Food was mediocre at best, probably the worst service i’ve ever had, 30 minutes to get a drink, extremely understaffed, don’t come here.

Food is cheap, drinks are cheap. It doesn’t matter when the service is terrible. I waited patiently for a glass of water for over 45 minutes where I had to remind the bartender 3 times. I don’t know if the guy was slow or just horrible at his job but it shouldn’t take over 5 minutes for a glass of water. Chucks service at this Millcreek location is the worst I have seen and I have seen bad service.

If this spot was a last resort, I still wouldn't go.
Went here an overall experience made me not to come back to the establishment period. Just left a bad taste in my mouth literally.
The food and service was just terrible. This was my first really bad experience at a restaurant.
The sat you down quick but to take our food order, drink order took 20-30 minutes.
We ordered 2 appetizers first and 2 drinks which took another 20-30 minutes to come.
Mind you we order steak bites well done, which we knew would take some time but they came to us medium not well done.
Reported it to the server which she took it back but never said if getting them redone or what not.
We got another set of steak bites and still not cooked fully.
We then put our entree order to a surf and turf, and a Peppercorn steak.
The peppercorn steak we asked well done and that came out medium. We reported it to the server, she took it back, came back with another and was still cooked medium.
We cut the steak in pieces and reported to the server if they can just cook the pieces a bit.
Boy were we shocked when the server brought it back all burnt.
Not sure how a cook thinks that someone can think that something burnt would be edible.
Overall would give this place a less then 1 if I could.

Also, would recommend to have menus of different kind of shooters as our server didn't know of any to recommend or a menu to show different shooter drinks.

You can't go wrong with their Chuck's Burger. Ordered it every time I'm there. On my last visit, I was tempted to try their Roast Beef Sandwich but was told it's processed meat. Didn't make the switch.

Used to be the spot when burgers were $6, unlimited salad was $4,7oz steaks were $11. Now you're charging the same prices as Jack Astors, Taps, Boston Pizza etc but for food that is noticeably worse quality. Burgers are BLAND, no toppings no sauces just plain for the same price as a loaded burger from any other restaurant. Wings are the same price now as Buffalo Wild Wings and St Louis etc but only have 3 bland sauces to choose from lol. Steak is also like $5 cheaper than the equivalent from a better restaurant, and always comes out overcooked so the $5 difference doesn't even make sense. Back when it was $11, sure I would take the quality difference with a grain of salt because it was so cheap. Figure it out Chucks. Guarantee this chain isn't making the same profits as it used to when it actually made sense to go here. The only thing here that makes sense now is the beer, and the after 9pm half price appetizers.

This place has gone downhill ever since covid started. My friends and I waited 45 mins for service and the waitress did not attend to us at all. The clientele were for a much younger crowd and now are more of seniors in their 50s. Completely killed the vibe of a night out with good drinks. Also, waitresses were rude and gave us attitude for addressing their understaffing issues. Pint glasses were not cleaned and my friend had a glass with lipstick residue on it.

Ashley was incredibly sweet and super helpful! She was very likeable and outgoing, we were very lucky that we were served by her:)

Food isn't the greatest but you get what you pay for. Drinks, on the other hand though, great. Really cheap so isn't too heavy on the wallet

I live Chucks roadhouse locations. But this one has gone downhill since reopening. Food was mediocre service was ok. I believe under staffing is the issue.

Literally felt like a mall cafeteria no tables were clean just piles of old dishes everywhere also had to wait over 20 minutes for drinks and had 3 different servers come up saying they will be our server very unorganized.

Chucks is a favourite of ours so we love coming here.but will NEVER visit this particular location again.

We went after 9pm when they have half price apps. We ordered the apps we wanted and 10 mins later the waitress told us we had to order a beverage in order to get half price apps, otherwise we would have to pay full price. This has never been a condition of half price apps at any locations we have been to. So we forcefully had to order a drink. After this we didn't get our food for another 25 mins! So a total of 35 min wait just for a few apps!

Then when we ordered dessert, it wasn't even as described.

The waitress also didn't introduce herself and was not nice at all, making the experience even worse.

The owner/manager who ever it was, was sitting at a table just playing games on his phone.

Worst experience I've ever had!

This is our go to place when I meet with friends. Usually busy but there is no rush as we usually sit and chat. Very reasonably priced with good food. The steak special is good, but there is lots to choose from on the menu. Service has always been exceptional. Fast and friendly. Patio is nice weather permitting.

Just came in with my family and was treated terribly. The 1/2 apps deal doesn't not say anywhere about ordering a drink off the menu or the full price will be charged. The waitress was terrible and rude, the owner was just walking about and not really caring about anything. The food we ordered took forever to get here, it wasn't even good. The wings were dry, and the quesdias barely had any meat in it. We visited the Chucks at another location in Mississauga and they were so nice, there was no drink rule either. Even though this one is closer to my house I would rather drive further to get better service. Thank for treating people this way! What a way to earn future customers, NOT!

This location used to be great, but now the roast beef dinner is gone, food quality is not as good as it used to be, fries were way overdone.

I went there for my son's birthday. I ordered fish and chips. It was amazing. The fries were perfect and different. The food was so fresh and delicious.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this location, I don’t know what happened if they changed owners or they just don’t care anymore because they aren’t new but this place is just not the same anymore… we had stopped coming here because of a terrible rib night that we attended on a Wednesday and we wanted to give the benefit of the the doubt and try chucks again and boy did we make a mistake. We waited at least 10 mins for someone to take out drink order and then once we order at around 8: 20 pm we didn’t get our food until 9: 00 we ordered some appetizers and a steak and lobster dinner. Once our food came I asked the server thank you for bringing the food but the wait was a little long and his response was “ the filet mignon takes 20 mins to cook…” on what planet does it take to cook a filet mignon for 20 mins when I asked for medium well albeit the steak and lobster was the best part of the meal the appetizers were not very appetizing. Our server then came back and asked us and we said tbh the appetizers were cold and he said since you guys have had so many problems here let me get my manager for you… we didn’t ask for the manager and the manager we spoke to was really great and understanding and understood where we were coming from he did give us the half price appetizers because we waited till after 9 to eat however I will not be taking my business to this location ever again unless something changes.

Went to the restaurant around a month ago with my friend and had an amazing experience! It was raining so we called ahead and had a very friendly response from the staff reassuring us that they had a covered, heated patio. Food was very well priced and delicious, and our server Hunter made the experience even more pleasant. 10/10 would recommend

No manners to the waitress. Very rude behaviour. They also used foul language on my friends. We tipped 100$ but still she showed very rude behaviour. Waste of money.

We really loved their appetizers. They run time to time appetizers promotions ask your server.

Service was pretty bad. Went there on a Thursday night when it was pretty busy, so I will cut them some slack. But we were there for almost an hour without receiving our order. Our server never came to check in on us. We asked other servers if they could tell us anything and they would just say "Sorry, I can't help you" and just walk away.

I've been here one other time during a Monday night when it wasn't so busy. The service was much better.

I would suggest to only come here when it's not busy. If it's busy, just go to the location on Mavis.

Awesome location, ample parking and great food. Finally a place where you don't break your bank having a few pints and wings. Serving portions are very generous and servers are responsive and attentive.

Amazing Experience and Amazing view at the patio. The vibe at the patio and the dine-in was a great weekend plan after a long hold by Covid.

This was my 1st time in Chuck's and i felt like recommending all to come here every weekend with Friends and family for fun and gatherings for watching NBA or Soccer games.

I would also recommend my 2 favorite dishes which were very delicious and had good quantity and quality.

1 - Spinach and Goat Cheese Dip.
2 - Bruschetta FlatBread.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Server was ignorant. Appetizers took more than 20 minutes and when confronted with this we are told, "sorry, we have 40 other customers". I told her she could have a better attitude and she replied so could I. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered ribeye and fries. Steak came over cooked and fries were cold. We came here tonight because we had eaten at the chucks in bracebridge and the service and food was amazing (as per the review I left for them). This place is staffed with children in comparison. Very disappointing and we will not return. This is the first time I have not left without leaving a tip in my life. No tip was deserved.

Amazing food and great service. Enjoy the chill breeze in their patio with delicious food. If you haven't tried, do try their grilled chicken club sandwich, chicken loaded nachos and fish and chips

As far as Chucks road house goes, this is the best branch.they never mess up my steak which I realized is a lot to ask for in other branches.services is fair, food and drinks is served promptly.

Worst chucks nachos ever. This is not the way food ought to be. $18 for one layer of nachos and a little bit of cheese. Never going back to chucks again.

Got the porterhouse steak and large Caesar salad. It was enough to feed 2 adults. I didn’t have high expectations from this chain low budget restaurant. The steak was perfectly med rare and lightly seasoned tender and delicious. The salad came undressed so the romaine was still crispy.
If they made cauliflower mash they’d have lots of keto and low carb customers.
I’ll definitely order this again.

Great steak! Always a great price for a decent piece of meat. Half price apps after 9pm was always great. 30oz beers for $6.50 can’t go wrong. Stay away from the corn that comes with your steak though, it’s always gross and mushy. Other than that I love this place and it has lots of TVs for watching the games or the races!

I love Chuck's Roadhouse steaks! I go to a couple locations on my travels. That said, this particular location wasn't particularly clean. The table was dirty with crumbs and a couple of the side serving plates was unwashed. The food was good. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful but she looked really busy. She appeared to be the only one serving there so the fly-by's were pretty far between.

They seemed to be doing an alright job with the pandemic measures

The spinach dip was served with rock hard naan style bread. (Maybe it was supposed to be crispy? But tasted over cooked or stale.) not much flavour in the dip

Seems like more of a place you go to drink rather than eat. Prices are reasonable for most items though.

We initially went there with my family thinking that it has a nice patio and outdoor enviroment which it does.
The staff were friendly and brought the food out fairly quickly which was a suprise for us. The food was honestly just terrible. Our main order was the chicken breast and cheese burger. The chicken was extremely dry and seemed like it had been reheated several times to get it in that state. Also they dont use a chicken breast (boneless) which didnt make sence. The plate also came with a side of fries which were just stale.
And in regards to the hamburger it was falling apart which probably means isn’t fresh.
I dont like to complain to servers as they aren’t really in control of the quality of the food coming out. The prices were reasonable but seems like they are not able to execute and provide quaility food.

Came at right at 9 to order takeout because we knew they were closing soon. Once inside we were told they were closed by an employee who yelled to us from the bar and we had to leave. Checked on the website to see that they closed at 10. Once we called to double-check, employee told us that they were closing at 10 and last-calls were happening at 9 until a coworker in the background told them to hang up the phone. The phone call ended abruptly with us not able to order our takeout. We usually visit the Dundas location and wanted to try out a new one because we’re a big fan of chucks but this experience left us feeling very sad and disappointed.

I come here alot since its in the area, this place would be lost if it wasn't for the chefs! Food is amazing & comes out perfectly every time.
Prices are amazing, very affordable compared to the bigger chains.
Restroom is always a disaster with no paper towels or dispenser is forever broken.

The food is ok. The deals are great, the service was pretty good considering the COVID situation, it took a little longer to get my take out, didn't stay for my meal and don't think I will, not till the pandemic is over.

Manager was rude, bald guy. Spent too much time sitting down with this very loud group of people he seemed to be friends with and disrespected everyone else. Everything else was fine tho, waitress was nice and food was good.

I had the worst experience. We had to wait almost 45 minutes just to get the bill and even then it was mixed up. The manager was extremely rude to the customers and was even rude to the workers, it was awful. It ruined the whole atmosphere and I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Worst experience. Manger on duty was extremely rude to both the customers and the workers. I’ve never seen anything like it. Horrible time. Definitely never coming back to this location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you want to get yelled at by the manager multiple times during your meal.

First time here. Been wanting to try this place out for a while now finally came during covid19 stage 3 of reopening so dine in was allowed. Server was freindly enough and social distancing was being enforced. I had rib and wings and was pleasantly surprised. Decent portion and good taste. Overall i will definitely be back and i do recommend this place for good value.

Steak is overcooked, the appetizers are all horrible, the calamari is literally pieces of crumbs, dry service and rude manager (or maybe he was the owner)! Came in the afternoon and the wait time was pretty long! Definitely never coming to this location again!

Montreal sandwich was horrible. Steak was overcooked when I asked for medium well. Lobster tail was very good. Drinks are cheap and good just to hang with friends

Worst place ever to go for a Ball Game. Lady Manager needs to be more respectful to customers. Had called in the morning to make reservation and they told me that there is no reservation and its first come first serve. On arriving at 8pm an Hour before the game last night the restaurant is empty and all tables are reserved. On asking the staff how could this happen they said they had taken earlier bookings. Until the game started the tables were empty inside.
Luckly we got a table on the Patio and on ordering we were been yelled at by this rude lady Manager as we were 5 on the table. Asked her to give us a spot elsewhere and she said they were sanitizing the table. A few min later someone else took that table. On asking the manager she says you'll should be quick to grab the spot. What nonsense. We just paid our tab and walked away never to come back.

Expanded patio allows more social distances. Food is good and beer is cold. Great place to take in a game if you get the right seat.
