Chopstick House

Very much understaff on weekends, so rude owner not placed oder properly and waiting around 1 and half hr for 2 dishes not worth to visit on weekends, worst service ever

I just loveeee their noodles. If you visit chopstick house do try hakka noodles veg/non-veg
Love their chicken, soup and platter and the vibe is also great!
When ever I crave noodles I go here!

Taste can be improved. Service needs to improve a lot. The response time for an order is too much

One of my friend gave some good review about this restaurant so thought of giving it a try.
Trying this place was a disappointment to be honest. But you will never know unless you try it. Not regretting the try but regret having spoiled the dinner completely.
Was craving for Chinese food and ordered some fish expecting it to be crispy fried but turned out to be soft and oily with lots of onion and green pepper gravy with just 5-6 pieces in it. That was the beginning of disappointment. The next thing was Manchurian Chicken Chowmein noodles and it was just noodles with barely any chicken in it. After trying 2 disappointing dishes thought of trying some fried chicken and ordered crispy chicken after confirming with the staff if it is dry or gravy and I was told it is dry but when it arrived it was full of gravy/sauce and didn’t give the feeling of dry chicken. The most disappointing dinner for me. I don’t usually complain at restaurants because I don’t want to feel embarrassed even after paying for food. But this restaurant doesn’t deserve my second visit. If you want to try any authentic Chinese food then visit super Hakka or Hakka legend but not this place

Today i order online from these resturant to enjoy the dinner and when reach at home to open the box, i found chicken piece in the box. We specifiy in order that food is to be pure vegetrain but its not so we through all the food. Worst customer service ever. If there is option to give 0 star i will definitely go with that.

Great awesome Indian hakka Chinese dishes, you have to wait for sometime after placing order, but you will get tasty food

On December 31st 2020, evening around 7pm we ordered Bombay chicken small party tray. While serving we found human hair in chicken, for sure it’s ladies hair, in my room we don’t have girls. Right away we gave call to them. They gave complementary, but today after we visited store.they were totally rude and they argued I did that for money or free food. I earn lot of money and I never do cheap things for free food.

This place makes good food but customer service skills is very poor. They need to do something about it, when you order through you have to keep canceling order because store won’t confirm when you call on the phone they will confirm then blame it on skip, in person same thing takes forever for them to make food, be prepared when they mention 15 mins make sure give yourself 45 mins extra.

The food is constantly well prepared and delicious, staff members gives excellent customer service. I like how clean it is and atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

Ordered veg fried rice and chow mein but got chicken in it. Literally asked them alot of time to make it pure veg but still got chicken in it. Worst experience.
