I could not be happier about the clinic and the outstanding professional staff. From the initial appointment with Fatima so friendly and informative and meeting Dr Bongard I knew this was the right choice. Yesterday was my procedure I was welcomed by Annie the assistant who made me feel at ease and so friendly indeed. My oral surgeon was Dr Bongard, who was absolutely amazing! I had no pain, even the needles, right until the end, I haven’t taken any pain relief, he was just so pleasant, knowledgeable and funny. I know he worked very hard to make me happy and he did. I can’t wait for the final outcome. I highly recommend him, this facility and the staff! Ty Dr Bongard and all the staff.

I did my full mouth dental implants, back in 2020, outstanding experience, Dr. Segal and the entire team are amazing, Everything are done onsite, surgery, dentures, etc.
I am still visiting every 6 month for cleaning.
It a pricey procedure, but life changing, I will never regret it!

I have been visiting this centre for the past while, almost towards the end of my treatment. My experience has been not only positive but perfect. It’s hard for me to call out the names of staff, because everyone starting from admin, dental assistants, dentists, and the rest of the staff have been very professional and helpful. Lately Dr. Damlaj and sweet Annie have helped me so much! They make me feel very comfortable and make sure all my questions and concerns are responded to. I had a lot of work done in this place. The work overall is very good quality. However, they need to train staff on how to schedule appointments properly and allocate time needed for each client's appointment. Their doctors always running late.i cannot remember one time i was seen on time.i am talking about at least 30min to an hour wait.it is ok if some clients need to more time for the procedure or follow up, but it is disrespectful to have clients wait for hours.and a courtesy call would be nice if a doctor running very late with previous appointment.

I'm very happy with the implant I received from Chrysalis. It was a long process, but worth it. The entire experience was excellent and everybody at Chrysalis was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with.

This place is snobby, inconsiderate and clearly does not care about its patient’s oral health. Do not waste your time and money here.

I took my dad here for an initial consultation in late November to assess his eligibility for dental implants. While the initial assessment was fine (and took a long time), it was the clinic’s actions (or lack thereof) afterwards that was unacceptable! First, they made my elderly father come back for a CT scan, where he had to wait for OVER TWO HOURS despite him showing up for the appointment on time. He also had to pay $250 for this scan. Then after that - CRICKETS. We didn’t hear back from this clinic for OVER TWO MONTHS on next steps - I followed up once, my dad’s dentist did a second follow up, and it wasn’t until the third follow up that they finally asked my dad to come in in February to discuss results and next steps. Their excuse was that the original doctor, Dr. Gioulos, was away on holidays.then there were scheduling issues (even though they never reached out to schedule anything with us?). And then we had to be switched over to another doctor. How is this acceptable, considering they market themselves as “committed” and “experienced”? My elderly father is suffering from loose teeth, and is having trouble eating everyday and dealing with infections - he should not have to wait around for the clinic to figure out “schedule issues” and holiday coverage. For a $50,000 TREATMENT, I expect better care and communication. Alas, we decided not to proceed with the treatment. Although they gave us a refund for the scan (which I had to request for), they were not apologetic. We will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone.

Had a visit today with Dr. Leibtog and i was very happy, he took the time to explain the procedure, him and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, caring.

One of the best clinic I have ever been to. I am so impressed and very happy with the quality of workmanship and service I received from this clinic. I had a dental implant done and Dr. Jack Zosky and his staff did an excellent job. I wasn't put to sleep (wide awake), just got my mouth numb but didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure. Dr. Zosky is not just friendly and kind-hearted Doctor but also very professional and well educated. I would highly recommend Chrysalis dental centres for anyone looking for implant. I would like to thank Michelle Ryckman and Farhana for all their help.

And now another broken tooth, 4th one since 2014) I do not understand how this keeps happening. I opted for not perfect teeth, actually took teeth that looked realistic and copied my own look. Maybe if you go for perfect teeth they are constructed correctly. Last time I went they told me it was because I had grind down my teeth, but this time I have re-booked service within 6 months and still I broke one tonight eating a soft meal.

I called the emergency number to be told to call back tomorrow morning to see when I could get in. Why not just say call back during regular hours.honestly!
