My server Pramath was beyond amazing, ive never received services like this in my life. He brought our food & drinks super quick and made us feel welcome. This guy deserves a raise and he is definitely the reason I will be coming back to this location again! I love Pramath!

Each time hear has been very good. The ribs and porterhouse steak will cooked just right.
Just would like the cook to time the stakes better, so well done don't have to come out long after the rare steaks.

Nothing special or great, there's a lot better chuck roadhouse. Service is lacking and their food is meh. Better off driving a little further to find a good one

I very highly recommend you don’t waste your money, time or calories on the ribs. Very dry overcooked, bland taste masked by the bbq sauce, they are fairly small in size as well, could be due to shrinkage caused by the overcooking. Chicken quesadilla is pretty generic but not horrible. Just like the onion rings, I would even go as far as saying that the ones at A&W are a lot more fresh tasting. Bread pudding is ok. I ordered twice and both times was disappointed. Not likely to come back.

I tried again and it was awful. I wouldn’t feed the steak bites to my dog. Server talked on her ear buds the entire time. Just a depressing place.

I have been to three other locations of chuck’s roadhouse and my experience are all positive. But I was hesitated to go to this location because of the reviews. I eventually did and I was disappointed.

I have rib eyes at all locations but the ones (we ordered three) and none were as good as the one in Pickering nor even Niagara’s location.

We ordered medium rare but one was almost medium well then we asked for a replacement, it came out blue.

Overall I still love Chucks but this location has a lower review for a reason.
Also the location is very understaffed, I feel bad for the waitress.
Price still good.

The worst service I have ever had, took 15 mins for me to finally get fed up and seek a server to come and just take our drink orders. Then made our orders we even pointed out how my husband wanted hi steak cooked medium rare it
came basically uncooked, when we complained the server took it back and came back to ask if he wanted it cooked longer. When he said no as it turned his stomach the server said while you will still have to pay for it. This is where it got ridiculous the “manager” became overly aggressive and so unprofessional demanding it was going to be paid for. I then went to talk to him and was circled by the staff. I proceeded to say we are not paying for this meal and he needs to remove it from the bill the whole time he was yelling and talking to someone on the phone, I told him I want to talk to owner as he should not be handling customers this way. He refused to allow me speak to anyone when he finally said done it will be removed from the bill.when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me telling me he was too busy and the server was instructed that she was not to give us his name. How does a restaurant manager have this position literally the worse chucks roadhouse ever

Decided to give Chuck's Roadhouse another try. Went to the Vaughan location during lunch. Restaurant was completely empty, but no service was given. No staff was present to provide service at all! I also gave this restaurant a call while I was in the restaurant waiting for the staff to show up, but no one answered the phone.

Worst ribs i have ever tasted. They are stale and felt like they were in the fridge for 3 months before they put them on the grill for a quick seer lol. Completely unedible and hard to chew on with bad aftertaste. The only good thing was the saice on top of them to dip my fries in.

Always delicious food for a very reasonable price. Drinks are too cheap. Abha was an excellent server and very attentive. The main entree arrived fast though it was not busy. We will be coming back soon.

I found Chuks roadhouse a friendly and lovable place to have dinner and spend time with loved ones. There was a server named fagun she was really helpful in making me choose what is best and was super enthusiastic and very loving in nature. Please go to this place and enjoy

This Place Is The Worst Restaurant!
Saturday Night was a disaster. Waited 20 mins to get water then another 10 mins to get beer. There staff had no idea what’s going on and no manager on Duty. I ve seen tables trying to flag down the staff but no success. Finally the food came probably the worst steak one can eat. No flavour felt like it was sitting out while they prepared other food. Fries were super hot which was good. Wings were on the low end compared to other places. Lobster was like chewing on a rubber tire. We told the waitress said they really busy in kitchen and she started giving us attitude like we did something wrong. After almost 1 hour in this place with poor service, tasteless food and ZERO management it was time to go. It will me be our last visit to this place. Stay as far away as you can from here. Don’t be fooled with there specials, you’re better off cooking yourself or going to fast food at-least you don’t need to wait 30 mins for a drink. Shame on you guys!

Started out with great appetizers, ended with disappointing steaks. Went with a party of 6,5 got steaks. 3 of them were not cooked as we'd requested. Guy who asked for a medium somehow ended up with a rare, despite them having little signs they stick into the steaks to distinguish them.
Deal breaker was when we found a hair in the fries. Experience went from mediocre to gross and regrettable.

Good service, waitresses are just trying their best. Food is edible, despite it all.
Stick to the apps. Don't eat the corn, it was somehow the grossest part of the night.
Seems like this place is a big hit or miss, go elsewhere if you can. Not worth rolling the dice on.

Terrible customer service! Waitresses do not listen and orders are always messed! Been coming here regularly and have given them the benefit of the doubt - however 2 months later and nothing has changed. Management needs to take more care!

We had tried this place a few years back and were not impressed, but we recently moved to the area and thought to give it another try.and glad we did! Their service has been improved tremendously along with their food (we have sent our complements to their chef a few times so far). We now are becoming regulars and enjoying the daily deals and lovely chats with the staff. "Ami" in particular is always is friendly and attantive at all times.
This is an easy going place with a cute patio, calm environment, good food and friendly staff which we will keep going back to for sure. Good job you all.

This is the best place to go and have beer with your friends on the weekend, whenever i go there i am served by fagun she is exceptional at her work and not to mention service was fast and food quality was great.

I was at Chuck's in Vaughan, last night. I have been going there periodically for many years. The present ownership and management have a new approach to Smart Serve. IF YOU WANT TO ORDER A WHOLE PITCHER FOR YOURSELF, THEY WILL SERVE IT TO YOU. HOPEFULLY THIS DOESN'T GET BACK TO THE LICENSING BODY, AS THEY MAY FROWN ON THIS ACTIVITY. LICENSES ARE HARD TO GET. SEE ANY GLASSES IN THIS SHOT? NONE! APPARENTLY THEY ARE OK WITH YOU DRINKING STRAIGHT FROM THE PITCHER.

Food is okay for it's price. I asked about this "Honest to goodness fee" and was told that this is a fee that head office charges to keep quality high and prices low. Wut? Probably more of a cover credit card processing fees. Whatever, the service was nice though.

I ordered a 7oz sirloin & lobster and substituted for baked potatoes! The food quality was poor. The potato was boiled and not baked. I called back the server and asked for fries! When the bill came it had the potato on it and I ask for it to be removed since it was not baked and it was not eaten! The female manager, a stout, Indian lady came and told me that this is not a “TASTE TESTER RESTAURANT” which is beyond disrespectful and down right rude! It was not even about the $1.50 it’s the principle! It something is not what it is or there is a problem fix it! Someone needs to look into management! My first and last time at this restaurant.

Wow, what a restaurant. Every time I’m there, I get the absolute best service from none other than server Fagun. I’m always greeted with a smile, food & drinks always coming on time and accurate, not to mention delicious. Fagun really carries this place on her back, where she goes, I’ll be there

Weve been there about 15 times in the passed year or so.
Servers are nice girls, but have no idea how to be servers! 14 out of 25 times theyve sat us down, and than not asked us to take our drink order until we flag them down 15 mins later! They just sit in the back room until you yell for them! I cant blame them since they all do that, it has to be horrible managment and lack of leadership.

We went there on a Wednesday evening to try their BBQ ribs. We were expecting falling off the bone quality but it wasn't. You can hardly cut the meat between the ribs. We're definitely very disappointed with the quality of the BBQ ribs.
Service was fine though.

Went with friends Saturday night! The food was horrible, the drinks were watered down. It’s like they’re being cheap with even giving the food seasoning. The manager Rashmi or Rajmi was very rude and condescending! She was disrespectful when we complained. She should not be in the customer service industry.

EXTREMELY salty chicken! Told them it was inedible and to please give me a piece of chicken without so much salt. They ended up charging me for both the inedible meal the the new piece of chicken! UNBELIEVABLE.

This place has amazing service! We were a really large group of about 30 people and Hannah hosted us. She made sure all our needs were met and she didn't miss a thing. She was very kind and we really appreciated everything she did to accommodate us. We had a great experience at Chuck's!

I wish I could give them 0 star, but there is no option. When I went there no one came to me in first 15 mints. I understand store was busy, but what so ever. Poor customer service. Ordered medium well steak, but it was Litterly over cooked. Highly don’t recommend to visit the location. Overall a very very bad experience.

Oh my GOD! This place is like no other. The best branch i have been to. Food is superb and the way they cooked our food showed extreme dedication. Also the servant (Apha) was amazing and she looked after us in a professional and friendly way.

The meat is unbelievably good, they have beef from everywhere and many different prices so you do not have to spend an arm and leg to enjoy it here, service as you would expect is excellent. And i must say GOOD PRICE AND GOOD PORTION OF FOOD.

Tonight’s experience was very disappointing at this location compared to other chuck’s locations. The overall experience was horrible, our waiter was nowhere to be seen for most of the evening. We were only able to get one beverage the whole time we were there. On top of that both our meals are over cooked and subpar (that’s being generous). When we voiced our concerns to the manager, he really didn’t seem very concerned whatsoever. The best he could offer was a free dessert which wasn’t good at the end as well. Overall be very careful if you go to this chunks location in Vaughan, because it may be a hit or miss when it comes to your service.

We have been here few times now during the pandemic. It is an awesome place and service is prompt. They follow covid-19 protocols and everything is digital menu to their covid questionnaire. Support local

After reading a lot of positive reviews, some not so positive reviews, I figured I'd try this place out with my family. Overall experience was average, and thankfully we werent in any hurry, we were there for 2 hours. The location is nicely laid out but only has one stall in the bathroom, you'd think there would be at least two I'm sure if it gets busy this would not be convenient. It was clean though.

It took the better part of 25 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine, the restaurant had maybe 15 patrons in it. Another oddity is the sides menu, it's not on the actual menu, our server showed it to us on her tablet, pricing was reasonable at least. Food was pretty good, especially for the price.

My only major problem would be this "honest to goodness fee" - after reading the owners response on here its to "offer highest quality food at the lowest prices. " Can't say I agree with that statement as there is no way to see where this fee goes towards. I'd sooner see increased food prices for better food, rather than someone's word.

The entrees are decent. The appetizers are horrible especially the calamari. They get you on the very high appetizer premiums and the very small portions. So anyhow the Cherry on top was our calamari could not have tasted any worse. It was absolutely horrible. Very poorly prep and servedawful taste. Manager came by well after 10 minutes. I advised him of the situation.you wouldn't believe how he handles the situation? Ready? His solution to my problem was that he could put in an order for something else BUT he wouldn't be able to credit or not charge us for the dish. I definitely won't be stepping my foot into this place. First and last.

Honestly I was beyond impressed with the service! The food is literally keg Steakhouse level! My sever Vincent made sure to do rounds on us often to make sure things were ok, but of course not so often as to interrupt our meal enjoyment. It was my first time there and I would be definitely coming back! Btw This is not a fake review! This place is good and it is true! That being said, please enjoy your meal there:)

Perfect restaurant for a family meal or to meet with friends, and very reasonably priced. Great menu choices and the food is amazing.love the burgers. The staff is super friendly and the service is great. Thanks for coming to town Chuck's!

Great place to come for a drink and bite to eat. Typical pub fare, simple straight forward menu, excellent prices for great quality. Quaint inside with a small private patio around the back. Super friendly owner came over to introduce himself and ask about our visit and if there was anything else we needed Newly opened location so service slightly slow but if you aren’t in a hurry, sit back and enjoy 18oz draught beer for $5! All around great atmosphere and food.

Great service and good food. The full ribs racks were yummy. The manager came to our table, greeted us and checked on us. We got some really good servers too.overall, great place for an evening meal and drink.

We really loved the food and staff. The owner was very friendly. We had a bad experience at the Port Perry branch and was given a voucher. This branch was busy but service was quick, clean and of course the food was tasty! We came here on Wednesday and had the full rack of ribs for dinner 12 bucks!
A heck of a deal we went with a bunch of friends and we all loved it.

First time visiting the food is okay, our waiter was very nice, but the kitchen would not make any changes, we wanted our steak butterflied, but they would not do it. The place itself is very nice. The prices are very reasonable.

I have been to Chucks twice now, once with my family and once with my girlfriend. Both times everyone was blown away by the quality of service as well as how good the food was. Our servers Vincent and Reema (I hope I got her name right) were fantastic and attentive. Vincent was also sure to have my girlfriends fries prepared extra crispy. A small thing, but a request that is rarely fulfilled to her satisfaction at other restauraunta.

It's easy to tell that the owner cares about his customers and he is highly engaged to greet you and ensure you had an excellent experience.

I have to say in terms of food quality it tastes as good as the Keg for a fraction of the price. This will definitely become one of my go to places to eat.
