Prices are crazy high. 30 - 40 dollars more than the exact same brand and weed as literally everywhere else. No wonder the black market is still on top. As a matter of fact I'm about to buy some grey area weed now. Screw these legal prices plus crazy mark ups. Thought I'd give it a shot but no.

Got some really good products from this store at a really nice price. I ordered online before walking to this store and from the moment I stepped in I was greeted by amazing staff who quickly got me my order. The inside of the shop was really clean and elegantly styled. I only wish I had stayed a little longer to have gotten a better look around! All around amazing!

Edit: Owner is blatantly lying about this. I was refused service because a rude c**t thought I was intoxicated when I wasn't. I've told the police your employee called me from a private number to threaten me. Won't be the last you hear from me, I'll make sure your terrible business gets closed permanently. You messed with the wrong one.

They'll call customers from a private number instead of their store number because they're a bunch of p*ssies, to threaten you after refusing service because they think you're 'intoxicated' or whatever. You'll get yours soon

Friendly staff and decent pricing, but not the cheapest in the city. My only complaint is that I've been given old weed on a few occasions, usually on the more expensive products. Not necessarily their fault, but I would recommend checking dates before purchasing and refusing anything older than a couple months.

Absolutely 10/10. The staff went above and beyond to help accommodate my order and I can't recommend this place enough. The prerolls are amazing!

The staff is amazing They all go above & beyond to make you feel safe and welcome. Their products are top notch. The store is always clean. Honestly I wouldn't ever shop elsewhere for my THC or CBD products

I come from quebec, where we have government run outlets (sqdc). This place puts our stores to shame! The selection of product was PHENOMENAL, the service was OUTSTANDING, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, and my experience was just AMAZING. The gentleman there was just so helpful, and patient with all my questions. Definitely need to check it out if you haven't already!

Has been my go for several months now. Helps with my pain management since I have blood clots in my leg.

Service is great, had one hiccup where the ID and debt card where not matching (my fiancé had went down for me since my leg was acting up) and they gave her a hard time.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to any of my friends. Don't waste your time and money here. I was trying to exchange a product while still at the front of the store as there was a misunderstanding on what was being discounted and where the discount was being applied. A. 5 cartridge with 30% off was shown as ~32$ while a 1g (exact same product/brand) not on sale was under ~45$. I had quite a few items on the receipt, there was a line and so even while looking through it I hadn't noticed how bad of a deal that actually was even on sale. I was super polite and asked the manager if he could make an exception seeing as I'm a loyal customer and hadn't even left the front door when I noticed. I really do understand there's no refund/returns (I also understand why it's in place & with good reason). But this was only about 1minute from purchase time, and I was still standing right there. He wouldn't work with me at all. The packaging is tamper proof and the risk with me still standing at the front of the building is non existent, swapping it for a non legitimate item wasn't possible. It's very unfortunate because this place has reasonably good options and is very close to me but it's not the first issue I've had with them. Prior to this I was sold a similar product and I received the half the amount but with the same name. (. 5 rather than 1g cartridge) 100% their mistake that time and I was told the same thing but w/ attitude that time. And so this time I was more attentive but I was paying most attention to the quantity given (and tryingto find it on the packaging). I still have receipts & all from those purchases, and I'll post them my honesty is questioned. His excuse was he could get HIMSELF into trouble but honestly that's easily explainable to the owner. I've had issues at other dispensaries of similar nature and I was still infront of their doors (hobo & dutch love) after a couple minutes of talking they both allowed me to exhange, even if at first hesitant but I had not left the scene and so they did the right thing. Unfortunately I won't be shopping here again and I suggest that if you do (not recommended) just make sure you're getting exactly what you paid for. It's an easy mistake to make seeing as the writing on the packaging is very small, neither is it clear as well as having differing product/brand's info in their own spaces. Very poor customer service. Just saying sorry for your (being me) own mistake really leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I do not recommend this place, they don't seem to care at all about customer satisfaction or their regulars. Changes should be made here seeing as the other two places I've dealt with were mostly cool about it. It's happened with dry herb early on (different location) where I received a lesser package then paid for but I only noticed while at home. In that case that's completely understandable. But I was still right there out in front of their store.it's really too bad because I enjoyed the convenience of their location and staff (with that exception)

First time customer:

Website is responsive and has relevant information and good product photos. It is also well organized, includes genuine information about how the company started and the product selection (when I visited) was wide with wide variety in pricing. Checkout process was seamless and worked as intended the *first* time.

Delivery driver was at my door, courteously called me to alert me he was there and the product was in my hand almost as soon as I had completed the order. The delivery was also free for me, likely due to the order value but also because I am not far from this location.

- Suggestions -
- needs to add a driver tip to the ordering process.
- useful delivery option would be 'discretionary delivery' (paper bag) (nosy neighbours are nosy)
- move to biodegradable Chrontact packaging (ie, the bag could be paper with a printed logo instead of plastic). Share the cost with the customer. We all have responsibility!

I order beforehand and by the time I get there it is ready to go. Good covid practices. Friendly staff. My new go-to place.

I've shopped in store and service was great, and used delivery twice. Let me tell you, delivery is the best. This isn't your old street connect who is "5minutes away" Tuesday, but arrives Thursday. The drivers text you an exact time, they're polite, and they don't come in, raid your fridge and "chill" until they have something to do.

Love the weed usually, but I phone in and specifically asked how the blueberry kush compares to the pink and death bubba kush and the girl who answered told me it's pretty much the same. NOT, pink and bubba are WAY stronger. So then when I go to pick it up, the girl who served me was soooo rude. Sorry I wanted to use the debit machine in my own hands, so I could protect my pin and we'll COVID-19 hello, and sorry I didn't know your policy was to hold it? So you claim, but you could have explained it much more politely.

I'm from Winnipeg and have lots of friends in every province and travel alot, so I'll make sure I tell people to be weary of certain staff at this location.

Hi Chrontact. Here is something that might make you smile. I don't smoke weed and usually take the big frown about marijuana. Then the WHO (world health organization) approved CBD oil. I bought some from you and it works.

So just grabbed some 14g sour kush and 14g of growers choice online and they delivered it which is handy but to be honest the herb is crazy dry, no stickiness at all like literally touch it and breaks apart.definitely not what I was expecting to be honest from the pictures and description of the stuff online. I definitely would not be ordering online again

Love this place, I must have done a happy dance like five times at least while in there (especially when I recieved my loot baggy for the grand opening). I love how close they are to my place too! They have a clean, well organized space with a variety of stuff to choose from. Whether it be novelties you're looking for to product, they've got it covered. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful. Did you know rice rolling papers were a thing? I didn't, but now they are my favourite. Their prices are fantastic too, I got 28 grams of os. Sativa for 114$ before taxes I believe it was. I so regret not taking pictures last time I was there. I am going back today and I will be sure to take pictures and update this review.with all of this being said. YOU SHOULD TOTALLY GO THERE! You won't regret it!
