It's a great place to watch sports and the discount draft during Leafs games is a bonus especially if they manage to go deep into a playoff run for a change

We've been there a couple times now, and both times the food, service and atmosphere have been amazing. The second time, they had a big group of people dining in, so the food took a little longer to come out, however the servers were very apologetic about it taking longer. Very happy with everything!

Excellent team, dedicated and compassionate. Outstanding service. The ribs we selected were incredibly tender and succulent. I underwent gastric bypass surgery four months ago, which limits my ability to consume tough meats, but the ribs here were tender enough for me to enjoy a delicious meal after four months. Highly recommended.

My son had a New York steak done medium rare. It was perfectly cooked. I had bruschetta and Mozz sticks and they were good. Service was okay. Music was decent. THAT bread pudding.was VERY good! I'd go back just for that. Lol

Burnt steak, fake powder mixed mashed potato. Frozen corn.
If you would like to waste your time and money off going to there.

Do not eat here unless you want to be spitting out your food. I ordered the steak and lobster with mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes were fake powder mix. Corn was not on the cob, it was frozen corn and even then they still managed to screw it up. Tasted worse than frozen corn you buy at the grocery store. Even the lobster was way overcooked and mush.

The waitress never came to check on us either. This was the worst food I’ve ever had. You’re better off going to Tim Hortons or Subway. I ordered the same meal last year and it was nothing like this. Very disappointed.

The service was amazing! My server Heidi was amazing really outgoing and helpful. Gave us a lot of good recommendations! Will be coming here more often.

Aight listen, this might be the restaurant I have gone the most in.
Go after 9pm (50% off on apps), get 2 drinks (anything) and get steak bites and 2 pounds of wings (medium or bbq), 30$ for everything including tips. Thank me later

Food was great, the only downside was we had to wait 15 minutes after being seated, as they forgot we were there. Wasn't even that busy.

Called for 12 people for 10 pm food, told not a problem and they closed the kitchen before we arrived. Don't promise what you won't fulfill.

Sunday was hot and I decided to enjoy the nice weather outside. It was my fist time at this place. We arrived around 1pm, sat right away, service was fast, great and servers were very nice! Food and Beer have a good price as well. I will definitely will come back, and next time I will invite some friends as well.

Trying to get a refund at this place is horrible. I went with a few friends a couple of months ago. When paying, I used my debit card, and it initially said approved, then the machine said cancelled. I told the waitress that the machine said it went through, and she brushed it off without checking and made me pay again. I checked my online banking the next day, and was charged twice for the same bill. I called them, and spoke to a greek guy, and was told to come anytime for a refund. I went on a weekday and told them the situation, and they told me that I will have to come on a night when George would be around! I send them an email two months ago and didnt get a response. The atmosphere is ok, but the management is lacking.

Everyone please be aware there is a 3% Mandatory Fee on ALL BILLS that was not brought to our attention until we checked the bill.

It would be been better to mention about this fee as we sat down for dinning.

‘The 3% keeps our prices down’ the server said.

So you attract customers with low prices and hit them with a hidden fee? The principal of this should not be tolerated, it leaves a bad impression to all customers.

Also, way to dig a hole for your servers to try to explain this to people he/ she is trying to get some tips for their service.

This totally ruin the dinning experience in the end.

Had the most succulent sirloin here the other night. Also had succulent service from a wonderful young lady called Shannon! The mix of the juicy steak, countered with the juicy conversation made for an excellent experience! Will most definitely be back

Fantastic! Atmosphere was rustic, service was stellar (Thank you Jessica, still laughing about "Potaties"), and the meal was great. Even with a minor hiccup for the kitchen, the meal was great, I cleared my entire plate and overheard my wife say, "Damn, that's good. " Would definitely repeat and happily recommend.

A very casual dinner spot, good food, drinks seemed pretty watered down but still had a good time.

What I love most about this place is the price.

Decent spot! Big group of twelve of us get together couple times a month. Excellent service very quick food lots of drink selections. Unbelievable how fast the staff can serve our table of 12. The food is not expensive at all, it is very good for the price point.

Food was ok. Really here for the service lol. If you're looking for a night where you don't want to cook and clean then sure. But really you can make better food at home or there's other places where they don't serve overlly cooked food.

For a first time here I was excited, at first.
Atmosphere is nice and booths are nice and spacious.
Service was really good. Just a side note for the staff/waitresses. Checking every 5-7 mins is, kinda overkill.

The food, as well, was sub par, the steaks orderee were dry, and cooked over requested.
The burgers were way to saucy and the cheese was already cold once served.
Eating here is usually, depends upon who's in the kitchen.
Chuck's has potential. We still loved/enjoyed our meals time.
Just, lacks the right areas or does to much overkill.

New staff and it shows. Waited 10 minutes for our server to come to even say hi and take the order, she never returned with the drinks. My gf saw our drinks sitting at the bar so she went up and grabbed them herself. Ice was melted. Didn't see the server again till she dropped off a katchup bottle. Very shocked because this usually isn't the experience here. A family of four sat down at the same time as us.ended up leaving, no one came to check on them. This was just awful.

I was interested in trying this place but decided not to after hearing how they bullied a tiny resraurant over their name.

Been here a few times food is always great & servers are friendly. Kate was such a kind & attentive server, super friendly & made this nights experience better than the average!

Place has improved over time. The food is good for the price point and the beer is cheap. Not 5 star dining but not bad
