A descent place for kids and adults who wants to have fun. You can buy arcade pass either by points or time.

Its a pretty nice space for kids to spend time and enjoy, they also offer birthday services. Food is not bad as well, parking space is also easy to find.

Was there for a birthday party. As a guest, we didn't realize the ticket blaster was only for "birthday kids" and got told off by another mom of a different party that it was only "birthday kids". Worst experience while the staff only focused on ushering kids into the chamber. I had to explain to my kids that even though they waited patiently and politely for their "turn", they weren't allowed to try or have a turn. Staff could've managed the situation better instead of putting parents in awkward situations with well behaved kids.

Great experience for kids 4+ up to around 9 years old. There isn't much to do indoors so this was a great find. I would absolutely recommend this place to people with young kids.

It's a lively space. There were lots of things for the kids to do (there could be more for the number of kids that it could fit). A few games give out tokens- ypu need to stick those back in and play; they are non redeemable, lol.

The stuffed pizza tastes good.they do serve beer.
There are usually multiple birthdays in the same area, and when Chuck comes out, his time is split with multiple parties (the process just seems a bit out dated).

Great place! The prices are affordable and my kids loved it! I got the unlimited tickets for 45 mins and they had a blast!

We came here for two birthday parties, and I found the place to be overcrowded. The birthday child isn't really made to feel so special if they're celebrating it with like 4 other birthday kids. I find it not worth the cost.

Well maintained facility and helpful staff. Great variety in games. It's expensive to visit, took our daughter for her birthday and for a 2hr pass, pizza and drinks we paid $90+. It was great visiting early in the morning because it's empty. You don't get too many points on the games but if you sign up for the app you get bonus tickets that go a long way into getting prizes. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit again!

Very small play area and it seems very expensive I would advice that rather than going here please go to playdium because it’s worth your money

I’ll come to this place for few years with people with special needs. I came today am I encounter a very mean person that works as maintenance person he is charge on checking the machine at chuck cheese. He first told me that if I was supporting one person that brought with? I responded “Yes” he told me can you please tell him to keep it down because there are kids that are coming in? I told him yes.
Then we were looking for Video machine to play when the guy that I was working with got close to him cause he interested in playing that particular machine and told my client can you please keep away from me I don’t want you near me.
I was very upset at the moment I felt by telling him off, but I have integrity. That type of person should not have the right to discriminate people intellectual disability. I am very disappointed in Chuck E. Cheese for hiring a person.

Great fun place to bring your kids.pizza is awsome and so is their wings.for the games a card is used to collect points and spend points.prizes are ok.when school is put it gets pretty busy there

Extremely terrible experienced. Manager, name Ron, extremely rude and yelling to his customers.

Forced to take a selfie just to enter in weekday with maybe one other parent and child. Really. That's the level of security? What a joke.

Took our 7 year old and, had a fun day enjoying games.
Staff is super helpful and friendly. Fresh cotton candy was a hit. The refill cup is a great add-on. We didn’t happen to try the food. We will definitely be visit again. Even with the all you can play, my son was tired before he used all his credits.
The security coming in and asking families to take a self to ensure you leave with the people you arrived with is a nice touch! Gives parents a sense of comfort because it does get busy and fairly crowded at peak hours

Full blast fun for kids,
Lots of games and secondly kids can have some rides too which was big hit for my kids
Food was fresh and tasty.staff was very friendly.

I bought unlimited ticket, Shaneal (Manager) didn’t explain that we have just one time pause.
My son paused to use washroom and for food he wasn’t be able to pause it again, i spoke with Shanael and she back to me with extremely rude and loud voice: there is nothing i can do it, I can’t override the pause.
I gave 1 star for her attitude.
And obviously you lost money because we didn’t buy food,
Bad customer service.she is not respecting customers.she didn’t even looked at me while we had our conversation.

The place is good for kids to play and have birthday parties. One can easily spend an hour or two playing games and stuff (mostly kids).
