Amazing place!
The staff are always friendly - the service is pretty on point. My son was a little baby in a car seat when we first took him there, and it's beyond cute because some staff are still there and watch him grow!

Never had any complaints with the food - great children's menu for kids to choose from.

Reconnected with an old friend. She suggested that we go here for dinner. Great choice!

I was a regular Chuck's visitor and I know it as a place where I can have a good steak. I recommended my friends today having a lunch there and was very frustrated with a bad smelling meat. Customer service was helpfull and offered replacement but I didn't take it thinking smell might be coming from sauce. No tips for chef today and hardly can come back there again. Can't trust restaurants serving a spoiled food.

Not a good experience. I ordered a medium well steak but it was like a well-done. It was surprising that was not comming with and sauce. Also the sides were not as we ordered. Fries instead of salad and so on

Meh. Service was terrible. Restaurant was not busy at all, yet it took over 30min to get a glass of water. Food is ok, depending on what you order.

Great service and food awesome. I've been to about 6 different Chuck's and this one is the best.

Standard Roadhouse fare.don't expect any decent salads or veg. Cheap drinks and decent beer. Very loud atmosphere, not of families and kids.

Food taste has room for improvement. Service was slow. Our big group and alcohol made up for the lack of food. Will not return.

After a disastrous experience at the Brampton location, had a gift card to use and figured would at least try a different location, and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were all very nice and attentive. Portions were surprisingly larger, which was great as well. Thanks for a great dinner.

We went today with a large group. They have a really good deal on 30 oz beers for $6. Service was good and good food.

Received terrible service at this location from Melissa. She barely came to our table and we had to get up to find her.

When we told her our nachos came with barely any cheese on them and that we couldn’t find her to tell her, all she said was “okay”.

I found it abhorrent that she didn’t care at all or try to fix our issue with the nachos.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Do not come to this location!

Went there for 1/2 priced apps after a long day of work. Was full but not allowed to take food home due to some rule about if you don't finish the server can not give you a take out container. I am really tired of this rule were they would rather toss out good food than let you take it home. Seriously how much are you losing if I take left over with me.

My husband and his friends went for dinner last night and were very disappointed. We have always had a great experience there but this time was terrible. Salads were not available but they were charged extra for other sides. The corn tasted old and the waitress with the black headband gave them horrible service. She had to be called numerous times and wouldn't come to them. She was more intent on having them purchase more beers instead of helping them. It was a large group that won't come again. Shameful!

The service was excellent but the food was lacking. Everything cooked in the fryer was over done which made it extremely crunchy and difficult to enjoy.

Amazing food and great service! Try the wings, bbq chicken, and fish tacos. Come after 9 for 1/2 price apps. Sooooo good.

Just another average bar & grill, nothing to special or unique. The atmosphere is decent, but very loud and the service is just horrible. I went there 2 times, and on both times my desert came in half melted, my steak was cold, and I had to wait a very long time for my waitress to come and fill my beer. Overall its not a good place, and I would recommend almost any other bar & grill.

I love chucks! The food, the servers, the specials during leafs games.i've never had a bad meal BUT.the manager ANDREW is horrible and he has ruined the atmosphere on more than one occasion! As a trained professional and an observer of human behaviour, i can confidently say that the general Manager ANDREW has some serious issues!
i have eaten there on a weekly basis since their opening but what is quite clear is that all these favourable reviews that mention "andrew" being so wonderful are obviously written by HIM! And it disgusts me that he is "tooting his own horn" with his overly ambitious perceptions of his own reality.he is a jerk! He is a tyrant and full of himself.my first encounter with him was as he stood outside, smoking a cig with some buddies.he was rude and obnoxious in his words as he spoke about a staff member. (at first i thought he was an angry customer until i realized he was the actual manager of the establishment) ever since then
i have watched him in action berate his employees with absolutely no consideration for their feelings.after all, they are human and he doesn't treat them with an ounce of compassion or respect!
i have overheard him referring to female patrons as "MILFs" and other inappropriate comments that are not professional by any means.i have heard him tell his staff to "get their sh*t together" or witnessed him "rolling his eyes" at a young staff member. I've overheard him talking to other employees about the "wrongs" of his staff team and then giving a fake smile and "high five" to the one he just criticized.the man has no boundaries and has no clue of how to manage a restaurant.i am really hoping that someone in upper management reads this and sends in spy diners to catch him in action as obviously my words, and my words only.will not change a thing for those poor employees.i encourage any customers who have had similar experiences or witnessed his poor social skills and bad management, speak up in this forum.

Chucks is great for a few reasons. The staff is friendly and helpful, they have daily deals and the best prices in town for drinks and food. You get exactly what you pay for and the portions are great.
The only reason I won't give Chucks a 5 Stars is despite all the complaints from myself and other patrons, the music is way too loud. I do really enjoy music but I'd like to be able to converse with the people I am sitting with while we enjoy our cocktails and dinner at 7: 30 pm. The staff turn it down when they can but it's a corporate policy to have certain volumes at all of their Chucks Road house locations and to be honest, it's way too loud. This is not a club, this is not a music venue, it's a restaurant. Turn down the music.

We have been to the Bolton location many times we have always had great service and food never a complaint. We went with another family a few weeks back and went to use the coupons we were given in the mail. Well we ended up having a VERY bad interaction with the manager that night names Jessica.
Wow it was not a good reaction at all. I called the restaurant the next day to speak to the owner. I spoke with a gentleman named Andrew who is the general manager he asked me to come in that night to talk to him. So we did I told him we will not be back in that restaurant with Jessica working there. We told him what went down that night my husband had a video and a picture of us getting the cut eye from Jessica that night. He has gone above and beyond to try and fix the wrong that was made that night! He has been fantastic. We wanted to go for dinner so we called to make sure she would not be working if we went in. Thanks god she was not working we all went back had another great meal and great service. Andrew came over to make sure everything was ok! He truly tried to fix her mix up. He has been super amazing and I truly appreciate everything Andrew has done! Thank you Andrew! This is a good restaurant great food and great staff! Just a bad apple out of them all.

Just had dinner there, first they say us at the window and there was a huge draft. Looked down on table and there was snow coming in through the window. Server was great however food is another story. I had order the t bone steak and when it came the corn was like ice, mashed potatoes were cold. Husband had french fries and said they were like rubber. Not happy at all with this place.

Andrew the mgr was awesome in getting me a table quickly. Very happening place, busy but service was amazing and so was the food.

We went to this restaurant tonight and really enjoyed the atmosphere and meal. Steak and lobster for a great and price and it did not disappoint. I would recommend.

Fries taste like rubber, the prices are cheap because it's low grade food. It was my second time there today and I will never go again. The only thing good was the lollipops but even those had a old flavor, just like the waitress Danielle's attitude.

Was there tonight for dinner with some friends. Our server was friendly and food was good! The manager (Andrew I think was his name) came by to see how we were enjoying everything. He was great! We had a great conversation with him, he was very helpful, welcoming and pretty funny too! Its refreshing to actually feel that people genuinely care about you when at a restaurant instead of just going through the motions. We will be sure to stop in next time we are in town.

Cold food, was waiting at the door for 5 minutes and we had to seat ourselves. The calamari was over fried and had no flavor. The spinach and goat cheese dip with peta bread sucked because they only give 5 slices of pita for a big bowl of cheese you can't finish.

Fantastic dinner. Incredible staff.simply an amazing experience. Let's start with the food. The menu has some great selections ranging from salads to burgers, steaks and ribs.
My husband and I ordered the steak and lobster dinner. It was a AAA new york California cut that was incredibly tender and juicy. The lobster was also cooked to perfection. It was served with corn and loaded mashed potatoes. Everything came out hot and cooked exactly as it should be. The portions were very generous. We even had to take some home with us. Our servers were very polite and timed their returns to our table to check in and top up our drinks at the right time. The atmosphere is rustic but not overwhelming. The bar area looked sharp with several TV's and a huge 4 part screen that is perfect to watch a game and enjoy a cold beer. I also noticed there are many TV’s entertain the people dining there. The waitress was knowledgeable, and friendly. She made sure the food came out quickly. Great experience overall. The manager Andrew was absolutely phenomenal. He made it a pount to visit each table to ensure customers were having a good experience. He had a perfect handle on his staff and the entire dinning room. Perfect place to have dinner or just drinks!

Went to dinner tonight, got seated. Waitresse asked if wanted drinks. Didnt hand us menus. Had to get my son to grab menus off another table, when she came back with our drink asked us if we were ready to order I said no, and asked for a kids menu. She then said sorry I forgot the kids menu. Got them and then said she would give us more time. We had to wave her down after 10 mins of waiting. She then took out order.the food came but she had to go back to the kitchen twice after reminding her, she forgot our gravy, and my husband's small cesare salad. When we were done she then came to the table with the receipt did not let me see it, handed me the machine with the total already punched in, and walked away while crumpling the receipt. This was totally unprofessional, I left the restaurant without know how much things cost. It has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

What restaurant serves wings without a carrot and celery with some blue cheese dipping sauce on the side? Well this restaurant does ordered some wings and that's what I got Just Wings in a plate.

Food was good, only complaint the dessert (buckaroo) should’ve been cooked more as it was still cold.

I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. We were supposed to go to a restaurant next door but it was closed for some reason. We said why don't we check out Chuck's. I'm so glad that we did! The employees were very kind and helpful. They quickly found us a table even though we didn't have reservations. Our server was very helpful in suggesting drinks and food items that we might be interested in and we couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were! We thought that maybe the food was going to be below average but we were happily surprised. We were amazed at the how quickly our order was brought out to us and how hot and fresh it was. The portion sizes were huge and the taste was great! I really think we've found our new go to restaurant. They have a great selection on their menu so everyone will find something to enjoy. You can rest assure that you'll have a great meal with your friends and family without breaking the bank.

Gross. Terrible. Horrible. Disgusting. Disappointing. The staff and management are oblivious. The quality of food, and service matches the staff's lazy and unprofessional demeanor.

Managers just stand around while staff is struggling and overwhelmed; seen them sitting and talking with thier friends.customer service is lacking.

I went to watch the NFC/AFC championship games (NFL) but had to request 6 times to change the channel from CP24. I actually left at halftime to go to another bar because halfway through the game they turned the sound off for music.

Possibly worse than Crabby Joe's if that is even possible - The bar rail is the worst I have ever seen, if drinks were not 4$ it would be pointless to come here. I ordered the hamburger and fries and was not even satisfied after the meal. The fries were tiny and cold and the burger could have bee made better by a 9 year old.

Do no go here unless you like cafeteria style food and bottom of the barrel drink options.

You may as well just shut the chain down as no amount of re branding will help you, not with such a terrible menu, drink selection and staff.

When this place first opened, they definitely were not ready for the volume of people they received. They've definitely nailed it now. My moms steak was cooked perfectly, dads roast beef was mouth watering, and my fish and chips was crispy and tasty. My parents are pretty big critics and they both ordered dessert afterwards. Our server was attentive, efficient, and very polite. For anyone who had a bad experience when they first opened, I recommend giving it another chance now that everyone knows what they're doing ;)

My meal experience was a 3 Star meal but my Server Julia Ficociello was 5 stars! She was not only prompt and attentive, she was also very understanding and accomodated me with my special diet requirements which were her suggestions. She knew that certain foods should be eliminated if stomach issues are involved. This was very much appreciated and because of her, we will return. Kudos to Julia.

Service was great. My husband and I went there for our anniversary dinner a few nights ago. We were seated quickly, server was very friendly and attentive. Love the food and the prices are great, for two people with drinks and appetizer, main and one dessert under 100 bucks hard to find that anywhere. Will definitely be going back to try other Items on the menu. I don’t understand the hate from all the other reviewer’s sounds like they were reviewing a completely different restaurant I’m suspecting it might be competitors leaving reviews.

I had the steak and ribs and was blown away on how good it was for the price they're charging. Wifey had the steak and lobster and was totally satisfied! We will definitely be back for date night in Bolton

Horrible! What a disappointment! My son and I often to go crystal beach in fort Erie and stop by Niagara Falls chuck road house and loveeee it! We were soooo happy that they were opening a chucks road house down the street from our home! We went on the grand opening and I’ve never had a worse experience at any restaurant period than this one! Ordered mozzarella sticks came out cold, ordered a New York steak they brought me a top sirloin and tried to say it was a mini New York.really? Than my lobster tail was RAW I mean RAW! Service horrible also! Like common on your grand open everything should be on point! So I thought I would give it another chance and went with a girlfriend a week or so later and same thing never going back againnn! I rather drive to Niagas falls thanks!

Party of 10 on Monday night dec 10th. The service was horrible.we all had steak 8 showed up and it took 20 more minutes for the last 2 to show up. After waiting 20 min the last steak came out raw after ordering it well done. Water was never brought to the table till after we where done eating. Then I order coffee and it came out cold.
I will say the food that was cooked properly was fine. But I would not go back.

Absolutely loved it. Prices are excellent and the food was great. I loved the Chipotle pulled pork.definitely will be back!

A friend and I were going out for dinner and since Chuck's was still pretty new we decided to check it out.
We were greeted at the door by Andrew, the Manager who was super friendly and funny. They were really busy so he got us set up at the bar while we waited for a table.
Despite the customer volume, Andrew continued to check on us throughout the night to make sure everything was right.
The food was pretty good, but Andrew really made the experience great!
We'll be back for sure.

Worst dinner ever! Food came out cold not in the order it was ordered my son's dinner had to be ordered twice before being delivered by the manager on our way out. Great way to ruin an evening.
