Great food. Very friendly polite staff. Restaurant reminded me of sitting in a country roadhouse. I'm just curious what time they serve their delicious Prime Rib dinner at. I've been 3 times during the day. They keep telling me we dont serve it now (daytime).

We happened to visit on a weekend, so the prime ribs were on the menu. It was very tender and soft, super well cooked. The full ribs were tasty too, though we would have loved a bit more sauce

Service was a 6/5. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and were happy to suggest any drinks and answer any questions we had.

It's only the 2nd best place I've eaten since coming to Canada. The cuts of meat in Canada are impressive, nice and lean, no fat and gristle, and Chuck's has cooked them at the perfect temperature. I am not a fan of red meat but the server was so friendly and nice. She suggested the steaks are they are renowned for those. Challenge accepted.well worth it.

Another update. The top sirloin and lobster was AMAZING this time. Wow so good. And the wings were so crunchy and juicy on the inside. All the other food waa good too. We were really hungry going in, but must say outstanding job whoever was cooking that night. (Dec 17,2022 around 730pm)

Been a couple years since I visited. Still give it 4 stars for food and atmosphere. Was very busy tonight. Steaks are super, and appetizers were. Very good as well. Lobster.meh was OK.

Food tasted good, was disappointed i couldn't get garlic aioli with my sweet potato fries, I got it at one location it didn't have it at this location, we ordered a steak medium rare it came medium well and was barely no pink, just wish the server would've checked on us more often, waited on water refills, and our bill for over 10 minutes definitely wish I had a better experience.

It’s our second time here and I wanna say.best fillet mignon and lobster tail around.the waitress very nice as well.good beer too.and a very affordable price as well.

I had nachos and extra spices ceasar.very tasty.finally someplace that knows how to make an extra spicy ceasar.my husband had steak.it was done to perfection.reasonably priced great music playing.thaks

As with any Chuck's the prices are ridiculous. I took my friends for the first time and they couldn't believe how cheap the bill ended up being, especially for a tourist location! Service was fast and exceptional, bartender definitely had a heavy hand with the liquor (no complaints here), and food was great! 100% will come back here when I visit the Falls again.

The staff is fantastic here - you won't get better service! Prices are the best in Niagara you won't be gouged here like almost everywhere else. The kids are treated to a good meal. Is the food the best BBQ I've ever had? No, but it's still really good and worth a stop. You won't be disappointed!

Great service! The steak for the price was 5 stars, great value for money and definitely the go-to-option here. We have had better burgers, so deducting one star for that. Aside from that, definitely recommended!

The food very was mediocre but the prices are fairly cheap. Don't expect anything high quality.

Very friendly staff, corrected the steak for one of our orders right away. Food was decent, fish tacos were the highlight for sure, overall a good dinner and would come back again.

Nice to find a spot, in a town where everything is a money grab, that offers good food and drink at good prices

First time at Chuck’s in Niagara Falls…first of all the old reviews should be deleted…. Chuck’s is under new ownership…Amanda our server was efficient and entertaining…the food was hot.and no complaints about portion sizes…fish and chips (I opted to upgrade to onion rings for 1.50.great choice) were excellent…NOT tons of batter and no fish! …my husband had a Chuck burger…plain burger but he enjoyed it…plenty of fries…our friends had the fish tacos and raved how crispy and delicious they were.best ever…. So don’t always believe old reviews…4 of us ate.the guys each had a beer for under 80.00.will definitely go back…. Outside lineup to get in when we left!

Went there a day before Halloween. Beautiful seating, nice ambience and yumm food. James served us and he was engaging and entertaining. Would surely visit this place again

Not impressed with tonight's meal. Ordered pickup and brought it back to our hotel. They forgot our sauces even though I reminded them in the notes attached to our online order. My wife's sandwich had no sauce and was tasteless. My daughter's burger was burnt black and dried out. She couldn't even eat half of it as it was difficult to chew.
Very disappointed as we have been to another Chuck's location and were happy with the food.

I love Chuck's! Such a great bang for the buck! An app, 4 drinks and a steak dinner for $50. Really can't beat that!
The wait staff are great, very friendly and helpful about the area and things to do.
The manager was coming around checking on everyone's meals.
Overall, it was a great experience, with great food and friendly service. What more can you ask for?

Worst restaurant in niagara this restaurant supposed to close at 12 but they refused to take our order at 11 pm.they didn’t even agreed to give us takeout.worst owner

Not very impressed with their steak or ribs. Very little flavor. Appetizers and Cesar's were great.

Best meal I've had in a long time! Hands down better than the keg. Filet mignon and a lobster tail for $32. I was skeptical. It did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing quality, steak cooked perfectly. We will be back for sure!

This is one of the best chains if not the best for steaks, service and value for money in Canada, wish they had them in the USA and England too, they could teach Wetherspoon's I thing or too.

The service was nice and friendly. The steak was very chewy, the burger was dry. The fish taco was ok. Given the affordable prices, put it in the middle rank.

Two of us had some dinner and drinks this past Sat. Nov. 27th and the experience was incredible. The food, drinks and service was great! I highly recommend this place- Raj, Mike and the entire Chucks staff were very friendly and accommodating. Next time I am in Niagara Falls I will definitely be back.

Food was good had buffalo chicken sandwich it could have been a bit bigger fries could have been fresher BUT THE DESSERT WAS AMAZING AND ONLY 5$

Well I've worked here.and what I've seen in that kitchen blew my mind, if you like their lobster I wouldn't touch it on many occasions I've seen cooks throw the lobster into the microwave and serve it I've also seen a appetizers prep stick there tongs in the garbage then touch food that was being served. I feel bad for some of the people who say its good if I wanted microwaved lobster I would do it at home.

Prime rib sandwich is amazing! It deserves a 5 star. The only reason I am lowering stars is because we were seated at a dirty table (food crumbs and salt hidden under the menu) which means the nothing was cleaned on our table. Normally wouldn't be a huge deal breaker but during covid 19 I expect that not to be an issue.

We are fortunate to have this cozy restaurant just a few minutes drive away from home. Hospitable hosts, delicious food, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert will give you an amazing experience.
I recommend to everyone!

What a great meal we had. We ordered the surf & turf for $20.
My steak medium well done was a little too done but with the butter from the lobster it complimented so nicely. Aside from that the whole plate was top notch for a great deal. Money well spent with great service from Momma Swaii. We felt safe since she & other servers had masks & face shields. Our table even had a bottle of hand sanitizer too.
The wait time was a little too long for our grumbling tummies but worth the wait.
The honest to goodness fee was funny too.

Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant in Niagara Falls. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Specials after 9 pm is awesome and unbeatable by any other restaurant. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Niagara Falls.

I have dined in here and ordered via UberEats. Every time the food has been delicious, hot and fresh. Recently was staying in a hotel nearby and ordered from here, had the chicken and ribs, did not disappoint. Will be visiting again.

Nobody was at the front desk when we walked in and i observed a few people roaming around the nearly empty restaurant without masks on. We were sat by the window at a table that smelled like actual vomit and was very sticky all over. You could tell it had not been cleaned recently. We ordered drinks and mine was a double vodka soda but came back extremely strong with no soda to be found and no lime on the side. Was a rather cringe worthy drink in a glass that was too small for its contents. The meals were less than appetizing with barely any sauce on our caesar salads and a light sprinkle of bacon bits on my partners salad. After we had ordered there was no waitresses or waiters to be found except to be seen walking around aimlessly almost avoiding the front half of the restaurant along with the customers eating. Very boring experience in a very exciting town.

Chucks is always one of my go to restaurants when visiting my family in the falls. The food is good and good priced, however, the service could be slightly better. Our server was pretty good, but there doesnt seem to be enough servers on the floors when customers are requiring refills/bills.

Great location. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive and kind. I didn’t catch her name she is an older woman, very friendly! Covid-19 measures were taken, hand sanitizer at each table and social distancing of tables was apparent.

Very surprised with the quality of food. The restaurant is located in the heart of Niagara Falls and expected overpriced subpar food. Boy was I wrong, the food was delicious and the prices was more than fair. The decor was very nice and the ambience was fantastic. I normally don't eat at tourism areas, but I actually can't wait to try this restaurant again. Good job.

On our recent visit we found the service excellent and certainly no issues there. The menu was also decent though few lighter and vegetarian options beyond the basic salad but nothing I would fault a BBQ restaurant for.

One minor disappointment was the $3.99 chicken added to our nachos which looked like one leftover chicken finger chopped up.

The major turn-off however was the 3% "Honest to Goodness" fee added to the overall cost of the total bill. This fee is not the standard tourism fee or a donation to charity but a fee added to the bill to keep the menu prices lower. Yes, that's correct - you will pay 3% more to pay less.

I have no issue with a restaurant increasing prices to account for higher overhead or to keep food quality high, and 3% isn't going to break the bank, but deferring a cost to the final bill doesn't make it cheaper.

This is a decent place to eat, so don't let that dissuade you from going. Just know you're going to pay more than the prices listed in the menu.

Decent burger. Steaks are good and cooked to proper asking temp. Not a large selection of menu. Dietary restrictions would be difficult substitute. Gluten free or keto would no be a first choice.

Dinner for 4.dinners and nacho appetizer, only 90$! …. Food was awesome.had Montreal smoked meat, and fries. 9$! Can't beat their quality and price. Server (Krystal) was top notch.again, 3 big drafts and gratuity. 90$. Falls best value, and great ambiance too.

Decent food at fantastic prices! Place is always packed. Great place to grab drinks or dine on a budget. My steak was overcooked but it was tasty and tender nevertheless. We'll be back.
