Chris helped my partner and I navigate tricky waters in the spring of 2023 when looking to purchase our first home and sell our condo. Point blank he is a great guy to work with who makes sure that you feel no question is dumb. I had many. His calm and collaborative approach combined with his speedy and responsive team (shout out Judy!) is why we highly recommend his services. He got us the results we were looking for on both sides of the market and we are very happy in our new home!

Christopher is an outstanding agent and we were incredibly happy we engaged his services to sell our condo. Christopher and his team truly felt like partners every step of the way, and in every interaction we felt heard. It was obvious that we were their priority (not just getting another sale), and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed. Ultimately Christopher’s advice on how to position ourselves in the (admittedly tough) spring 2023 market paid dividends and we were really happy with the deal we accepted.
We had the condo staged by Christopher’s team, and honestly I didn’t know our condo could look that good! They took care of every detail and it turned out beautifully, plus it was totally stress-free for us as the sellers. In general the clear communication at every touchpoint made the whole thing very seamless for us—his team showed up when they said they would, they delivered on their promises, and conducted themselves with a high degree of professionalism. He is willing to go above and beyond—we had exceptional circumstances of a flood in our building after we had left the province, and Christopher quickly jumped in and checked on it for us late in the evening, fully prepared to clean up water (which thankfully our unit was not affected).
I can’t think of any reason to use another agent—Christopher and his team operate with integrity, decency, and reliability, plus their experience and knowledge about the Toronto market is second to none. Thank you Christopher!

Christopher is an outstanding agent! We enlisted his services in March of 2023 to sell our downtown condo. From our first meeting, we felt comfortable and confident in his ability to derive the best result for our unit.
He has a no-surprises approach and this extends from initially signing the agreement all the way till the sale of the unit. His experience and skills were evident as he guided us through ever-changing real estate market conditions and never pressured us to ‘lower the price’, etc.just to get a sale in. He is a true professional and has your best interests at heart - and this is really hard to find as we had interviewed quite a few other agents before Christopher.

I had the chance to work with Chris over a period of market uncertainty. Chris and his team exude professionalism at its finest. He is extremely reliable and kind. I was lucky to come by his work off chance - but could not have imagined a better experience. He navigated this entire process with grace and skill. Chris and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Chris has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He timed the sale of my unit impeccably. Throughout the process we always felt that we were in very capable hands. This was especially meaningful in the context of our strict timeline during Q2 2022 when the marketing was pulling a U-turn. Fortunately, Christopher was spot on with his listing strategy. There was significant interest in our unit and it didn’t take long before we received a solid offer. The offer wasn’t without its challenges but Christopher helped us with negotiations and made sure the deal went through as smoothly as possible.

My wife and I had the pleasure to deal with Chris for selling our condo. I would say Chris is by far the best and most honest realtor I have come across and no surprise his average rating is 4.9.
Chris was extremely good to work with, was very knowledgeable and always provided the best advice for us as opposed to himself. He is practical and made himself available to us all throughout the process.

My wife and I were referred to Chris through a family friend and it could not have gone better. Only having lived in Toronto for a little over a year and just recently married, we were in need of someone who not only knew the City, but more importantly, was willing to take the time to get to know us.
Chris and his team did just that; willing to meet at a last minute's notice, available & responsive to when we needed him most made the first time home buying experience enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable about the GTA and really cared about helping us find the right home. We always felt supported throughout our search and felt like we were in the driver seat.
