Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Management under staffed for a night with promo pricing. We had made reservations for 8 ahead of time to assist with management knowing customer volume. We waited for 10min past our reservations, despite the restaurant only being half full. Our server confirmed that he was called in last minute. He was wonderful himself and provided great service. When the bill came I asked about an extra charge percentage, and was explained that to keep prices low the additional charge is applied. How does that make sense? Charging more more, is not saving me money. You need to change this. Charge what you feel is fair for the food, and let us as customers decide before hand what we feel is fair with our patronage or not. Hidden fees are not savings.

Was just here and got my name put on the wait list (I was second). As I waited in my car I saw a big group leaving so I decided to go back in. There were two other parties waiting to ask for a table. Those on the wait list before us walked in and were seated, shortly the other two parties were also seated while we waited around. We still haven’t received a call to let us know a table is available.

We were seated without any wait and our toddlers food came first (which was great)! The beer was cold, the food was hot and our server Ayrianna was polite and fast!

Service was horrible. The food came so late and was a little cold. Server didn’t check up on us. Had to flag down a random waiter for a bill. On top of it all the place wasn’t even busy. Don’t waste your time and money just go to the location in Mississauga; the servers and food are better there.

The best place to go and eat, rich and delicious burgers, two to be one, haha, very good place for the whole family.

I went with one of my friends after 9 pm. That was my first time. I really loved it. Host named Annav has a really friendly and charming personality. Awesome ambience. Highly recommended. Will come again for sure:)

3rd time now I’ve had to walk out of this location due to no service. You guys don’t have a manager or someone doing quality checks? Make sure every table is good? I understand busy and understaff but to be walked past several times and not be noticed, something is wrong. I will try the Steeles location next and hopefully the service is better

Went on Friday night around 10: 30, was decently busy and took a few minutes for our server Chloe to greet us. Which was okay because once she did greet us she was very attentive to us, always checking in and clearing the table for us when needed.
Food was delicious and beer ice cold, excellent job Chloe and thank you for making myself and my girlfriend feel welcome

Chuck's has always been amazing but this location is not good. I ordered chicken Parm tasted like paper. Go to the Bolton location never had an issue there. The manager here does not care about his customers. Please if you can go to the Bolton location, better customer service, manager actually cares. This location is horrible,

The bartender was nice but it felt like he was rushing to get me out of there. Brought the bill and made me pay asap bc I said I didn't think I was going to have another drink after the first one I ordered (this didn't happen when I was nearly finished, it happened within 3 minutes of him giving me my first drink and ordering takeout. So I said Id pay and not have another if he wanted me to pay so badly. Also ordered wings and I ate 2. They were disgusting

My nephew and I went to Chucks this weekend. He ordered a cheeseburger and fries which he really enjoyed. I ordered the fish tacos- the fish was good, but the corn salsa was near gross, I couldn't eat it. The mozza sticks were tiny and there was nothing special about them at all. BUT! The kicker was the washroom was absolutely disgusting. The stall walls were covered in grime, or god knows what, two toilets were plugged with toilet paper, the sinks and faucets had grime on them.all things that showed severe long term neglect. Once I went back to my table I could see then the amount of dirt from splashed food along the wall of my booth, I couldn't stop seeing the dirt. I will absolutely never go back.

I don't understand why this place isn't packed full every night, but I'm glad it isn't. Pest part is the staff

This place was good but they have really gone down in the quality of their food. Ordered chicken Parm tasted like paper. Go to the Bolton location it is 100 times better. Got the same dish there was actually good. They actually care about the quality of their food this place doesn't. Queen Chuck's is not good staff, The staff does not care about their customers. Do your self a favour go to the Bolton location 10 mins away, don't go here!

I’ve been here before COVID and now came and ordered the same lobster tail and top sirloin. Lobster tail tasted like fertilizer smell and steak I got it medium well and it tasted terrible. Maybe they changed the chef Only the fries tasted okay. Corn tasted stale. As a repeat customer today was disappointing. Ignore this location at Kennedy and queen in brampton

Went to Chuck's Roadhouse for the first time. I give it a 3.7 stars. The atmosphere to watch the Leafs game was good. They changed up a few TV's for us. Service was good/ok. The drinks were good, had a tasty Moscow Mule, the Nachos were good but DO NOT ORDER STEAKS at Chuck's the steak and quality of the meat was terrible. Probably best to order bar food there.

Love their steaks! The service was good and the waiter was helpful with questions based on the different foods and drinks.
Would definitely visit here again.
The environment is also cool and nice to relax and drink a beer and have some good food!

2. Birthday with a friend on Thursday - sat at the bar with Paul
3. Saturday apps and drinks with family - server Jenn.

I wasn’t expecting to be at chucks three times but honestly, I had a blast all 3 times.
Jenn is a superstar. She even came over to say high when I was in the bar area, that’s customer appreciation. There was a large exclusive wedding going on but I didn’t feel the effects on Saturday with the family. My food was warm and the beer was cold.
Paul the “bar guy” was fabulous. We had a lot of fun talking about golf.

Amazing service (Paul, Jenn and Amrinder), yummy food, great prices, specials all around depending on the day you go…. What else you need?

P.s. Ask for the suicide sauce with the wings

After checking in at the front desk, we were seated on the patio and hold at a server would be with us shortly. We waited for 45 minutes, and nobody ever came to us. Weren’t able to order drinks or anything, nor were we given any water or asked for what our order will be. A server attended to a different table that was also outside, however he told us that a different server would be with us shortly. After asking quite a few times, and even going inside to ask what the holdup was, we ended up leaving because the wait was ridiculous.i’ve been to other locations and absolutely loved it. This is the worst one I’ve ever been to by far

Open with Patio only sitting. Very friendly Staff and best of all fantastic Customer base. No illusions this is a great place to have a few drinks with food or a lot of drinks with food. Good Portions of food. Definitely a regular hangout of Alcohol lovers. Great Time

I was at the 1 Steeles Ave. East location last weekend. Everything was going well, when just about 2 hrs of being there, the waitress came up to me and said I had to leave as I had exceeded the time limit of 90 mins and had to make way for other patrons. This was just when I wanted to order dinner and I even mentioned that I'm hungry, but to no avail. One of the waitresses who is part of the management and also doubles up as a waitress also came up to me and said that I could choose to wait outside the patio and come back in an hour, if I preferred to. I spent $45 for my roundtrip Uber fare and spent almost the same amount on the bill. For what, to be denied service and asked to leave. Just pathetic and horrible. I would never recommend anybody to go here. Absolutely horrendous and terrible experience!

Went back today for the first time since the Pandemic Lock Down.had the Chicken Club Sandwich.gotta say it was the BEST I've ever had. My husband and Kids also enjoyed their meal! Service was excellent as well!

I often drop by for a evening steak since i live two minutes away. Here’s my night, got in at 9: 11 waited till 9: 25 to get a menu and waited till 9: 38 just to order.my porterhouses steak was overcooked from one side and completely raw from the other. This only happens if the steak comes right from the refrigerator. Barely seasoned and tasted burnt from the edges and the crust. I don’t mind paying for good food but, this experience was terrible. The server did take off $6 from the order but it did spoil my night.not sure if i am ever coming back

Got the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla and it was super burnt. Looked it and taste it.
Also got wings and it was alright. I guess this is what you get when you eat in Brampton. Really wished the Mississauga location opened up earlier than 4pm.

The kids meals are very big portions for the price you pay.
The food reminds me of good barbecue.

I went to the Brampton location with two other people last night to have a few drinks and a small app before heading home. We went in to the bar section and sat at a table. The bartender did not come over to us but instead yelled from across the bar for us to tell him our order. When we placed the order he put the order on the bar and told us to come get it. I wasn't finished ordering when i walked up because we all wanted to share an app but he said very rudely my total was 18.25. I told him I was looking to run a tab and we needed an app. I would like to say the spinach dip was very good i enjoyed it but the service from this bartender was appalling. A bit later he yelled across the bar "its last call do you want anything else" i said back yes one more round. I had ordered a double cosmo and i followed my response with its a double and he snapped back rudely THAT IS A REPEAT ORDER ISN'T IT? Obviously he was in a bad mood so i just said ya OK thank you. He brought this round over. He than followed with the bill. When he came over to proceed with payment i tried to make small talk with him and he was rude a sarcastic and basically threw a cold shoulder to me. I have never been to this establishment but I can promise this will be the last. The service from the bartender was horrible, i am a bartender myself so i understand the stress one can be under but being that rude to customers is unacceptable. I was trying to be friendly with him on multiple occasions and each time received a snappy rude comment. I felt judged and poorly treated. I would like to add when we left i noticed him still serving a gentleman at the bar that just arrived, so i don't no why the bartender was so aggressive with getting us out of there. This bartender has ruined my first and only visit to your location and I would just like the establishment to know the reputation that is being built by your front line. As a guest I should not have to be told to come get my drink when it is not even busy and I should be able to enjoy myself with out feeling the way I did last night. The bartender seemed friendly with everyone else except us from right when we arrived. I am not sure why I was any different.something needs to be addressed.

Prices are so low, it is crazy. They have half priced most things after 9, which made some of the apetizers like 3 bucks. The service was spectacular and the wings were amazing. I was really impressed by our waitress. She always checked up on us and made sure our food was okay and we were also doing well. They had a nice selection of whiskey and the way they mixed the drinks were good. I loved the hamburger and the onion rings as well. I would recommend to anyone who wants a low-key, authentic roadhouse experience.

I’ve been there a couple of times after 9 pm. Staff at the bar are amazing. They take good care of the patrons. Always some sports on. After 9 pm it’s 1/2 price wings. Hot wings are decent 4/5 for flavour. Good portion size.

I love this place, good prices, good environment and delicious food! Food gets thrown on ground & put back on the grill or in the fryer. All frozen, nothing literally NOTHING IS FRESH! FRESH OUT THE WALK IN COOLER! Frozen or bagged product shipped in. Only thing that is 100% real here is the lack of empathy for a customers experience. If I wanted something frozen id have gone to dairy queen. ZERO, I really mean zero care put into it. Food is tossed around & treated like its nothing. Co Op students who cant use a kitchen knife, prep the veggies hence the wiltedness of them all. Very unsanitary kitchen, dishwasher constantly breaks down & grease trap always overflows. Across the st is a KFC as well, Better take your chances there. Also theres a sushi place in this area. If I wanted raw fish id have gone there. Staff need to be told to clean, they will just never up n clean themselves. Staff do drugs/drink on shift & in the bathroom & out the back. Have you seen some of the female staff that work here & how they carry themselves? Excuse me Ms. The Marigold is across the st. Staff are very unprofessional & always trying to cheat customers out their money. In server training they teach you how to manipulate the customer into purchasing multiple things to so call enhance your experience when realistically they are just money hungry. They GENUINELY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE THEY WANT YOUR MONEY! Plz dont eat here, Take your family somewhere more reputable & health and safety wise to have the most amazing experience you ever will have.because chucks roadhouse is not the place for that. Bartender is racist, Managers are corrupt, Staff are picked up off the street druggies. OH AND HEAD OFFICE PLZ DONT BE FOOLED. THE PEOPLE ON SHIFT GET JUMPY WHEN YOU ALL COME IN THE BUILDING AND TRY TO IMMEDIATELY CHANGE THE ATMOSPHERE TO BE MORE ACCOMODATING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS!

Was told once we arrived the kitchen was backed up & food service was going to be slow. Once we got the food after 45 minutes for wings & a burger we only saw the server once & had more interaction with the hostes as we sat near the front area. When I asked to speak to manager & pay the bill, she apoligized, however didn't offer a discount or to have the soft drinks removed from the bill. Service at this location seems to be going downhill.maybe we need to find another place in Brampton to eat.

Went here with my brother and his wife. Great food, the environment isn't great for kids. And it was loud, it might be better on a week night, can't comment on that.

I come here every friday or saturday night with my buddies to drink some beers and eat some food. Service and food is always exceptional. I came in on the 28th with my friends again as usual and I was beyond disappointed. Service was still pretty good but I ordered a steak (like i always do) and it came out cold, well over done and had slim to no seasoning or flavour to it (sad to see because I usually come in and love the steak and it’s always cooked perfectly). Told my server about it and she asked if i would like it recooked. Told her no point, who ever made the steak didn’t know what they were doing anyways.

Being a vegetarian and having a coupon to check this place out, got cheesy fries and nachos with guac on side. Loved both things and satisfied our taste buds. Manager was rude and didn’t stood to her promises as we had coupon

I go here at least once or twice a week. The food is reasonably priced and it's good. I've tried most things on the menu at this point

Came in on friday night, service wasn’t too great, waited a long time to be sat and served. Food took like 30 minutes to get to table but the taste made up for it, ordered a 20oz steak and it was cooked PERFECT.corn is deliscous. Definitely worth the wait! Obvious that the chefs knew what they were doing!

If you want somewhere to bring your friends or family for a nice, non expensive dinner, chucks roadhouse is DEFINITELY the place to go!

I had the Clubhouse sandwich. It was very tasty and the prices were spot on. Service could have been a bit speedier as the restaurant was half empty.

It took 40 minutes to get my steak and when i got it it was cold terrible cooks, i would not go there again

The food my son ate was half burnt yet it was supposed to be a well done steak.
A medium rare came with a fridged reserved pepper corn sauce
When complained the manager said he can take the food away and not charge for it

I yet paid for the starters and my sons steak which he ate

Would you guys like to pay and eat at a place like this

Where one server identifies a problem and manger shows discipline by taking the food and saying he won’t charge for cold sauce and dry steak

Cheap drinks and cheap food. Tuesday stiens of Canadian and coors light on sale for $5. Thursday pitchers are $12. If you're hungry i recommended going after 9 when there apps are half priced

Wings are really good! If you want fries you need to order is separate.

The prices are unbeatable but the service has always been hit and miss. The last and final time I visited, our waitress seemed to have no desire to serve us. We put our orders in and waited forever. We noticed her walking up and down laughing with co workers, helping other tables and totally disregarding us. Once my meal arrived there was a hair under a piece of food. We decided to just take the bill and leave. We waited 20 minutes for the bill. I kid you not. I decided maybe I should stand by the front door so she would think we were 'dashing' it worked. She came right over. I'm done with Chucks, there are other great bar restaurants in the area.
