept of confusing meals and asking all the time who ordered what meal. Maybe it was a busy night for them

Went with large group for a Christmas lunch. Service was excellent and very fast. Had the prime rib dip sandwich from the lunch menu and it was awesome.

Ahi tuna and prime rib soup starters are incredible, steaks are great if they manage to cook it to your specifications. Place looks great and staff are welcoming. Id come back here just for the starters.

Service was okay, the keg is way better. Wanted to check out chop & honestly it looks nice inside but doesn’t beat the kegs dishes. Everything had way too much salt in it - no plans coming back - poured my second whiskey in the same glass

My husband ordered the salmon with quinoa. He was not impressed, the fish had no flavour and the quinoa was very bland. The portion was way off. You had a salmon 4 inch by 1 inch. Then you had two cups of quinoa. We paid $40 for that. I ordered steak and it should have been medium well, but I got it dry. Real dry. All in all our meal costed us $85. But we will not becoming back to restaurant.

Table was dirty upon arrival. Had to ask servers to wipe down the table. Then menu had food stuck to it.

Excellent place for steaks. The best White Greyhounds and Moscow Mule mixed drinks. I recommend this place.

Had a very enjoyable dinner here back in October. All of the staff were very attentive and were genuinely focused on ensuring we enjoyed ourselves. The food was good, the drinks were okay. May stop by when in the area again.
