Great service and atmosphere.even during a Leafs game! My family comes for the half price apps once in a while and this location is the best! Always fast, friendly service and the food is fresh and hot upon arrival to the table! Highly recommend Chuck's and especially this location! Cheers!

I have been dining at Chuck's Roadhouse in Pickering for years. Chuck's has always been my go to place for a family friendly meal with great atmosphere. I went to Chuck's (Pickering) last night for dinner and was shocked and disappointed at the downward turn this restaurant has taken. The kids burgers were cold and very hard. My Steak was served cold. The ribs and wings were also served cold. You can tell at first taste the food was not freshly made. The wings were soggy ribs were dry and hard. The drinks which has always been a highlight were poorly made and watered down. It is clear new management has traded in former staff & good food for profit!
I will never dine at Chuck's Roadhouse (Pickering) again!

Good value with the food and service. Steaks are ok in return of the money you spent. Service is good and attentive. Economical choice with family and friends

The food and service were beyond our expectations. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. Nice place to take the family out for dinner.

I usually don’t give bad reviews. But I had to mention this company CHUCKS my buddy and I were in the mood for nachos we usually go to Boston Pizza in Ajax but we thought to share the wealth during COVID times since we like to support local.
Well we order nachos and to our surprise the portion was not near to serving one for $13.99.
So we asked the server why is the Hamburger $6.00 and the cheese burger is $9.99 Four dollars for a slice of cheese?
He said that the hamburger and the rest of the low prices items are to lure customers in and then we charge extra for the the premium items.
So one star is the least I can give if I could Give a negative I would so DON’T GO TO CHUCKS FOR FOOD
For drinks it’s Okay. Also be aware there is a 3% surcharge extra on top of your bill for what I don’t know and I don’t care. Can’t see this company being in business for to long.

Have come here many times and have pretty much enjoyed every single time! The prices are amazing and have to say, they truly have the best gravy!

Just be aware of game nights as they tend to be pretty busy!

Steak & Lobster is absolutely delicious, and it's ONLY $20. The price alone is worth the drive. Meals from the Take-out Menu are Prepared and packaged very well. Great for date night.

Great food/beer value as always. Waitstaff are super friendly and are working very hard during covid-19. Kudos to them and the management. Restaurant industry is hard enough without all these restrictions. Keep up the good work!

Waited 40 minutes to be seated, food came out cold, Terrible service ranging from management to the server. Just really not worth any of it. Won’t be going back

Another great Chuck's restaurant, You can't beat the value they offer you. So for lunch I had a 6$ burger and a beer for $4. Where can you beat that? Why spend $20 or $30 for lunch. Food was good service was great, My server was awesome and took the time to converse with me. Loads of T. V.s for sports watching. Enjoy their free WI-FI. Loads of parking.

Well let's just say the wait for food was very long, restaurant was pretty much empty and patio was definitely not busy. We ordered the chicken parmesan and when it finally arrived I was very surprised at how small the portion was, very small piece of chicken and a small serving of over done pasta. First time here left Hungry a return is most likely not going to happen

We called to ask how full it was.they said its not busy at all and that they are practicing covid safety rules. They lied the place was rammed. Service was brutally slow. Worst part if you sit outside their designated smoking spot is right beside the tables so get ready to smell smoke the whole time.

Worst experience ever. Server double billed us and refused to show us the copy of our bill. Then proceeded to just give us the debit machine to pay our amounts.

Today was our first time here at the Pickering location. It was busy, clean and nice. The hostess seated us within 3 mins. The waitress was friendly and good. Now to the food, you won’t find steak this good at these prices anywhere. First we had the chucks nachos, soooo good and loaded. I got the lobster tail and 7oz steak with baked potato and corn on the cob. It was so good cooked to exactly how I like it.
My hubby got the ribs and steak combo. The steak was cooked perfectly and the ribs were melting in his mouth. Will def be returning.
Gets prices and great food.

After seeing out Sunday spot changed to chucks Roadhouse we were excited to try it. I must say the staff were very welcoming. It was great seeing that all the staff were pretty much the same. The food was good. It really is a Roadhouse with mostly steak on the menu and the prices are CHEAP. Overall it was a good experience.

Great service, very friendly.food was comparable to other higher end establishments but reasonably priced. Great value. Will be back again and again!

Went there on a random weekday for a late lunch, it took some time to get noticed and seated but the server we had was amazing to tend to our needs. Don’t expect anything crazy for what you are paying for.flatbread felt like it was overpriced based on the rest of the menu and the steaks were ok at best. Also was not advised that each side dish would be priced differently, under the assumption that when the server is giving options for sides it was all the same price.rather spend an extra $15-20 and eat a good steak from the keg.

It was our first time there. Our money does not come easy. So when we eat out we really expect a lot. We were warmly and politely greeted upon entering. We were seated at the booth that we requested and our waitress Janeese was very polite and answered all of our questions and guided us along to help us to decide the best menu items that you had to offer.
The steaks we had were so delicious and served to perfection.and the lobster was to die for.our salads were crisp, fresh and tasty.our baked and french fried potatoes were hot and steamy.and Not luke warm and soggy like some other places. Our drinks were nicely chilled and Janeese our waitress was constantly making certain that all our needs were taken care of during our stay. Because of the polite service and good food and affordable prices.needless to say. We will be back again.
We are so glad that you changed the name of your establishment from Crabby Joe's to Chuck's Roadhouse because with a name like Crabby Joe's We would never set foot inside. That name was such a turn off. Chuck's Roadhouse is sooo much more inviting!

Friendly staff very attractive priciest. The food is tasty and delicious quality for the money. Great place to socialize and enjoy a outing. Highly reccomend form the Richard's Auto Clinic Staff.

Food was good wouldn't recommend the fries which were horrible. Entrance is a disaster zone. No waiting area so people just mill around the entrance. Waited over a half hour just to get the bill.

I went here tonight for my friends birthday. I ordered a coke and a spinach dip around 925 waited waited waited my friends ordered food and I kid you not all of my friends foods came out before my spinach dip including the guy across from me’s dessert. When I asked the server where the dip was she wasn’t super friendly in letting me know it was coming. After over a half hour (not exaggerating I checked the time) my spinach dip got to the table at 10 pm. The dip was good the flat bread was burnt. But why send it back? To wait 30 more minutes. Then I ordered the roast beef for dinner to take home. Got it home to find the meat is rock hard - mashed potatoes taste like cigarette smoke - odd, and the corn is mushy. Was my first time ever in a chucks roadhouse and I can tell you I’d never go back. I work at a competing restaurant in Pickering as a waitress and I know that things happen but this is the first time I’ve ever written a review. By the way. I was charged for the spinach dip still. Worst service and food ive probably ever experienced.

Enjoyed a friday night out for dinner at Chuck's. Happily surprised at the prices of everything on the menu. Steak and lobster dinner $20,9oz glass of wine only $9, all you can eat salad $4. Lobster good, but steak was definitely the value I paid for it and fries were soggy. All you can eat salad is massive, so could only could eat one. Next time I would stick with a burger. Great atmosphere on a Friday night, 20min wait for a table was fine because we could have a drink at the bar. Lots of screens to watch sports games.

I was disappointed, having been referred by a friend. The best thing is $4 beer and/or cocktails, but the food needs to be improved.

This may be specific to this location but they have fantastic serving staff who are extremely friendly and are quick to respond to requests. Food is great and they have good prices which are not crazy expensive.

Terrible. Steak was well done instead of medium. Sandwich for my wife they brought when I finish my steak (it was cold already). It was my first and last time in this restaurant. I don't recommend anyone to go over there.
