Came in for a late lunch and was absolutely impressed by the service Won had provided. Very approachable, attentive and his ability to connect was great! The franchise is very lucky to have a server like Won on staff.

This place has went down hill so bad, don’t Easter your time thinking it’s more affordable when taking your family. In the end you won’t enjoy the experience.

Crystal was our waitress tonight and let me tell you…. Fast, responsive, amazing food, cold beer. We could not have had a better experience! We will be coming back weekly.

First time trying Chucks. First impressions were good, prices are very affordable. However you get what you pay for. Soggy chicken wings, cold fries, freezer burnt, rubbery lobster tail. The $4 pints were a great price but maybe a little to good because half way through our meal a drunken man was walking around and the staff were having to manage him. Which was kindof of entertaining to be honest. The steak was alright. Be aware you will be charged an extra tax above and beyond HST when you dine here, not sure why because no where else in bratford has it. To be honest this is a one and done experience. If you are looking for a place to go have a couple cheap beers to watch the game this is your spot.

Server avoided the table, no fork no napkins. Been ready for the bill for 40 minutes and server hasn’t been to the table for over an hour.

Was amazing service from our waiter Craig. Owner is always here hanging out making you feel welcome and making sure you’re happy. Good is great and prices are amazing. Highly recommended.

Last night I had an amazing evening at Chuck's Brantford for its first paint night. Crystal, who organized the event, was supportive, knowledgeable and caring. She made everyone feel comfortable with their level of painting and gave positive feedback. A bonus for the evening was that I won first place for best painting. Shout out to the Chuck's Roadhouse team for great food, drinks and service. Thanks for a wonderful night!

Last night i went to my first ever paint night at an amazing restaurant, i had so much fun the food was fresh and delicious and for the price i paid i’d do it again.it was $60 with an appetizer and an alcoholic drink, with paint supplies included.the host (crystal) was absolutely awesome, she was able to teach everyone how to paint while doing two of her own at the same time.everyone who showed up was so happy to be there and there were lots of laughs.the real question is, when’s the next paint night?

We visit Chucks restaurants in cities that we visit, cause we know what to expect in prices and food. We stopped into the Brantford Chucks Roadhouse Thursday, to check it out. It is by far, one of the best ones we've been in. Lively atmosphere, friendly and efficient servers. And the owner took time to walk around greeting patrons. This is definitely a great restaurant, we will venture to again.

Food is lot less, but far more expensive than what it was 3 years ago.bring back the roast beef dinner.

Food was great but it was a 40 min wait for the food.it was busy there but the wait seemed a bit long.

Whats with the very tiny piece of corn you get with the meal like we live in Ontario hello where we grow corn its a joke chucks you need to do better

This is my favorite steak house! Great food, great service and reasonably priced. I'd say it's also my favorite Chuck's Roadhouse as well.

Wasn't to busy at all when we stopped here which worked perfect for us being we were able to get in and out so we could get back on the road heading back to the U. S. The food and service were both pretty good. Our waitress was attentive and move at a quick but efficient pace to make sure that we were taken care of. They have a pretty big menu giving you a lot of different options and the do serve alcoholic beverages as well. Also located in a little strip mall with multiple other stores. For sure wasn't an upset, Thank you for having us!

Large hockey dinner, manager was great got our orders a few days ahead and had our food and drinks at the table in less than 30mins

Great spot to watch a game and grab a drink and a bite to eat.
I usually stick with their great priced burgers but next time def finna try a steak? Because of the price point.
Also Christine was a great host. Very friendly and super helpful. Would def recommend to legit anyone.

Our fav place to go for dinner. We don’t usually love chain restaurants but Chuck’s in Brantford is always awesome. We love the apps and the steak dinners. You can’t go wrong with the price and the portion size. The food is always hot and delicious. We have tried other Chuck’s but none compare to this one. The owner often comes out to chat and our favourite server hands down is Matthew. He’s always friendly and courteous and excels at his job.

The is the most amazing place to eat and drink! These people are the bomb! Good foods good drinks and an amazing atmosphere. Shout out to Dave the owner and Chrystal the manager, ilia your amazing tooo and the rest of the staff which have always made our night a pleasurable experience

Came out for dinner this evening and the restaurant was empty. Wanted to sit outside as other people were out there and we were refused to be sat. Maybe this is why your restuarnt us dead we wont be returning neither will our friends.

Food an service was ok until the end of our meal when I went to pay for our bill found a tick crawling on my leg the waitress freaked out an took off hopefully it didn't bite me

Worst service and worst food. Server wasn't trained properly. Manager was really rude as well he literally came after us to parking lot to say why you guys paid less tip?

Ordered days ahead for a kids hockey team. Food and beverages organized in advance by email. Rather than have multiple servers handle group, owner decided to attempt to do it himself. Waited 90 mins for simple items like a salad and even chicken fingers. DO NOT EAT HERE! Owner then proceeded to charge for items that never arrived. 4 out of 15 parents never received their food or drinks. RUN. RUN AWAY. Get Mr Sub in the same plaza, or Little Caesars…at least you’ll get your food.

Loved the food. Waiters are very nice. Food came in at a good time. Owner came and talked to us, very lovely man! Would highly recommend!

As Chuck's Roadhouse likes to keep the restaurants similar, this was no exception. Food was good stick to your ribs and the bread pudding dessert was delicious. Service was slow and the restaurant wasn't half full but we weren't in a hurry so was okay for us

Came here on a Sunday evening to have dinner with my niece and nephew. The place was packed and seemed very lively. The waiter was very nice and efficient. The owner is very nice and inviting as well.

The food was pretty good and the beers were nice and refreshing.

I went out for a late lunch last week in Brantford at this location, my server was Britt… she had a spectacular personality! Very outgoing and knowledgable and was so satisfied with her service. Will return! Keep up the great work!

Asked for the server to pick a drink that was sweet, not carbonated and no cranberry juice (I know I’m picky but this has never been a problem at any restaurant, even this one) and I got a purely cranberry juice drink. Maybe she misheard me but when I brought it up it was dismissed. Our server Marissa was not very attentive, or seem to care in the slightest about her job, on top of the messed up drink there was items on the burger that we said we didn’t want, she only came by every 25 minutes, we had to wait ages for the bill and a box to the point that another server asked what we were waiting for. She then proceeded to complain that we left no tip to the regulars sitting right next to us. The food was good especially for pricing. I’m only giving 2 stars because as a fellow server, this was the worst service I have ever received or seen.

The meal was fantastic but the server Crystal made the total experience a pleasure. Other than the group of happy, very loud hockey fans sitting close by the food and the great service made them bearable.

Best prices and can't beat the quality and quantity, service always great. Highly recommend if there's a chucks in the city were visiting then that's where were eating. Cheers keep doing what your doing.

Had the best time at Chucks the other night! The manager always makes sure to come around and ensure that everything is good including the service! My mom never finishes a whole meal and she cleaned her plate! So good and very reasonably priced! It’s my new food and drink spot!:)

Fantastic place! Came in with my family for dinner and Crystal the manager gave us an awesome dinning experience! She was great with my kids and they absolutely loved her! The food was great and we will definitely be back!

You get what you pay for. This place has really poor service and poor food quality. Drinks are cheap and not very good. Just go somewhere better.

Update: Someone from head office read my review and apologized as well as sent me a $50 gift certificate so that I would give them another try. With covid still rearing it's ugly head we got take out. Having said that it should be known that I gave the fellow answering the phone a head's up as to how we got the gift certificate and my food was cooked properly and I did get what I had ordered this time. I have changed the rating to 3 stars as the quality of both the service and the food is just not great.

We had a fantastic time! Food was amazing. We loved the staff, crystal was exceptionally wonderful. My daughter says she was extra fantastic lol! The manager was very sweet with my daughter as well. Will defiantly return.

I'm giving Chuck's 5 stars because every time I've been I am never disappointed! The atmosphere, the servers, the food always amazing! And you can't beat the price! Also, you have to try the fries and gravy, best I've ever had!

Show your proof of vaccine along with ID and you're in. Can't remember the last time I've had food with so much taste. Serving size was just enough. Highly recommend.

Service was awful. Had to wait forty-five minutes, after we were done, for the bill. I got angry when they started taking people who came after us. They cornered my friend and scared her into paying the bill, like we were wrong! This place sucked and the food wasn't that great. I had the prime burger and it was dry as dust. Good luck to those who go there.

Slow staff and suppose to be a sports bar and couldn’t get them to put sports on the tv’s. Was stuck watching some game show and an infomercial.

It wasn't very good food vise. Had a chicken leg which was overdone badly. Backed potato was small. My partner had a stake he liked. Fries - not so much.
The service was great though. The guy who served us was very pleasant. Sorry, didn't get his name.

Went for an afternoon drink and lunch with my mum. Food was great. Service was even better. I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service we received. Huge shout out to Matthew. He made this experience unforgettable. I cannot remember the last time we had a server as attentive, genuine, funny, and professional as Matthew was. My beautiful wife Lynda and I recently spent a few hours on Chuck's Outdoor Patio. The service was absolutely fantastic and the staff were enthusiastic to the point of being bubbly! It was such a pleasure to experience, (and witness), the art of social graces being used again. The food quality was delicious followed by full pitcher of Brantford's finest tapwater.

Not a great experience food wise. Food and beer is cheap but low quality. I have been twice now and ordered Canadian beer that was extremely watered down and not carbonated. Figured the first time was just an off day but the second time I went it was also like that. Nachos were a disappointment, they put the tiniest amount of cheese and covered much less than half the chips. My boyfriend was also sick with symptoms of food poisoning the next day after eating the burger (whether or not it was the restaurant I’m not sure - but a weird coincidence)

Went for a drink and half price apps tonight. Food was great. Shannon was our server and she provided prompt, friendly service. The owner David was interacting with the guests, making sure they were having a good experience, which is nice to see. Will definitely be back!

We ordered 1 porterhouse and 1 new york 1 big chuck burger and the goat cheese dip.

Came today for a beer im new in town, was served by the MANAGER Chrystal. Unbelliable service, she was fast and efficient and very friendly. This will be my new favorite spot. Thank you Chrystal for being so welcoming to a new city. You have a lifer

I have been here a few times and had good experiences each time. Watched a Euro match on the patio. The business owner David made sure tv was tuned to the Euro for us. The service was good. Food was good too. All 6 of us had a good time. We will return.

My order was burnt to a crisp… It was supposed to be medium… The corn was also burnt to a crisp… The salad was about 1/4 of a salad… They also missed out on the fries… Then they said they couldn’t help me because skip the dishes was responsible

First time eating here what an amazing service! My fiance brought me here for my birthday and I was not disappointed! I highly recommend the New York steak (which was cooked to perfection!) and the Bacon Cheeseburger which my awesome fiance fell in love with.

Our server was friendly, fast and efficient. Even waited for me to cut into my steak to ensure it was cooked properly, which it was. Food was cooked well and it didn't take long at all. The host was an energetic & friendly guy. Way better experience than I've had at the Cambridge South location.

While my son's steak was good.mine and my husband's$6 burgers were cold! The fries as well, cold.the quality of the burgers has also changed to a dense rubbery bland burger! Not sure what happened? I will not be returning and will not recommend.

Me and my better half were here last Sunday to watch some football. Our waiter Matthew was over and above helpful, courteous, and friendly! Food was hot and Delicious and Matthew was exceptional in filling our wine glasses and refilling our ice without even asking! Coming back again this Sunday! Keep up the Great work! Cheers!

Owner was not very cooperative when informed that my steaks texture and taste felt like it had been pre cooked then microwaved. He basically told me I was picky. My co worker received a potato that a steak knife could barely cut through. His steak was also rubbery and dry. Generally not impressed as I am not one to send food back or complain.

I have never experienced anything this bad before, even for a new restaurant. What was going to be a quick bite to eat ended up being over 2 hours of waiting.for drinks and food. It took forever. My drink was forgotten. My main dish was forgotten and never received. My son ordered a burger which was not fully cooked, not acceptable for a kid's dinner. Overcharged for a drink. Also, once the food was delivered never seen our waitress again, no one checked to see how things were, had to go track down a ketchup bottle for my son's burger and fries. Never had a chance to ask where my food was. Ate the nachos which was supposed to be an app. Empty plates not cleared. Finally got the bill and left. Noticed the table next to us, they wrongly cooked a steak, took it back and never brought it out again, they had to ask for it. Never again!
UPDATE: Chuck's roadhouse did follow up with the issues and will forward it to the Brantford location.

Chuck's is one of our favourite restaurants. We met friends as we raved about the food. Our waitress Shannon was amazing. The food. Not so good. We were embarrassed to have suggested it. Our starter the chicken and onion wing platter were over cooked. Then the meals came. The fries, cold and gross. Steaks. 3medium rare. 2 under rare. 1 over medium. 1 no mushrooms. 1 sent back. By the time that one was replaced everyone else was done eating. We were charged full price with no compensation at all. Worst 100.00 ever spent in a restaurant. Will not recommend this location again.

I was not impressed with anything at the Brantford restaurant my baked potato was so cold the butter wouldnt melt.
I asked for medium cooked porter house steak it was way over cooked and almost ice cold absolutely no flavour we waited for over an hour for our food and to recieve it cold was awful. It was my first visit and I wont be back 94 dollars for a meal that was the worst ive ever eaten. My wifes meal she ordered loaded cheese fries and the cheese had been melted but the fries were so cold the cheese had gone hard again. The bacon on her fillet mignon was burnt but the steak was cold also the worst meal she had

We dropped in the one Saturday, we have been to the one in Hamilton many times. The only disappointing thing about our visit, was the one server.after his shift he sat at the table by us with some other customers, drinking and getting loud, going on about how bad the owner is. Making comments on his nationality calling him cheep.we heard one sever tell him he has had enough to drink, and then watched as he got the other people at his table to order more beer for him.we were very shocked to see this happing.after we paid our bill and were on our way out, we ask a server what his name was and we were informed his name is matt.

I used to come here with the wife religiously.loved the food and prices, however this is the final straw. We were seated, and were completely ignored by the waiter and waitresses, the 2 tables that sat after us were served drinks in less then 2 minutes. We waited 15 minutes, and then another 5 with a smoke break.by the time I finished my smoke, the waiters still ignored us (I know because we made eye contact several times) and were taking food orders now at the other 2 tables. Completely ignored and left to figure it out, we left and they didn't even realize we were leaving until we told them. Sorry, but you guys were not even busy with 4 waitresses on shift at the time.the half a** sorry means nothing to me.

Horrible! Medium rare Steak was like leather and over done. Mashed potatoes were from a box. Corn on the cob was reheated from the day before or longer. There was a man in the women’s bathroom fixing something. He never moved the tools scattered in the doorway floor and told me to hurry up. They knew it was my birthday and no discount or offer of a dessert to make up for this horrendous experience.

Visited Chucks Roadhouse Brantford today, never been to one before and I have to say that my experience was tremendous. The parking was great and as soon as I came to the patio I felt welcomed and happy but out of everything my server Matt was out of this world he did an amazing job and knew what he was doing, from quick drinks to recommending food. By far the best service at a restaurant I have ever dealt with.would recommend to friends and family. I will be visiting this place quite often.
