Edit: No I am not a client, but know someone who is. They have been waiting for a reply to remedy the situation for over a month now. The women said she would send an email with options but has yet to do so. The women on the phone called this person some choice words and acted in an unprofessional manner. Is there not a code of ethics you must follow?

They speak of delinquence when they're the ones attempting to charge interest on debt they purchase. I wish everyone knew they're not liable to be paying any interest charges on debt to a creditor

The worst company ever staff think they own the company. I owed capital one 5500 dollars during covid they bought the debt from capital one for 4000 dollar and they are asking me to pay 11000 dollar. That's call theft and forcing people to pay. I try to negotiate the deal with the person in charge of my case but she is rude as he'll no manners or have any courtesy. Company like this thier licensed should be revoked. Instead of helping they are taking advantage.

Ok so I am editing my review because you asked me a question. See the truth is you think you are running a legitimate business. NOT. Real people go to work and earn their money by providing HONEST and helpful services and then pass their earnings to the honest people. My question for you is how are you making your money? And don’t go tell me you are a collection business because every one know you guys are not providing any value or providing necessary services to public or the people of Ontario. You just pray on people for your profit without any remorse so if I were you I change for better to help people by giving back to people. Jesus is my lord

So, everyone is " delinquent " regardless of facts or reality. That's quite the Motto. Typical collection agency. Instead of talking one on one, they go straight to the courts and create false and misleading theories to confirm your delinquency. Maybe you should find out why someone has become disabled and can barely fend for themselves. Do you mention the truth in documents to the judge. Do you mention that someone with a revenue of $1200.00 a month can barely survive, let alone travel 55kms, away, with no means of transportation just to reply in front of a judge. Take the "Christ" out of your name. It's shamefull.
