Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Worst service and food ever. We were there 3 hours for our meal. Apps. Came out cold and we sent some back. And hour later our meals came out cold. The bread on the sandwich was so hard that I could not eat it. Vary unhappy. Was even given the wrong bill when it came time to pay.
We will be thinking twice before we go there again.

Friday night busy okay. Service was as slow as slow can be. Frustrating when people get there food who arrived after you. Our server was not happy to be there working this day.normally everything is great

The server Casey was amazing. The food was not up to standards.
My sandwich was not even toasted and the Philly cheese sandwich was only warm. We let the waitress know, she told the manager. He came over and said he was going to take 30% off of our entire bill. Which he ended up only giving me 25% off of my sandwich and gravy. That’s not what the manager agreed too. I think 3.87 is not acceptable. In the future I hope that better customer service is given. Had a great dinner here. Food was perfect, wait staff were friendly and the place was super clean! If I had listened to the rumours around town I wouldn't have even gone inside. Glad to see either none of them were true or the issues have been dealt with.

Waitress was quick to take our drink orders, but then upon actually ordering food, almost all menu items we wanted to order was unavailable. So we decided to go with the chicken park pasta, which to our disgust, tasted like fish, couldn’t even cut through the chicken. The atmosphere was so loud I couldn’t even hear the waitress half the time, not to mention my spouse who was sitting across from me, also, it was absolutely FREEZING inside, I had to wear my sweater the entire time and was still shivering by the time we left.
Not great.

Food, family outing, watching your favorite sports and chilling out. Beautiful atmosphere.

Absolutely appalled with the front end host. Restaurant was more than half empty at 9: 15 on a Saturday night. Dozens of booths still available and yet the host said no booths are available only bar side tables.

I don’t understand how a restaurant can turn away customers on a Saturday night and still expect to remain open. Management should either train people better.

Or open up all of the booths for people who want them not everybody wants to sit beside the bar or at the bar.

I know you can do better Chuck’s and if you can’t then, perhaps it’s time you let someone else run a restaurant at this Belleville location.

Okay it's 5 star for a reason. Been here a bunch of the times over the years. Very rarely is the service isn't good. The odd time maybe but that's to be expected and it's mostly on busy nights. The food is always fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. Staff all welcoming. Amazing tasting food I'm telling you. I would go back again and again like I have been for quite sometime.

It's definitely worth checking out if you haven't been here yet. Passing by in town and just need a random good place that's good fast food service. Go here! I would recommend.yes 4.5/5 stars!

Food was very fresh and served hot. Service was good as well. I am upset that the Cowboy Steak is off the menu, I know I can get mushrooms and BBQ added, but not the same. Bring back the Cowboy Steak. BBQ sauce is not the same, but Chuck's Steak Sauce is very good. Thank you for a great evening.

It’s not the absolute best dine in restaurant but it’s consistent and very fairly priced. Every town I’m in that has a Chucks, I gotta go and get something. Staff are always friendly as well. The only issue I have is the parking lot is abysmal.

Around 10: 15 me and my husband decided to go out for the nice dinner at chucks Roadhouse, we didn't expect to have food thrown at us by a belligerent drunk. The staff did nothing about him and we later found out there wasn't even any security. We asked the staff multiple times to please remove this person who was making everyone outside feel very uncomfortable, he harassed multiple people and threw obscenities at them as well as making rude comments and gestures to people just trying to enjoy their meals

We have been here on multiple occasions and enjoyed most of our visits. This is the only time that something like this has happened, but it left a bad taste in both of our mouths.

Really good value for a decent burger and fries. Friendly staff and clean washrooms. Perfectly located off Highway 401 if you're passing by on a road trip.

You know what? What a god dam place! Good atmosphere, good people, the steaks are so good and is one those places that you found the balance between good quality and good prices, it's a shame that now with this covid thing they only offer take out and skip, but for sure is one on those that i will back once they reopen

Don’t go there. Staff refused to seat families of 5 (2 adults&3 kids) on one table insisting the max is 4! Staff are not willing to work.

Great staff but it was so loud and just got louder.
I wanted to run out. I was hoping for a reprieve from the noise in the bathroom but it was even louder. Completely overloaded

Food was great. While I was waiting for my take out, 2 men walked in by the side door, without masks on, and sat down at the bar on the other side of the barricade. I went back outside and when my order was brought out, I mentioned that the 2 men weren't wearing masks. He didn't seem to be too concerned. We have been wearing masks inside for over 13 months and the restaurant isn't open for indoor dining. I probably won't order take out from here until the lockdown is lifted. I don't want to get sick and my sister will be starting chemo on Friday.

I wasn't expecting much, and although they cooked my steak med rare, that my wife ordered, and cooked hers well, like I ordered, my NY Peppercorn steak was awesome. Service was lacking as the waiter didn't seem too familiar with menu items and choices, which I am sure contributed to the mix up in steaks.

Was very good, in-house seating was available at the time, I did takeout, was staying at the local Holiday Inn Express.

Service was slow and the men's bathroom has no door on the stall. It's freaking cold in there all the time. No draft beer hardly. Half of the taps were empty.

Cheap beers were incredible. Food was awesome and fairly priced had quesadilla and bacon cheese burger fries and gravy were excellent. 5 stars for incredibly cheap beer and 4.5 for food

Absolutely horrible food and service. Drinks came after meal was served. Appetizer also came after meals were served. Wouldn’t recommend

Service was excellent. No onions for burger. Bun tasted stale and fries were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting awhile

What an amazing place to dine at. Can't get over the delicious food they serve. Drooling boss! Great Staffs too. Love being there.

I went there about 2 years ago when a relative was having a small birthday party. Took forever to get our food and when it came out almost everyones orders were wrong. Was my 1ST time there and my VERY LAST there. Food was gross that they did serve.

This is our go to place for nachos. Always enjoyed their platters with a side order of their cheesy fries. Today we were served a platter of just nachos. No kidding. There was hardly anything on the nachos. You could not even see the cheese that used to hold the platter together. The server was very patient and returned the platter back to the kit to be told that is how they are doing g them now. Needless to say, my days of nachos at chucks are over with. My apologies to all the wonderful servers that have to deal with the customers that are very dissappointed in this. Do not waste your time ordering nachos as you will be very dissappointed

Really rare to get a filet mignon well done but still very tender and flavourful. 6 choices of steak and much cheaper than anywhere else.

Steak bites where cooked terrible like burnt as anything and the other food was ok I guess. My order was taken wrong then the waitress had enough nerve to blame it on me saying I didn't know what I wanted, only thing that stopped me from walking out was she apologized but when the check came she had put the wrong dish on it and to concluded will not be going back ever

This time we got the food so late, maybe because of the rush in the restaurant but stil they are good in the town, specially their chicken wings, they are so crispy and crunchy.

Awesome staff and great pricing. They did undercook a steak for my buddy one time. Only reason I'm not giving it full 5 star. Everything else was great every time

One star because the staff was very welcoming and friendly and the second because the prime rib was wonderful. But that's where it ended. Reservation for 6: 00pm. Took 10 minutes to get drinks. 40 minutes before first very cold appetizer arrived. Another 15 minutes for the second one. We were there for a total of 90 minutes before dinner arrived. Mashed potatoes were mushy/liquid - instant? It is definitely not corn on the cob season in February so the little 3" piece was tough and horrible. My daughter's lobster tail refused to peel out of the shell which usually indicates it isn't the freshest. It did not come with any garlic butter or lemon. IF we were to return I'd want to order our dinner an hour before we arrived and absolutely not pay extra for the sloppy instant potatoes.

Cheap prices and food good for the price. The server is what was amazing! Great service, friendly, frequent check ins and everything we wanted. Clean.

Went in to grab some takeout for the family couple weeks ago, staff were great no complaints there but I was really disappointed with the portions, tiny little tomato, few shreds of lettuce, tiny little pickle and a child size potion of fries. The quality was fine, I really hate to complain just needed to be said.

Great service, good food and great prices! I was surprised by the reasonable pricing of the food and beer! I will come back for sure next time I am in Belleville!:)
