Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Mostly good food, friendly staff and typical bar environment.

Steak was cooked well however when asking for a porterhouse it comes in two configurations, one with a T-bone and one without. If this does matter to you I would recommend asking the waiter/waitress for the exact portion you want.

The following items were quite good.
- Flatbread bruschetta
- Porterhouse
- Toffee pudding (similar to cake consistency)

Steak bites were overcooked and didn't come with the steak sauce. The other issue was that the carrot cake was starting to go bad.

The dining area contains approx. 10 tables plus the bar area.

Awesome spot to chill with friends or family. They provide different varieties of beer, alcohol along with chicken wings, Nachos, burgers and steaks. My personal favourite is the Chucks rings, fingers and wings combo with buffalo sauce. Coors light, Budweiser, molson, corona, Heineken, bud light are some of the beers they provide. Desserts, coffee, cocktails, juices are other items they serve. Customer service is better here, they treat us very nicely. Apart from food and beverage the inside vibe is great, we can watch basketball, Baseball etc.

Fast and friendly service from both the staff and the owners. A very nice place for casual dining. I would definitely recommend their burgers.

Horrible service.worst Lobster I've ever had don't order it steak was ok.yea they don't care about there customers I would not recommend this place to anyone if Chucks wants to respond to this I'll go into further details to my horrible experience

Came here for a night cap and it was great. Service was quick, beer was cold and the food was amazing. Took advantage of the half price apps so got a couple of different things and would go back just for them.

The nachos weren’t even fully loaded, there were no veggies. They refused to toss two sauces in chicken wings which usually every chuck’s offers. The pita bread were very stiff. It was extremely disappointing. Also, the cool blue drink had very light vodka.

I've been here a few times this week. Everyone that I've encountered has been chill.

I can't say anything bad about the service I have gotten. Seema is an absolute sweetheart as well. It's cause of her, that icebergs melt lol

We ordered online through their website.when we went inside to pick it up they gave us our food.however not our drinks.they said their system doesn't print receipts from orders online and needed us to provide proof for our drinks we ordered.the online order never sent us a receipt and we cleared our search history.it was a very inconvenient experience and i suggest upgrading your system.also the food was cold and poor.we got spinach dip and the amount that we got was enough for 3 pitas.its was such a small portion size.never again.

First time we were there please looked busy looked like one waiter and one cook they we too busy trying to keep the place working table were not clean at the time waited 10m waiter came over to help us out too much work for one person we decided to go elsewhere

We were seated and waited about 15 minutes and no server they were quite understaffed and it looked like they were concentrating on one party. I think there was only one person working and one person cooking it looked like. We need to get a drink order and then we left therefore I'm giving it zero Stars

Brampton location.
Food quality and execution of plates much, much below average pub food. Rotten produce in the burgers. Clean washrooms, super friendly personel.

Bought the $8.00 Chuck's Burger & Fries.
Could not be happier with what was served. Burger was thick and juicy.
Fries were large and crispy.
Great value.
Will go back again.

It's our Friday night go to for a steak dinner. The staff always greets us with a friendly welcome. Service is prompt and the waitresses make sure that you are happy with your meal.

They need to tell there customers to smoke at the back of the establishment not at the front where the patio is? The smoke infringes on the customers on the patio and they throw there cigarette butts all over the front of the establishment. Not a good clean site.

This place was great until Candace served these Indian people drinks she asked if people were getting home the lady within the party said no they decided to order and Candace served them

Waitress was friendly.food was nothing like advertised in menu. Steak came super dry and thin and lobster super small and not worth the cost of the meal in general.

If you are in Brampton and want to try Chucks I would recommend the Main and Kennedy location especially of you are in a party more than 2. It's very small inside and under staffed so you might be there a while.

I honestly love chucks. I use to go to the Vaughn location however once I moved to Brampton, I found this location and absolutely love it.

Beer pricing is great! Probably the cheapest in the city and I love that they have different days with different deals.

My favourite on the menu is the goat cheese and spinach dip.omg.
This is definitely a place to go with friends to watch any games or just for food and drinks. That bonding time.

Actually my food got cold while dining and i asked the server “ can you heat up the food because it is cold and I don’t want to eat cold food. ” and the answer was “NO. ”
The refused to heat up the food without any hesitation. Customer satisfaction is below zero.

Nice place! I prefer this location than the one on Kennedy and queen. This location is clean, friendly servers, the vibe is just good

Would rather not go into detail on how disappointed I was with my order. Let's just say the ribs I was served was no bigger than my credit card, amongst other flaws in the meal.

Chicken Tacos had an excellent presentation and tasted great. I was surprised as I had been to a different Chuck's before and was disappointed. They have improved their menu and their ambience.

Food was just ok, nothing to scream about. Its essentially the same as Union Burger with less custom burger options and more high dollar items on the menu. Also it's sit down format.
One upset me was a 3% "Honest to goodness" or "fresh" charge on my bill. I know, in my case it was like 30 cents, but really, just make the salad 30 cents more expensive.
The server said it was for ensuring that high quality food is used.shouldn't you be doing this anyway? As I said, put it in the menu cost and I wouldn't care; as a hidden add-on, you should change the name of the place to Cellphoneco restaurant.

Also, my co-worker had to pay an upgrade charge of $2 to go from fries to a garden salad. Really?

Went in for take out. It was so slow we waited almost 40 min. To top it off they got my order wrong.

Cold food, unseasoned, slow service in an empty restaurant, serving 1 dinner at a table of 4 before apps and all other meals, charging extra for mayo & ketchup.seriously?

I don't even know what to write, before there was a hair in my drink so I asked them to change it, waitresses thinking they are the smartest in the world removed the hair pour some beer out filled to up with and brought it back. Thank God I saw that and told them to bring a new one which I got but instead of throwing it out the bar tender kept it in the fridge (sorry if someone had Heineken pitcher the same night). Today as well giving it a chance went again pathetic service the waitress was limping to which I asked her out of concern. She was kind to talk but the service was terrible wanted to order more but noone came to the table nothing at all my friend went to see the manager which obviously had left so instead me asked for the bill. But still we had to wait for 30 mins, he went back again and they like sorry. Don't go there again management doesn't know how to run a business. Money can't buy you brain!

Waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Food was quick and cooked to my liking. Good value for the portions.

Spinach dip is a 100% must try, get the extra pita, you'll need it.

Was here with a friend and must say the service and food was excellent. Food came out promptly and was very delicious. The owners were very welcoming and took their time to come out and greet us. Very impressed.

The server was awful but the bartender was great she is the only reason we stayed. Server did not know the menu. She didn't know if a side came with my husband's burger without looking at the menu. I ordered the 2 chicken breasts grilled with a side salad. She brought me a salad with grilled chicken covered in cranberries and nuts I think. I sent it back and then I think it was a manager tried to convince me it was the same thing. It was not! I did get my chicken and salad but it definitely only one chicken breast not 2. My husband got the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. The sandwich was good but very small and very light on the condiments and I kid you not it came with about a dozen fries. It was our first and last visit to a Chuck's.

My first time here and I wasn't sure what to expect. Bar and grill, in the neighborhood, pleasent atmosphere with good affordable food.

Hostess was def a rude person and tv’s are extremely loud food was ok after I send it back to cook again. I don’t think I will go there again. My waitress was really trying hard she was amazing tho

If I could give it a zero i would.where to start? It was pretty empty and the service was slow and disorganized.

Asked for water, we got 2 glasses with ice and 2 without, who serves water without ice, was I in Cuba? Also, why did it take 20 minutes to get refills on mixed drinks when 3 wait staff was just standing around doing nothing?

We ordered apps with our meals and got 1 of the 4 meals first before the apps? FIRST? Also my steak if was aged 25 days it was done after it was cooked as it was stone cold and given it was rare was very unseasoned and tough, I see why A1 steak sauce was offered. All of us got cold Corn on the cob, seems like the grill marks were painted on.

My daughter ordered a burger, when she asked for mayo it was at an additional charge, wth is with that?

My wife's steak was also cold and the lobster tail overcooked to the point of rubber.they didn't even get the garlic bread with cheese right, it was barely nuked, leaving it cold and the cheese barley melted.

Never coming here again.

I have been to other Chucks Roadhouse restaurants but i must say this was my first time being disappointed. The service was very slow the food was cold when we got served complained about meal being cold meal was taken away now my medium steak is now medium well done lobster was rubbery everything was served at the same time salad and entre but salad was soggy as I am sure it was sitting for a while before we got it. I hope for them it was just a bad night but we will not be returning to that location.

Very Pleasant staff! I'll sure visit again. But it's also very pleasant to put a warm smile on there faces.

Best place to eat! Food quality is so good with so low prices. Place is set up so nicely and staff is so nice and helpful! I'll be back soon

The only thing more grotesque then the spinach and goat cheese dip was the managers bare feet in flip flops walking around while I’m trying to enjoy my meal. Would rate this place zero if I could

It’s a new location but according to the reputation of chucks the service is very poor they served pre fountain beer to the new orders the service is really very poor they don’t care about the customers.so bad experience with them.so strictly not recommended.

Went in to order take out and I could see it was busy so I waited. An older lady bartender comes over and asked what could I help you with and I said I would like to order take out. She then looks irritated and says what do you want rudely so I decided not to order. Im a manager in the same industry and felt highly disrespected. First and last time at this location I would rather drive to another one to try it out.

They opened 2 days ago but that's not really an excuse for bad service and overall terrible food quality. The service was extremely awkward, and it seemed like for everyone working there this was their first job. Even the manager came to apologize but the apology was for a 'complaint' that was never even made and he had no idea what the situation was. He muttered a few words, said something non-sensical and just walked away. Ontop of this, the mountain burger in the picture on the menu was awful. Didn't look anything like the picture. Piled with a mountain of onions. And just tasted bad. Cheap bacon tasted worse than the bacon at Wendy's or Timmie's.

Ontop of all this, the honest to goodness fee they apply. What kind of finesse is that? Their way of keeping prices low by hitting you with an unexpected fee at the end? Even though it's only 3%. It's the principle behind this that gets to me. I'd rather just know it's a little pricier when I order?

Anyways, save yourself a disappointing meal, save some money, time, and just go to A&W if you want to enjoy a decent low priced meal.

Service was great, and fast unlike some of the other locations where the service can be hit or miss. The food was good and as always a great value. However the location is way too small and not well laid out. There were maybe 4 booths and then tall tables. The tall tables and chairs are not terribly comfortable if you are shorter. It was also very busy and we ended up with another couple sitting at the end of our 6 person table. Next time we'll just go to another location.

Great food only i experience when i got my food my lobster so tiny and i feel little bit disappoint compare when i went there last time.but food great and good price

They gave me the wrong order and still charged me extra for their mistake. Tried reasoning with them but they argued back like a bunch of airheads without even checking the receipt for their mistake they gave me. Never going back there since they scammed my money.

Went on a Monday, beer was fantastic, good prices, shared some apps. Our server was friendly and put up with all my stupid questions.

Horrible food and service. Ribs tasted stale and microwaved. Had a bunch of sketchy people in the bar. While we were there we witnessed 2 seperate groups of people walk out on their bills. Long story short if you have standards then avoid. Save your self the hassle and go down the street to Boston Pizza or shoeless joe's heck maybe even McDonald's.

I never give online comments but the owners are really great and the food was amazing. I usually never go online and put reviews but there customer service and will to make their guest happy made me do this thank you guys a lot.

The food here is okay tasting, but its very affordable. Customer Service is a hit or miss. Half the waitresses have attitudes that make me want to leave, the other half are great.

Food was great. Prices were great. Serving sizes were great. Our server, Ally was awesome The kitchen got items mixed up on our plates, which was no big deal, but the TV volume was WAY TOO LOUD. Couldn't hear the conversations at my own table. Spoke to 2 staff members about it, but there wasn't much help.

Went here with coworkers for a meal and drinks after work. Not a big place but cozy and family friendly, your typical bar and grille with lots of tv viewing from every angle to catch a game of any sport, definitely a good place to hang with the boys and get a good ole fashioned meal and some drinks. When I took a look at the menu, I was blown away! How do they make money here? I ordered the New York steak and lobster for $26! Are you kidding me right now? ! The Keg who? Wow! 7 ounce portion was a least 1and 1/2 inches thick cooked to medium perfectly, tasted great too, can’t wait to try the other things on the menu, my buddy had some Montreal meats sandwich which was packed with meat and another had the fish and chips and the fish portion was huge. A few beers to pack it in and I was good to go!
The staff was great too, always tending to your needs and often.
I highly recommend this place, I don’t think you can beat the value with quality of food, they have just been open less than a week but already a first class place!

Food, service and price is good but.they trick people into paying a pointless fee of 3%. This isn't Niagara Falls, a tourist attraction where they also add a fee to the service.this is complete bull, that is NOT legal.that's right you don't have to pay it, just ask the manager to take it off.save yourself 3% or just give it to the great waitress.
