Chris & Beth's No Frills

It's so disappointing that these grocery chains are still over pricing items and gearing purchases to purposefully force you to buy their brand.

I'm not sure how long the public washroom's been out of service, but I'm not overly happy with the fact that I went in 2 days ago after taking my daughter swimming to stop to get groceries on the way home I had to pee sooooo bad and when I asked if I could use the stores bathroom while dancing n very uncomfortable I was told no. Not even I'm sorry miss.just flat out no then I said well cld u ask the manager n again a solid No. I left my cart n walked out. I shop with u every week. I spend @140 a week at your location and recieved brutal customer service.not happy with u at all

Nice store with lots of parking. Cashiers seem pretty friendly. Don't like the new member pricing now, and I wish the sale prices where die two items instead or 3-4.

The self check out closes way to early. Most times I'd rather go through those than lineup for the cashiers

Also another - is they don't carry plastic bags anymore. Which I dont like, it's not hard to recycle and if you forget your reusable bag your kinda forced to purchase more reusable bags. This is my home store. We visit almost every other day. Always great prices and fairly clean for a No Frills.
Produce is always great quality.

The customer service in the self check-out is degrading. No staff assists, just stands there and ignores you. I won't be back

Organized, clean, good selection.

Some shoppers are direction-challenged in the one way aisles and squeeze by too close for COVID times (not the store's fault)

I love shopping at No Frills because its very affordable for me. I never have any problems finding anything as it is well stocked.the Staff are always polite and professional and are more than willing to help if they don't know they make it a point of getting another employee to assist you. I Know Chris because I grew up across the street from him and his brother and sister. I don't know Chris.s wife but I. Sure she's a wonderful woman. I love this store! Reading some reviews it’s laughable that people give a low review because “someone wasn’t following the arrows”, or “someone told them they weren’t following the arrows”, that has nothing to do with the store or their service, this is happening at every store. The staff here is great and I have seen the same employees working here for the years that I’ve been going there, which to me means they are being treated well as employees. I would shop there any day over the big stores with frills!

Cheap groceries, but what sets this place apart is some great staff, who are friendly, keep store clean, are helpful when you have questions. Also nice and big parking lot, with always space to park not far from exit. Honestly, it is a great grocery store!

Great, staff helped me out with my ton of questions i had.and the guy at the front of the store has quarters u can buy off him for the carts if you're forgetful like me

I missed out on the sales the substitute were a joke. The place was clean, staff polite, the greeters were pleasant hand sanitizer was available on your way in ad carts were wiped before you reached for one

Always great prices at no frills - its clean, organized, produce is fresh and the store is well lit. For the most part the staff is very pleasant and accomodating. They do have a couple older women with nasty attitudes which forces us to use self check-out sometimes. Sad - if these old ladies don't like their jobs they should do something else for work.

The guy at the door wouldn't let me in because I refused to mask my daughter who wasn't yet 2. And the law by public health is children 2 and under so not need to wear a mask.

Not only did I tell him she wasn't yet two so did two strangers who were also waiting to get in.

It also says right in the sign in the door 2 and older need to wear a mask.

Absolutely disgusted, and have never run into this issue shopping here in the past or at any store since the pandemic started.

I won't ever come back here again

Large order (full belt stacked) cashier starts shoving my stuff ahead crushing my order, not impressed won’t be back to this location.

Always great deals on groceries, with random sales throughout the store i guarantee you walk out with more then what you came for.happens to me everytime.

Back to normal under lockdown.
No one at the door enforcing social distancing/how many ppl entering/hand washing right off the hop. There was no one there so no one was sanitizing any carts or anything.
Then no one was enforcing social distancing and stopping people from going the wrong way all the way through the store. It was a pretty terrible shopping experience for me.
Then we get to the cash.
No sanitization in between people and then the next person after us starts loading the moment we payed.
100% the worst place to shop in kingston during a lockdown.
Im a high risk person and i was very uncomfortable with everyone ignoring the provincial lockdown orders.

One of the usual stores my fiancee and I used to shop at regularly. Although I have noticed and heard about some product quality issues

Cheapest grocery store here in kingston. It had most products. Great selection of meats but mostly frozen. I wish they had a fresh meat section. If you wanna save money, shop here

Had a most unpleasant experience in this store. Today I entered a certain aisle looking for a product. Apparently I entered the wrong way. A shopper took it upon herself to let me know this. I was wearing a mask of course. I wish people would mind their own business! Never had this problem at other stores! I will never, ever shop here again period!

Very clean and all staggering are amazing and vet helpful. I'm gonna say its probably one of the cleanest grocery stores in Kingston. Gj guys.

Very impressed. Went in on December 24th and the shelves were fully stocked with the exception of only a very few items. I was able to get everything I was after and then some. No Frills almost always has some great deals. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

The store was clean. The cashier sent another order down right after me and I was still packing my groceries. I felt very unsafe. There was not 6 feet between us.

Great selection, friendly staff, and though you have to be careful to social distance as it can be busy, there seemed a focus on cleanliness.

It's pretty much exactly what you expect from a no frills. Always kept nice and clean. Staff is friendly enough. Nothing to complain about.

Usually no problems here, but on my most recent visit the cashier and clerk gathering the carts were both incredibly rude and dismissive. Won't be returning anytime soon, left a very poor taste in my mouth!

Very busy the day we went but it was on a Saturday. Great store and great staff there. Very nice place to shop and they have some pretty good deals.

That is a great place to shop smart and saving money. Matching price from the flyers of other groceries helps you shop once but save a lot.

Well organized, neat and clean, l was able to find the items I was looking for.haven't been to no frills on that site for a long time, found some of the Price's on some items more expensive than other grocery stores.but overall the shopping was fine
