Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

They added a 3% mandatory fee to my bill. I've never seen a restaurant do this unless it's for tipping. This goes to management and is nothing more than a cash grab. If you want to make more profit then simply raise your prices, don't surprise your customers by hitting them with an additional fee when they pay their bill. Felt unethical and left me a bit irritated. Won't go back.

Food was good, however I would have enjoyed a salad as a side option inside of fries or potatoes. The dipping sauce for sweet potato fries is different than most restaurants.

The service was good and we had a nice experience.

I attended Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill with a group and they were most accomadating. The waitresses there were friendly, engaging and the service commendable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for great meal out.

Chuck's is fabulous. If you haven't discovered it yet, do it!

Went for dinner with a friend to chat and catch up. The server Megan was amazing very friendly. Kitchen staff came out with food and had me cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked as ordered very impressed. The food was hot and delicious. We were not rushed and enjoyed the atmosphere.

My gf and I had a great steak dinner last night. Melissa was our server and she went above and beyond with the service and our needs. The meal was perfect (as usual) and will return soon.

Overall experience was decent.

Staff could be a bit more organized when seating people. It was a busy night, but they should take the time to seat people who have specific needs.

Food was good. Got the wings and ribs, couldn’t complain.

Went to have a Birthday dinner and the waitress forgot us and served other people that came in after we had been seated and received our drinks. When she finally came over she did apologize for forgetting us. She didn't charge for the drinks we offered to pay. She said she totally forgot us, I said, we totally won't be back.

I did not like the times of which I assume was the manager that day. Very confrontational! For no reason - just walked in to asked if they had take out. Was not impressed by the food either. It looked worse than slop from a pigs pen!

Sat at a booth. Took awhile for the server to come to take our drink order. Got our drinks that was good. Another couple came after us, our server walked pass us and started taking their order, drink and food order. She walked passed us again for the third time, just ignoring us. Finally after 15 mins came over and asked if we were ready to order. We just wanted to pay for our drinks we said and she said that she totally forgot about us 3 times. I would not come back to this restaurant! Bad service, not friendly! This was on Victoria St. In whitby

Finally! A restaurant that is family affordable with great tasting food and friendly staff and friendly atmosphere. Great family-friendly restaurant.

The food was incredible, service was amazing.server was very sweet and polite.restaurant was very pretty as well.

Love the value of a great burger or steak at Chucks, First time visiting this South Whitby location. Service was great and food was awesome, we treated ourselves with Chucks famous lemon cream pie. Always a great meal at great prices at Chucks.

This last experience was not what I expected. The hot water in the women's washroom was scolding, when I mentioned it all I got from the manager was "I'm sorry", it didn't seem to matter that I had a mild burn on both of my hands. Why not say, "I wasn't aware that the water was that hot, I will check into this. Would you like some ice to help ease the pain. " Our previous experiences have been good, like this part of the review from a past visit. Once again, had a wonderful meal at Chuck's. Have only been to this location 4 times, but our server welcomed is back as she recognized us. It was a wonderful time and the food was great. Loved the ribs and the steak.

You won't get a better rack of ribs anywhere. Fall of the bone good.
$15 on Wed nights.
Half the price of Rib Fest offerings and much more tender.

It is always good food at the Chuck's Roadhouse. The prices are also very reasonable.

Our food was really good. Our server Melissa was amazing! She handled our large group of lacrosse players and families very efficiently!

The Strawberry Pecan Salad with chicken was delicious. The coffee was awful.it tasted bitter and burnt. Service was good. Prices were reasonable.

I had a birthday party. The steak is delicious. I had the filet mignon and it was delicious.good value too

Delicious food and good drinks, even better with half priced appetizers after a day of work
