We are thankful for Chris's Dog Hotel-Our favourite thing is that they post photos every day so we can see that our dog is enjoying herself. Soleil always looks like she's having the best time! They have been very reliable, trustworthy and pleasant to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

We are new residents of Trenton and because of our move we are quite some time in a hotels - I reached out to Fraser a week or so before we arrived in Belleville and arranged for a 2-step trial to get our girls into daycare - we met with Maddie and Fraser and our girls were instantly happy in the environment, the following day we brought our dogs in for a 4 hour trial and they left SO HAPPY! Our dogs have now been there everyday (minus sat and sun) ever since and when I say they came home EXHAUSTED it’s not an understatement. They are mentally and physically stimulated all day. We were of course nervous bringing our girls to a new place but after the initial meeting were were so impressed - the area is very clean and previously when our girls would come home from daycare due to the flooring they would smell like pee, that does not happen at Chris’! Highly recommend!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. You’re not a caregiver for animals when you pick and choose what breeds to accept. Absolute laughable business

We are so very happy to have found Chris’s Dog Hotel! We re very particular about who gets to take care of our dogs as well as the environment they are going to be in. The team at Chris’s Dog Hotel make sure your dog will fit in before even committing to allowing you dogs to come for day daycare or boarding. The indoor and outdoor spaces are purpose built for the care and protection of your dogs and the staff is honest and caring.

My dog loves this place and they're great, firm, but kind, perfect balance of attitude, which means I am happy because my dog is happy here, I know he's safe, happy as much as humanly possible

We have taken our now senior dog here for 4 years while our family of 6 goes away. Although it is not often the owners and staff at Chris’s dog hotel have been nothing but amazing to both our dog Skippy and our family. In fact they have perhaps become a part of our family. All of us, especially 1 of our daughters LOVES knowing how well he is cared for and awaits the pictures they post of him being loved and cared for while we are away. They never hesitate to respond when you ask how your furry friend is doing and are very accommodating when those unexpected life situations occur. They understand that now that our pal is getting older sometimes he just wants to stay inside, cuddle him when a thunderstorm rolls through and ensure that they always get some extra special photos for the kids. Staff are there day and night, dogs have a lovely place to play, run and relax, he always smells clean and fresh on pick up and so much more!
If I could rate 10/10 I would!
No doubt the BEST place around Belleville to take your pup when you’re away!

Dropped our boy off for a second visit before we leave on vacation, he is a mommas boy. Took right off and never looked back at me. Guess he loves the friends and staff. Thank you we will be more at easy knowing he is loved and in great hands

First let me say I have been taking my dog to this establishment for years and have never had a negative experience. Lilly is now a senior dog and she always come home healthy and happy.
I have never witnessed anything but a professional staff who seem to genuinely care and look after all of their charges. I would recommend them as a stress free way to be able to travel and know my fur baby is well cared for.
