Big shoutout to Doris at CHUCK E CHEESE she really made my graduation party such a memorable one and went above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of service:) She was warm, friendly, and went out of her way to make me feel accommodated and happy:) My entire party loved her and she made me feel at home as a 20 year old at Chuck E. Cheese:)

Took my son and nieces and nephew here and it was a lot of fun for them. The food is over priced so I would skip it.

I celebrated my son’s bday with 13 friends of his and it was seemless. From confirmation to party it was all so much fun and well managed. Kids love it there. Unlimited game time for 2 hrs with food and drinks. You just need to be there with cake (you could also order cake there in case you want). Would definitely recommend to most parents who would like the experience to be stress free and fun alike specially for the bday boy/girl and their friends.

I went there for a family gathering, the atmosphere is very good for children and the workers are very polite. But the food is not great but it is well expected because it’s a playing area not primarily a restaurant.

Very bed service by the lady who making pizza, I have asked her to cut 2 slices in half because my kids wanted it, but she refused and upset so disappointed

In this pizzeria there, one of the animatronics bit my friend's head, well, that's okay! The machine guns are good, not bad, but they were poisoned with food and ended up in the hospital. There was another worker dressed as a rat and took the children somewhere

A lot of kids rides are not working and ypu get to know after you tap. Staff have one answer, Tap and try again it'd work. Feels like they dont want you here.

This place could use a facelift. Staff was pleasant, though. Pizza was decent. Game selection is mid, at best.

Their restaurant would be a lot more profitable if they convert to Halal menu since 90 percent of their customers are Muslim.

Had a good time with my 3yr old son, look forward to going back.

It’s a simple arcade and restaurant, wasn’t crowded, and enough to keep us busy for an hour.

Party area for children has speakers on too loud. My ears were ringing; it was louder than going to a club.

Clean place but they need to put hand sanitizer on the tables so we can use it when we touch different machines.

Nice place for kids to play around but there is a huge that is not inline with economic factors. It’s one thing to keep your kids entertained and it’s different to spend money without just value that it creates.

My daughter loves the place. We played a lot of games. Don't forget to download the app to collect points!

Amazing place, my daughter and her friends along with their parents had a blast! This new bracelet with unlimited tokens for 2 hours is an amazing idea! Pizza is tasty and they even have gluten free pizza to offer which came handy to offer to one of our guests. The service provided by the staff was amazing and they totally gave their best. I would only suggest to improve the prize exchange method and add an extra pizza oven to avoid delays.

Went early and was pretty empty so we had fun. Some games are turned off for social distancing but my daughter still had a fun time. Also a mask is mandatory and don't go if you're expecting a great prize for your tickets because its cheaper to just pay the difference with money than to keep buying points.
UPDATE: The only thing that they need to do is to put some hand sanitizing stations because of all the touching

It's a fun place for kids.with there new card system my kids enjoyed a lot more fun time and can play as many as times kids wants we won't run out of coins now. I surely recommend this place for kids to have lots of fun and good memories

My 8 & 10 yr old kids had fun, and it seemed inexpensive on the "tokens" (pre paid card "swipes") compared to what I remember. Still, basically an arcade with dine-in.

Overall, a fun “game” spot for kids and families! Food is surprisingly good for a kid’s party place! The one big downfall is there is no playground at all. Kids spend enough time on games these days, yet that’s all they offer here. No slides, no ball pit, no tunnels, nothing. I remember coming here as a kid and we LOVED being active and playing on the structure, but it’s completely gone. This is a deal breaker for me. There are much better kids party places that have both games and a play structure.

Not a place responsible parents should take children. Witnessed fights between adults. Saw a gang tattoo on one of the servers. Food on the floor. Malfunctioning games. Attendants socializing rather than working. You would think the manager, with all this chaos, would come out of the office to manage the floor, however only came out reluctantly to hear our complaint and slunk back into the office. The manager did not take responsibility, stating it was head office's fault

It's goods to be back. The kids had fun with their Ninja games. Had a go with the Mad Wave Motion Theater. Will be back again soon.

This is our favorite location to go to. Staff are super friendly and the place is clean. Adnam is also very nice and he made me and my family felt so welcomed. We will definitely be coming back:)

Had a great time here with my family. It was not busy, we did go on a weekday, so it was great. I like the fact that there are no more tokens and everything is virtual on a card. For play time we spent roughly $40 for an hour and a half. Great deal!

My son always love to be here. It's a full fun activity place and during this pandemic, it strictly follows the sop.

Dissatisfaction with the games and prizes for the kids. The machines weren't working to specs won't give us a token a few times had to swipe the card a few times taking away credits unessaraltly. Should be corrected.

Took my kids here earlier today and they had a good time like always. The pizza a tthis location tastes pretty decent. The animatronics bring back some old school memoeries.

I went there for the first time. Enough games to keep kids glued and obsessing over tickets. Prizes are cheap, but that's understandable, because it exists as a money generating machine. Haven't tried the food, as the prices are double what you'd normally pay.

Food is good but service is bad two time they forget to put all the stuff I oder when we come home it was so disappointed for kids that they don't have what they oder

It used to be good, but now it isn't. The new system isn't very good. We used to have tokens, but now it's cards, and the cards run out so fast, and you have to buy more and more points.

It's mayhem & most people don't even watch their children assuming that because of the venue someone somewhere is watching them. The service is what you'd expect when they have young kids serving not bad but not great either.

A great place to have a good time with your family especially if you have kids. Offers arcade games for kids, good quality pizza, a buffet style salad bar, and lots of other fun features that kids will enjoy. The place is also very spacious and good for birthday parties. It's recommended that you download coupons from their website for foods and games which will help you save some money.

It just could have been better.

My aunt had booked my young cousins 5th birthday here on the weekend of April 20th. When she arrived, the place was packed, they should really have a maximum occupancy.

She was shown to her table after waiting at the front for someone to come and allow them into the facility. When she got to her table, she was told that her hostess was fired that morning, and her service may be slower. This is an inconvenience, you should be able to provide top notch service regardless of your staff count.

After almost 2 hours, food came out cold, and then the cake. Each child's birthday is supposed to be accompanied by Chucky himself. Together, they are to sing happy birthday with family and friends. However, I watched a hostess slap a cake on a table, not light the candle, oh and not even make sure that the birthday boy was even present.the cake legitimately sat there for 30 minutes on the table, no hostess to come by, and no Chucky.

My aunt had some later guests arrive, they ordered 2 pizzas, some wings, and a few drinks. I want to know why each pizza was brought out one at a time, then we still waited 30 minutes for wings. I work in a resturant, this cannot work.you are to bring all food for the guests at the same time, not different.

My aunt got very flustered and emotional because this is her sons birthday, why should anyone have to undergo what happened. Many times we had a female come over to check on us, but she couldn't help us much because she doesnt have the jurisdiction to do such.

In the end, after many tears, and a shoulder rub, my aunt was able to speak to a manager about all the problems who felt very sincere for what happened. This is why I am giving this place a 4 star versus a 2. If the manager hadn't complied in a reasonable manner than this review would be different. However, he was very understanding and apologetic for what took place, and provided my aunt with some reimbursements.

This location needs a bit of a step up.they will get there eventually. With that comes better training your employees.

The worst chuky chesse ever the manager is the rudest women i ever met in customer service she hates her job and it shows i will never go back to this location. A colored lady with black curly hair. Rudeeeeeeee beyond and this place is dirty compared to the others.

It has become very expensive to spend 1h with the kids here. It's much better at an indoor playground. Also the toys they get for the tickets are ridiculous (like old times, maybe you see them in cuba). Kids were very disappointed.

Honestly it’s worth trying to Oshawa and getting the real experience. The place is not clean needs updating and some tlc asap. Honestly.

Went for my kids birthday invite and they had a ball. My kid kept saying I want to go back? I said, I want a Lamborghini.

What I loved about the most was they tag each child to their parent and on our way out they verify if the parent really does belong to the children going out with you. Great security feature and impressive as well. It’s a UV light marking so no one else can see your numbers on the palms except “the man” at the exit door.

Man, I loved this place as a kid. Went here with a couple of childhood friends and we'd play the initial d game for the entire afternoon granted that there wasn't a line forming. Prices for tokens were pretty good back in the day, not sure what it's like now. Place gives me a lot of memories.

Very popular. Lots of games. They have a kitchen serving pizzas and snacks. They also have an all you can eat salad bar. They have tables set aside for birthday parties. You are not allowed to bring food and drinks except birthday cake if have booked a birthday party.

Parking is usually a bit difficult, you may have to park a fair distance away from them. Food is not anything special.

Very conveniently located at the junction of Scarborough and North York. Not a very big place but have enough games and tides to keep kids busy. There is also a birthday area and a nice lineup of food options. Winners and Paramount Fine Dining is just next door. Tuesdays have discounts.

Great time pass for the kids and families. Time / points is really a money making stretegy. However, end of the day kids thing. Worth a try but Costly.

We went there for a birthday party and let me tell you, don t waste your money! The cups they give for the party are only for the kids! No extra cups for the parents. Same goes for the plates when the kids get pizza. Only for the cake the parents are allowed to get a plate, but no cups! They brought water and lemonade juice for drinks.the 2 pitchers do not stay at the table.they will only fill up the cups for the kids and then take them back to their kitchen! (probobly to make sure the parents won t drink any of it.my assumption). The pizza was ridiculous small.the slices where 2 little strips.the smallest i ve ever seen. The prices of the pizzas when you want to buy are outrageous! Oohh and they didn t even sent the birthday child to the ticket blaster.wich was a total disapointment! The staff was not very helpful at all and only came out to rush the party and their guest.and only did the very minimum. Some of the play machines were not working properly either. Ive been there many times, but have not been there for a year.i m honstly very disapointed in how it s run now, and been managed now. I ve noticed the other reviews in the past 1-2 month have similar expirience at this Victoria park and Sheppard location. So yes i would definitely not recommend this place!

It’s honestly disgusting how they recycle thier pizzas here. I spoke to one of the employees here and for sake of keeping her identity safe I will not disclose the name. They said that they have A pizzas (fresh ones) and that they give these ones to families that have a lot of ppl or to customers that come in with more then 4 kids and that they have their B pizzas (the ones made up of pizza slices left over by customers that don’t eat them) and that they give those to anyone who’s there with just their kid or people who are there with less then 4 kids. It’s ridiculous to think this was something only happening in the states and not Canada. I’m very disgusted and would never bring in my nephew here again

The manager here Sam have terrible customer service, he believe he own this place (may be he does). His attitude does not want customer to return and he said it he does not care.nice service!

Best day ever. Went for a b'day party for Jaden & the host was a pro, well trained, always around & ensured the guest of honor was looked after to the fullest.
Only thing I have to point out is that when the time came for Chucky to sing & dance with the b'day kids it was too crowded & not enough room for them to dance & sing with him. They should perhaps get rid of or reorganize the stage with the characters to enable the kids celebrating their b'day to be taken on the stage to interact personally with Chucky. All in all even us adults had a blast. Fun to watch the kids having a time of their little lifes

A good place for kids to play and enjoy snacks and pizza along. You collect tickets as you play and win, which can be redeemed for small toys and candies. Opens by 10 am on weekends but gets crowded by noon. Early to get in the better. You get a card loaded with time to play at different stations. 45 mins is 20 bucks and you have different options. Min is 30 mins. But due to the line ups to play games you might lose time. So plan your trip accordingly to make use of your time better.

Let me say the location in whitby is by far the WORST place I've ever been. The staff managers (Krystal/Crystal and Another Young gentleman) were PUBLICLY embarrassing me because I had asked them about the food I was served. She had a bad attitude when spoken to correctly and in no rude manner. As a older woman it is very sad for these young managers to be speaking to anyone in any type of aggressive tone. I think you should reconsider the staff managers and also maybe retrain them on the correct protocols of customer service for the company. This is a worldwide company and this location has 3.8 rating very sad for a corporate company. Money well wasted.

I didn't have any food, but we enjoyed the games and I appreciated the variety of games and the layout. It kept my 2 1/2 year old busy for a good hour. We will be going back.

First time we visited this location. Staff wise there was only 1 person working the counter on a Friday night they were definitely understaffed and it showed. It was quite busy there and lines were moving very slow. I stood in line for 10 mins just to get a bag to place my tickets in. At other locations I've visited the bags are on the counter and readily available maybe an idea for this location as well. Service is very slow, but staff is polite and friendly. When it came time to exchange our tickets for prizes we waited for over 15 mins and were not helped so decided to leave and save them for another time.
The game selection is fair there are many there. Kids were slightly disappointed that there wasnt a little climbing structure with a slide. But it didnt bother me with the amount of people there.
The place was clean. Overall it was an ok experience.

I haven't been to a chuck e cheese since I was a kid. This chuck e cheese was very clean and the staff pleasant. The pizza was actually pretty good.
The biggest surprise for me was their safety about exiting their facilities, you have a stamp on your hand that matches your child and it must be on your hand to exit. I was very pleased to see them monitor the doors and actually did their due diligence.
