Food here is very bad their bread was not fresh and the service was very poor the staff gave the food directly on the plate with no paper towel on top of the plate after pointing it out another staff had to come and change it. Kids will enjoy for sure.

We have hosted a birthday party today and our organizer KANIKA is very good at helping us. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Definitely recommended for birthday parties for kids. But food is little expensive.

The worst part is drink has been served on table in jugs for kids and our adult guests aren't aware the policy and they took the drink from jug in water cups. Manager has come and removed the jug and drinks from my guests who were drinking and he poured everything in the trash and asked us to buy drink cup. Of course it is a mistake that they have done unknowingly. But the Manager was very rude and he wanted the drinks to go in garbage instead of having by my guests. This was really insult for us. My guests felt that the food had been taken from their plates. This was very indecent behavior we have faced today. Instead of insulting my guests by taking the drinks from them he could have informed the Host (to us).

Wonderful place for family. We love spending time in this place, staff is very friendly and polite.

Mediocre, costly food. It’s loud there but that’s to be expected. Same old overpriced experience with cheap rewards. Up to you but I would rather take the kids to a park. If you order any alcohol they require to keep your drivers licence number in their system.

Everything about the facility and games were fun and clean for my family. Most of the staff were very friendly but the manager was very rude to us and his employees. He was shouting at his staff he hasn’t gotten a break in front of the customers and his employee tried to diffuse the situation saying she would cover the employee at the front. It was uncomfortable to watch. All the employees were great but the manager should treat them better.

Host were amazing to work with. Got a great cake and Chuck E Cheese and coworker came to sing happy birthday. Wasn't able to pook previously plus only had a group of 4.2 adults 2 kids so didn't make sense make reservations. Paid 160$ 2 pizzas, 4 pops, cake & 170 points to play. Came with a coupon from their website. Happy kids, happy parents/mission accomplished I would definitely recommend

Great fun place to bring your child at a affordable price. Friendly staff members and lots of fun games to play and rides for the little kids. First time I came to chuck e cheese they used tokens, now they use a card system that is much better in my opinion

I had my son's birthday party at Chuck E cheese (4141 Dixie Road, Mississauga) yesterday evening, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the whole experience. They tell you to arrive 15 mins before the party time to order extra food and go over last minute things with the party host. Well we arrived at 15 mins early, the table wasn't even set up! We didn't meet our host until 5 mins before the actual scheduled party time! He was super nice, I have no complaint about the young man, but they all seemed so unorganized. They served the food/cake and now it was time for the ticket blaster for the birthday child, and it had like 20 ticket's in it! That was an extreme disappoint, my little guy was looking forward to a ton of tickets blowing all around him. Anyways now it is time to start cleaning up and getting ready to go and I noticed they didn't pass out the reusable cups that were included in the package. Our host said they were all out of them, so he called over the manager and she wanted to give each child a voucher for a free cup the next visit. Why wasn't I made aware of this before! I insisted they give us any and all cups they had available, and indeed they had enough for our party, they weren't all matching but I was satisfied with at least having the cups for the children to take home. The mega package also includes balloons and they were out of them as well! After we paid, the manager said we can only leave a cash tip, but unfortunately we didn't have any cash with us, bc we planned to tip by credit and they don't accept credit for tips!

I booked this party over 1 month in advance and confirmed everything the evening before and was reassured everything will be available and set by the time we arrived 15 mins early.

After all that happened yesterday, and all the disappointment I felt, I will never be booking a birthday party here again!

Prefer the Argentia branch. First time visiting here and the staff and especially the supervisor is not customer friendly. We ordered a platter which they forgot to get to our table. Food was cold and wings portions looked tiny. When I raised this with the manager, she was mostly dismissive. Not coming back here!

I had a bad experience, booked for my daughter party. And manager was very arrogant and miss communicated pizza prices.

It was my first time visiting this place and i was really looking forward to it BUT it didn’t go well at all.
Ordered Cheez pizza twice but both were burnt and rock hard. Washrooms were a disaster.

Chuck E Cheese was a blast! For all ages and especially for kids as advertised! The food came quickly and everyone had a great time. Definitely recommend this location!

This branch is disgusting,
The washrooms are gross, food is disgusting.
The staff here is very rude, don't know how to provide customer service.
They really need to work on cleanliness.

I have visited the vaughan mills branch and it is 100 times better then this branch.
The managers at vaughan branch are more friendly, its clean and food is great.

Good fun for kids. For $30 you get 90mins of unlimited play. Games are for age 3+. However, I observed bullying by larger & older kids where they would hijack games being played by smaller kids. Also at Dixie location the entry gatekeeper is doesnt respect customers. Largely staff is friendly.

My 6 years old boy loves this place. He had a lot of fun and after the pandemic, we are willing to take him almost once a month to enjoy. Kids need recuperate lost time. This is a great place.

Chuck e Cheese is outstanding indoor place for any age group because of interesting games on economical price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time my kids enjoy a lot and they don't tired and top of that they don't wanna go home once the entered in Chuck e Cheese. Best place for indoor games specially in winter.

If it is a "kid friendly" place as said multiple times in the advertisements, by employees, etc. Why is there alcohol being handed out to the parents who are probably already stressed by the fact that their kids may not be safe or that their children are just stressing them out? There should not be alcohol at a "kid friendly" place anyways, it is supposed to be directed towards kids and not promote bad habits such as underage drinking and gambling.

Best Chuck E. Cheese location, The whole experience from start to finish is great, All staff are so friendly and kind. (specially Adam helped us a lot with our big order). The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great time for the whole family. Thanks again

First time back in quite some time. They do a great job with screening upon entry. They have stopped stamping with black light stamp and require a family selfie which I guess is better than nothing.

Brought the boys in their costume for the Boo-tacular event and got the extra points (after 6 pm for other giveaways). Cashier was very engaging with the boys costumes which was nice.

Ended up with 2 - 1 hour all you can play pass. Personal opinion is that amount of points has increased in order to redeem anything substancial.

Glad to be back and nice to see some parties while we were there.

Went for a birthday party. The set up was fine, when there are multiple parties, there should be easy markings for each of them. Food was good, variety of chicken wings n pizzas with pop. The CC host had a good cheer and b'day song going which involved the kids. The space was slightly cramped up but was manageable. There was a vaccination passport check and temperature check at the entry. Different games to keep the kids engaged.

I honestly enjoy coming to Chuck E. Cheese for the pizza, however, my experience yesterday wasn't the greatest. I ended up chewing on a fingernail that was in my pizza slice and I don't think I've been more disgusted at the fact. I've dealt with issues where hair has ended up in my food before but never somebody's fingernail. I'm more concerned that this is a place for kids to come, especially knowing that this is place where children eat. I can't imagine if a child had swallowed that or even worse, having a nail be stuck in their throat. It's a health and safety matter. I have no complaints about the staff, they were great but as for everything else, I was disappointed. Drink machines were diluted with water, almost everything tasted like water. Most machines were down, not many games available.

Very nice place to keep kids entertained. I just thought that this one location would also have the playground with balls and slides etc. But still, my son had a blast

I went today with my 2 kids 3 yrs and 4 yrs! I felt its pricy for my kids age.they have limited games to play and some of them are not working i recommend no more thab one hr for this age! Going with the masks on for a long time will leave you with no option butt run away asap.staff are friendly and safety protocols are good. Maybe going back in winter! Maintenance for the machines is needed ASAP

I have called customer service to have an idea about the birthday parties after stage 3 here in Mississauga, ON and surprisingly the customer care was not welcoming and wanted to end the call immediately. As we are super excited that chuck E is back in business, she disappointed us with her response to every question to go online and does not have a clue.
We are loyal customers to Chuck E, not sure if anymore.

My kids have fun. The customer service is good. We've been here many times and held a couple birthday parties for my son. My only complaint would be there are quite a few games that are out of service which is unfortunate.

Great place to take your nieces and nephews to look like a hero, but be prepared to drop a lot of coin very expensive.

I got ripped off. I paid for 1 hour but only played for 40 mins. The pizza was dry too. I will not go back there.

Limited games as compared to locations in other countries, and expensive too! But a great place for kids to have fun.along with their parents ;)

As for the location, it's nice. Different games from other locations I've been to which is nice. Pizza was good quality, I am always surprised by how good the pizza actually is at Chuck E Cheese. Drawback.the patrons. Thank you to the people who are an active participant with their children at these places. You make sure they wait their turns and are polite and I applaud you. These people are in the minority however. This is not a daycare, WATCH. YOUR. KIDS! The number of smaller children I saw pushed out of the way by bigger kids was shocking. I intervened a few times expecting to see an angry parent give me the "Don't tell my kid what to do! " speech. Never happened though, their parents were nowhere to be seen. On top of that just the general inconsiderate nature of the majority of people there was appalling. If someone holds a door for you, you say thank you. If someone was already sitting at a booth, find another booth. This large family actually kicked another family out of their own booth so they could have 2 side by side. There were other booths available but they wanted those 2. Unreal. Other than that though, great time, fun for the whole family. Cheers to the staff there for putting up with what must be one of the most stressful panic attack inducing jobs out there. Rant over.

This is a great place to hang out with kids as a family. My son loves this place. The food is good. Staffs are friendly.

The pizza was very good, and great fun there for kids but the game card minutes do go fast and the prizes are very small even if you have a decent number of tckets.

Went there late last month for a birthday party. The party host was great, but the rest of the staff was horrible. The place was over booked for parties and they didnt know how to handle it. My little ones went to redeem tickets and the girl at the counter was shoving stuff in front on us and kept trying to get him to pick stuff he didnt want. She gave him two items and ripped his recipt and said your done. He had more tickets owed than the girl let him redeem. She didnt calucate the recipts she just did it in her head and was way off. When I mentioned it she just ignored us.
When my son asked for a specific item she refused to give it to him and said you can only have this one. After half an hour waiting we finally got attention from someone else who was then able to switch the prize. Another issue we had was the party staff moved our items and my sons coat was missing. It was the middle of winter and no one was really helping find it. One staff member tried but wasn't too successful. He asked us just to leave a number and leave. I told him I wasn't leaving without his coat and he said there was nothing else he could do. Upon leaving we found the coat and left. Won't be going back to this location!

Check their website for coupons before you go. Always a good time at chuck e cheese but it’s best to go right at opening/ weekdays or it’s a zoo.

This was our first time attending. Although the food was good it was way to over priced for what you get. I would suggest if your going with a group getting the sample platter over the pizza it is a much better deal

Awesome experience. For 40 bucks 2 hrs of unlimited fun. Play as much as you want. Also bought dipping dots.

For a saturday afternoon it was actually a pleasant experience. I went in for a playdate with my 4yr old. There were several parties back to back during our time there. But the festivities don't last too long. The place was clean. The staff SUPER friendly. The food was good. Bathrooms were not too bad. I would recommend and visit again myself

It was incredibly busy this morning, a lot of the games were calling for an attendant which really put me in a bad mood. I spoke to a staff member and he wasn't hesitant at all to reload me 15 minutes of time card. I've had excellent experience at this branch in the past so I thought it was only fair to talk to a staff member before I left a negative review.

The first thing that I thought that really stood out about this place was their customer service. It was excellent. Every employee was courteous and helpful. The bathrooms were clean, the whole place was clean and well maintained. We bought a 60 minute play card. I’m glad we didn’t get anything less because I would have had to buy more. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back again.

Came here today for a children's Christmas party for the first time with a 3 month old. She s too young to play the games. But being new parents we were surprised that there were no family washrooms for parents with babies. Some parts of the establishment seemed dated and the TV's were old and fuzzy screens. The pizza however was really good.

I just think that they need to up their game and keep up with the times and update their amenities and this place will be perfect for everyone to enjoy.

I was here today (Sunday 27 Oct) and had an exceptional experience. I'm handicapped and one of the workers Hussain, was so caring he came up to me asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. My brother was with me and he has down syndrome and just like he did to me he asked my brother. I told him that I would write a positive review and would mention his name just because i felt so touched because of how busy it was he took his time out and asked me if I was doing okay. I'm not sure if it's part of CEC training but definitely made my day a lot better and it goes to show that people care. I'm really happy and I hope this review makes his day and if you're reading this Hussain just know your an awesome, caring employee and you made me smile. Thank you

My family and I truly love Chuck E. Cheese. The games are all a ton of fun and Personally I prefer the coin game. It’s too bad there is no Chuck E. Cheese in Ottawa.

What can I say? The kid in me was thrilled to have visited Chuck E. Cheese. The place was very clean (for a kids play place) and the arcade game selection was fantastic. I also didn’t mind the rather dated robot animatronics. Classic! It was also comforting noticing their safety procedures, as I had left with my children, the staff flashed a black light on my hand to reveal our families matching numbers. Very cool. Nice touch.

I'm very happy to be coming here with my kids. Today was exceptional experience because one worker (hisaom) was incredibly polite and kind he help us with a machine causing problem and my son was crying and he gave him a lollypop and 25 free tickets. Another worker Nancy I think manager was very helpful kind and smiling face. My kids were very happy and want to co.e here everyday. Food is a bit over priced but other than this I'm very happy.

After 20 years, this place still hasn't changed. Still chaotic as ever, but the kids always have a great time! Would have given 5 stars if their games didn't keep breaking down and robbing the kid's of their tickets!

Oh the childhood memories. It was a bit like a production line with 7 parties at a time but when Charles Entertainment Cheese came out, I thought I was at a Justin bieber concert. I recommend getting one of those swipe cards for sure, it comes with two hours unlimited with the top package for parties. Food is mediocre, prizes are dollar store quality but what do you expect, it’s Chuck E. Cheese! Kids love it here.

A great place to take your kids to. My son had his birthday here and it was fun! I ordered for unlimited games for all our guests. It was well organised. As a parent be ready to stay longer as your kids wouldn't want to leave when the time comes.

The prices are quite reasonable and the place is pretty huge. Will be sufficient for 20 kids in a row. The food is ok.
The games are nice and evening time will be pretty busy on sundays so be little cautious about closing time.
The staff is very helpful as well.

Always fun at Chucky Cheese. My son had a blast! It always makes me happy to watch my son run around playing all the games, eating the food and getting all excited when the mouse comes out. It's also a relaxing feeling knowing that he is safe and secure in their blocked off exit with staff to ensure you don't lose your children as they run around crazy excited. Will definately go again. The only issue was their was only one cash open with a line up, but they won't lose their 5 star rating as everything else was perfect!

Was here a few weeks ago for my son's birthday party. They keep it simple zero stress easy way to spend a bday. My son enjoyed it.

Food is overpriced for the questionable quality and staff seem miserable. My kids have fun which is what's most important. Rebranding and updating is badly needed.

Been there with my grandson great place to have fun and play. Clean place. Affordable prices. Lots for kids to enjoy. Will go back and would recommend parents to check it out you won't be disappointed.

Amazing for kid birthday parties. Has a large seating area with a stage nearby. Huge arcade area as well as a play structure. The arcade is used with a card There is a ticket and prize section. Food services as well as a live mascot of Chuck E. Cheese.

This place is so different from other locations. Most machines aren't giving tickets or and broken. I'm not taking my kids back again to this location
