My favourite place for crab rangoons. Not everyone's preference but I rather enjoy them! Service is fast especially when doing pick up. Delivery is pretty quick, too! My only complaint is that I don't end up with enough fortune cookies for my family of 5 when I order. I get one for each dish but we usually only buy 4.

Stopped in for lunch with my son. The one table they had was dirty and no washroom to use (so we opted to eat in the car). I had combo 11 & he had 3. It was ready within a couple minutes & sitting on the FLOOR when we got back from using the facilities at Tim Horton’s across the street (should have stayed there to eat). Everything was precooked & reheated with sauces ON THE SIDE.it wasn’t worth $5.00 yet alone the $12 & $13 we paid. The general tso sauce was more like teriyaki as it had no spice. I asked for extra plum & soy & he said it was all in the stapled shut bag (only 1 packet of plum & 2 soy). I asked for hot sauce & he said no, because the general tso was hot enough (it had no heat to it). The chicken was over cooked & hard as a rock. Really really bad & there are so many Chinese places in London, I encourage you to avoid this one. It was not at all good.

WORST food ever. The chicken fried rice tasted like burnt oil and was swimming in grease. Lemon chicken was a whole chicken breast battered and deep fried with sauce on the side. I suspect the chicken was going bad because it was so over cooked and hard you couldn’t even cut it with a knife, let alone eat it. The contents of the bo bo tray was overcooked and dry. The egg rolls and chicken balls were good and tasted like they were fresh and the lo mane was ok. I only wanted the egg too young and when I took the lid off the dish it was a gross gray Color like it had been cooked in a dirty pan. I felt under the weather today and thought it would be a nice treat to get Chinese food. We only get it about once or twice a year because it’s so expensive. I’ve never been so disappointed. Shame on you Chopstick house.

This is my first time ordering from here. I got takeout and it was here very fast, I wasn't expecting it so soon it's looks and taste absolutely amazing, I think they might be stepping up their game. Everything is cooked beautifully.

Ordered take out. Ordered around 2 p.m. On a Sunday and advised it would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes. New something was wrong right away. Food was not fresh. Chicken balls were as hard as a rock had to use a knife to cut. Everything tasted stale. Will not be ordering from them again.

Incredibly inconsistent food. Never know what you're going to get. Didn't receive what I ordered and when I called they just act so confused and drag on the phone call until you give up. Not worth the money.

I've been ordering from here since the late 1970's. Over the past couple of years I've noticed a decline in the food. As of last night, I'm never ordering from there again. The taste of the food did not taste as it should in addition to everything being too salty. We threw it out. A lot of money wasted. Congratulations Chopstick House, you've lost a 45 year customer. New Spring will be my go to.

Absolute garbage quality. Do you want an entire bowl of bean sprouts when you order a chicken dish? Then let me tell you that you’ve came to the right place. Do you enjoy being disregarded by the staff when you ask a question regarding the order? Then let me tell you the chopstick house London is the place for you! Where you can not only be ripped off for the food you’ve paid for… but you can be insulted for inquires too. COME ON DOWN TO THE CHOPSTICK HOUSE!

What a joke of a place.

I called in an order over the phone to this antiquated and dilipidated restaurant and naturally they had no record of it. I asked them to fix it by creating a new order and the wait was another 20 minutes on top of the 50 I already waited. Left ignored in the lobby staring into space and nothing was done to correct it. When you have that much business, customer service and quality becomes garbage, like the rest of the place.

Worst Pad Thai I have ever had in my life, definitely worst in London. Watery, bland noodles with barely any tofu or vegetables. No eggs or peanuts. It's going in the trash. What a disappointment. Sooo awful.

Been ordering from here for years, have never been disappointed in the food. Thanks for continuing to serve the community good chinese food

Found an insect in my food from here and have heard other people saying the same thing. Once the new owners took over, this place has gone down the drain.

Ordered food from there and it was awful.the chicken wings were bad.everything we ordered was bad. I won't order from there ever again.it was like they had the food sitting there for months.must be new owners because I used to order from there all the time and had no complaints.it's just awful what a waste of 33.00 dollars.they lost my service

Food quantities are large, food always arrives fast, and hot, and you can specify the level of spice, so if you don't like any spice, you can get none, but if you like very spicy, you can get that too.

They also use their own delivery driver even if you order on doordash, so it's always consistent.
