She is attentive, provides excellent service and most of all brightens up the Roadhouse with her sparkling personality

Came for a late night casual drinks/apps with some friends last week.really enjoyed our experience - server Darian was extremely welcoming, chatty and funny.had some great laughs with her and good food too.

We stopped by at the westdale location today for a casual business meeting. Our server Roshani was very well aware of the menu & suggested items to our needs. The food was amazing. The service was top-notch. Great experience at this location. Will be our go-to lunch spot.

The food is tasty and its a good value. The chef Paul makes a great dish. The service given by Roshani is top notch. She knows your order and remembers how you want it. Chucks is a great place to eat and drink and its very reasonable.

Update: Hello Chucks, Thursday June 8th at 9: 15pm My family and I were turned away because your restaurant was too busy, as told to us by your hostess. "There is a minimum 45 minute wait" she said (mostly empty restaurant). Thought you might be interested in knowing what your employees are up to. Hope your end of day sales are amazing, but sadly you didn't look that busy.
My business was happily accepted by your local competition and we had a nice celebration.

So, really a mixed bag. If you go for half pruce apps, this place is worth it. If not, not so much.the only saving grace was Maryann. She is attentive, kind, smiles and is an absolute sweetheart. She is the best one there.

The desserts are amazing though.

Was in the other night with some friends. The food was great and the bartender Brian had us all laughing the entire time. His naturalness with the regulars and first timers was entertainment within itself. We’ll definitely be back!

This is my go to after volleyball Thursday night hangout. Our Server Hannah is always so friendly, remembers all our names, usual orders and provides the best service possible. Half price apps after 9 and great beer pricing make this place pretty hard to beat for a low-key Thursday night. Wings are always a solid option, try getting plain wings with sauce on the side, always so nice and crispy.

Very affordable prices, which is a big plus, considering today's economy and price increases.
The food, taste, portions, and drink specials are reasons enough to go to Chucks

Chuck's always provides good value. And Hannah is the best server. She remembers your name and your usual order!

Went this evening for dinner, it was excellent our server ERIN was absolutely fantastic, very pleased.

Good steak with very reasonable price but staffs not very friendly

Got takeout Nachos tonight, and to be honest, it would’ve been better off if i just didn’t. Coming from an experienced restaurant worker, I can tell the food isn’t fresh. The jalapeños were off coloured like they had been pre cut and left for a while, there were spots of cheese rather than a proper dispersement of cheese throughout the dish. This is such a basic and staple bar food dish so how can this much be messed up? I also got the buffalo chicken which for 1) wasn’t even in a buffalo sauce it tasted more of a sweet chili? & 2) the chicken left so much grease on the nachos they were practically inedible, almost like you would have to be incredibly intoxicated to enjoy them. Again coming from a restaurant worker, where’s the quality standards? The 6 years i’ve been in the industry, majority restaurants have had higher standards than this, there was no host, no servers to be found and we had to wait at the bar while staff stood in the expo area not exactly paying attention to the guests in the restaurant including the bar, it’s not a good look to have no bartender to be seen, let alone nobody. Should definitely take a look at how things are going over there because clearly the standards aren’t kept up and the staff don’t have drive to keep the restaurant alive. I’ve been to chucks in the past and it’s been better, so really, do better.

This place is really nice, half priced apps are why we come, but the atmosphere is why we keep coming back. Last time we were here the service was super fast, but usually it's slow cause they always understaffed. So just prepare to chat with friends for a bit. Washrooms are clean, place is bright, servers are friendly. It's a good spot.

They don’t pay attention to their delivery orders. More than once I’ve had missing items from my order. Pathetic management.

Stopped by to catch a game and drinks with friends. They got TV screens all round with a cool vibe. Standard beer service with a lively and friendly staff. But the Burger could be better. Will try something else on the menu for my next visit. Cool spot overall

Chucks is so great. The best service I have ever had and good food at a low price, especially when half off. Hannah is the best waitress at chucks. I completely recommend. This is my favourite place to be, especially on karaoke nights and all nights.

We had the best server ever! Ziwen was so sweet and prompt. We ordered a lot of food and drinks and nothing come out wrong. She also laughed at my cousins jokes even though they were bad. She’s the best!

We come here often with climbing buddies and Hannah is always our server. She is delightful and always provides the best customer service. We look forward to coming here thx to her!

Been here few times already. Always coming in for 10oz. New York steak but same answer every time. “We’re out of it”…. Comb’! More than a month?

We came here on a Saturday just as they opened so it was pretty quiet inside. The food was delicious and great value, as you would expect from Chuck's. The chicken parm sandwich was tender and juicy, and the "Chuck's Famous Caesar Salad" balanced the meal nicely.
