It seems there were some changes with this location, the manager is extremely rude when confronted to explain these ridiculous prices and the changes they made. I have been there before and this was all new to us and she would not even explain anything properly and just told us "this is how it is". It is a complete rip-off, for 45 minutes or less of play costs over $45, a tiny little pizza and a salad is almost $30. I would NEVER return here again and I warn all parents to save your money and just go anywhere else. Extremely disappointed.
Washrooms needed staff attention as there where no hand napkins there and needed cleaning. Otherwise it was good and staff was quick to respond to any game trouble.
They have an unlimited play for a certain price. If you have more than one child it's great, buy one unlimited pass and use it for multiple children, just scan it at the games back and forth. Works great.
Took my Family there yesterday (Sunday Nov. 25,2018). I use to buy 1000 tokens for $25 (with coupon) NOW it's 1000 play point for $25 (no coupon) The biggest difference is that the game my 4 year old Son plays use to cost 1 token ($. 25) NOW it costs 5 play points ($1.25) The Operation game I like, use to cost 1 token ($. 25) NOW costs 20 play points ($5.00). Needless to say, we use to spend $100 - 150 a visit and we would spend a couple of hours playing games (great bang for the buck). Yesterday we got 1300 play points with our food purchase and it ONLY lasted us 10 minutes! Then to add insult to injury, we had to wait 15 minutes to cash in our tickets for candy and toys that wholesale for approx. $2.00.
The quality of the pizza is much better than before.but the overall experience was definitely worse!
Great place for kids. Mine had a blast playing and enjoyed the food. Brought back memories of my childhood loving this place. Different now, but the kids still love it.
Kids had lots fun! Look for those malfunctioning machines that spit out too many tickets. If your lucky you can get a plastic Slinky for $25 worth of credits.
Went on fri night 6pm with almost 3 year old niece and my wife n parents
The receptionist was weird in her dealings, broken communication. Some machines dont work on the first try (you lose points). The coupons machine doesn't count the coupons properly (so the total number is less than actual number of coupons). The mascot was low on energy and failed to catch the attention and interest of my niece
I'm not trying to be super critical here. I understand must have been a long day for them too. I guess the point is for the kids to have fun, which they did, so yayyy
The gatekeepers were vigilant with the people moving in and out, that's good
Fun place for the kids to play, where you have midway games with tickets for prizes and characters to keep your child entertained. The only drawback I can see is there are very few options for a strict vegetarian meal.outer entire family has dietary restrictions with dairy and meat and we had to run out for food elsewhere. Would be a good place for a child's birthday party, just not our children lol
Good place to bring kids for some activity and games and maybe even have a birthday party for kids under 7 or 8. Older kids probably won’t enjoy this place as much.
They have a seating section dedicated for parties and on busy days there could be multiple birthday parties happening at the same time.
Although most rides are designed for pre-schoolers and toddlers, there are also a few arcade style video games and other interactive games for older kids. Some games and rides spit out bonus tickets which can be used to win prizes. Adults who bring their kids are often seen playing the basketball game.
The games were either temporarily unavailable or eating my credits without letting us play. The Chuck E Cheese staff rectified almost within minutes however it does not have a huge selection to start with.v
The worst Chucky cheese customer service ever! Machines does not work! It will take you forever to request coins! Ordered a chicken wings and it came after 48 minutes what a customer service! Definitely not coming back here again.
The concept of Chucky Cheese is great and kids get excited when the cone in, but for some reason the staff is always so dull and mundane. Even when Chucky Cheese the character shows up for 5min, s/he is dead no life. I waited for 15min just to place an order while two counters were empty, two employees were doing nothing. When I inquired why they could not help me, they answer was that they did not sing in! Help your customer, they are with restless kids. Culture need a to get an overhaul.
I've been here a number of times with my three kids. First time in a while though. The new points system is horrible. Be prepared to spend twice as much.each game costs 25 points or two tokens. They doubled the price of everything
This is really a place for the kids. Video games, great finger food, and Chuck the mascot, to lead Birthday cheers. Staff is courteous and professional, there's lots of parking and a shopping mall on the same compound. Motel 6 is literally 5 Minutes away. Kids will love it, and parents too!
Booked a birthday party online ahead of time, arrived and they were still setting up, waited 20minutes for our play cards with a bunch of 4 year olds, had to ask for our 200 bonus points for booking online and for our balloons to come out. Our waitress brought the cake out and had to ask our party for a lighter to light the candles, 2 people in my party saw a mouse run under the table, lots of games weren’t working properly, missing parts or taking more points then supposed to. All together a poor experience. Thanks for offerering me 1000 points (approx $10 value) on my $350 bill and telling me you called a company regarding your rodent problem. Also I would like to mention the morning of the party I received an email early morning asking me to review my experience for my party and I would receive more bonus point. Not realizing that they meant the actual party which hadn’t taken place yet, and not the booking experience I proceeded with a good rating as the online booking was fantastic. Next time we will try one of your competitors, perhaps Dave and Busters or Playdium take more pride in there businesses.
Multiple machines were broken when we went. Also who ever was in that mouse needs a bit more energy. My niece asked me if she/he was sick and I couldn’t stop laughing. Also one other thing, don’t throw tickets into a group of kids. Multiple kids were crying because they didn’t get any tickets.
