Food was good. Service was a little slow but they were extremely busy. Would definitely eat here again!

Am a regular here have not been happy with the food. Order the something and out of the 10 times I have ordered lately only have I been able to eat it once.other times it has been burnt.im surprised it was even served to a guest.

Better than Casey's, but when the staff smell so bad of cigarette smoke that it ruins your lunch, there's an opportunity for coaching.

The food was amazing (Wednesday Rib and Wings deal), the staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of.never was there a moment of, "sure wish I could get another drink. " The restaurant was clean and not too loud to have a conversation with the rest of the group.

Excellent drinks and desserts and burgers. The chicken fingers were two different brands? The cheaper brand was disgusting. Uneatable and I am not picky. The fish and chips.the fish is a few millimeters thick and very hard and dry. ALSO, you are charged an "Honest To Goodness Tax" for supposedly good food at cheap prices. Seriously There was nothing done about serving me two types of chicken fingers. There is no quality control in the place.
Also, the bathroom had one working toilet with a mess of toilet paper all over the floor. I understand that there is a shortage of staff but there were three waiters, and a bartender. It was 3pm. Someone could have checked the washroom.
We will not go back.

This was our first visit to Huntsville and we had a great dining experience at Chuck's Roadhouse. Our server, Peter, was very personable and respectful always making sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us great recommendations to some must see sites in Huntsville! Peter was friendly and a perfect example of great customer service! The food was very good and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back thanks to Peter!

First time visiting any Chucks, very prompt service.

Chain restaurants with lower price points usually fall flat in the food quality department, not Chucks, was above average, not awesome but good.

Prompt service from the bar, clean place, good atmosphere, good value.

We went to Chuck's Roadhouse, we had our dog so we went to the patio seating. And Even though it was raining a bit our server Bonnie served us in the rain. She was an excellent waiter and the food was amazing.

We got the Bacon cheeseburger, Bruschetta flatbread and the Chicken fingers (Chucks Fingers). The chicken fingers were excellent and very well made. The cheese burger was perfect and the bruschetta was gone in less than 5 minutes.

Truly an amazing experience. Worth the price.

Food and service were good. Men's bathroom was in rough shape. There was a pair of underwear sitting on the back of the toilet, toilet paper all over the floor, and the latch to lock the stall door was totally missing. Had to stand guard while my son went to the bathroom.

Sign said they closed at midnight. We showed up at 1045 hoping for a quick bite. Was told they were "shutting down" quote abruptly. Bar was full of people.either the hours changed without notice or they didn't want to serve my wife and I for whatever reason. So we won't be back.

My wife and I visited Chuck's of Huntsville tonight. First off - our server was very good. The rest, not so much. Time after time, over the 1.45 hours we spent there, I watched the employees leave the kitchen to the back of the restaurant out of frustration or whatever. It was constant. As many as 6 staff were out there leaving minimal staff to maintain service in the restaurant. Our server apologized several times about how the kitchen staff was frustrated and swamped, and even wondered if he would have to cook. The manager or owner needs to get their kitchen in order. Our food was okay-not great. Fries were warm (ish). The steak was okay, but had a lot of gristle. Some dude was the loudest, most drunk person there and was served even though he should have been cut off. Sorry, Chucks of Huntsville.you missed the mark tonight.

1 star ecauae I can't go any lower. I ordered online, came a few minutes before the time in my confirmation email stated too still had to wait a half hour after the time indicated in the email and still didn't have my food. Ridiculous 4 employees under 20 guests and they can't do an online order in a timely manner. Pathetic at best.

I have had the absolute pleasure of visiting Chuck's in Huntsville 3 separate times in
the past few months. November during remembrance day, Family day weekend and now this past May 24. The staff, is knowledgeable, energetic and very personable. Curtis and Carter serve the drinks promptly and with perfect mixology. The menu offers many different options and offered at exceptional prices. My last visit, I was entertained by live, local talent which kept the tables full and the dance floor hopping. I can't wait for my next visit to this beautiful little piece of Heaven. Everything about this Roadhouse is inviting️
****Also worth a mention, I was Highly impressed with the owner of the establishment on Saturday night. He was hands on, clearing tables, delivering apps and entrees, making sure customers were happy and taken care of. This certainly makes one want to come back for more great food and relaxed atmosphere. Ty

Waitresses are Beautiful! Food is very well priced and great quality. Beer is cheap! What more can you ask? Highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for a great spot to eat with family and friends!

Ordered the ribs and chicken combo and steak. Ribs were tough and overcooked and the chicken leg and thigh was tough and not flavourful at all. The steak and gravy on the other hand was good. The server also did not come back to check on us or ask how the food was going. Not the type of service or food I’m used to at Chuck’s.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the price can't be beat! I wish we had one where I live!

Save your money! The place is very dirty right from the second you walk In. The first table they put us at had crumbs on the seats and ketchup smeared on the table. We moved to a different table ourselves and there were still crumbs and dust all over everything. We let the waitress know why we moved and she apologized but we noticed that she still didn’t clean the table the whole time we were there. We ordered chicken wings, tenders and onion rings and they were out of onion rings. The wings and tenders were mediocre at best, I also order the chicken club which was pretty good. The Caesar salad is gross. The cutlery was also dusty and dirty. Huge disappointment not worth what we spent

If you're in he mood for generic food with large containers that give you a false impression of filling then this is your spot. Nothing really good or bad about the place, just a lot of meh

Poor service not attentive to those on patio constantly needed to call server didn't actually come back to check up on table the 5 out of 10 of us got lobster and steak and lobster was really fishy smelling when informed sorry with a bit of attitude was all we got. Never again with this place

Quality cooking with affordable menu. Chuck's roadhouse is a local favorite in Huntsville for good reason: quality selection, affordable menu and good service. It's simple decor has a homey feel to it without being cluttered. This simplicity does little to contain the volume of the place, which is a testament to how popular it is all year.

Ordering takeout was a mistake. Food was cold, and looked like we were given the leftovers from someone else's cancelled order.

This is a nicely decorated restaurant at highway 11 as it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in the area especially when restaurants in the Algonquin area are closed.
Service is efficient and friendly. Price is reasonable and they offer special promotions of drinks on different days. Food is nicely cooked and yummy. I recommend this restaurant.

We treated our daughter and son-in-law for dinner at Chuck's for their anniversary. We all had steak and baked potato! It was delicious! Our reservation was at 4: 00 p.m. And we were on our way home at 5: 00 p.m. Nothing wrong with that service! We will definitely go back again.

The steaks are always great at Chuck's.you can't beat a $25 Porterhouse. To to mention the ice cold schooners at a great price

We are very disappointed that Chuck's has eliminated the all-you-can-eat salad. Our server was excellent she was very efficient and quite friendly the food quality was average the taste of the meat was good we had the T-bone steak but the quality of the cut of the meat was not that great the service fee of 3% is still there which is a little disappointing but this is a reality in post covid times unfortunately I don't think we'll be going back to Chuck's again due to the changes they have made at the corporate level.

Such a nice cozy place for a drink with some good food. Food prices are highly cheap compared to Toronto. Ample parking spaces. Hosts there are nice as well.

The best steak I've had in a long time. Kudos to the chef. Great service. Definitely will go back.

A nice casual dining restaurant. Steaks are pretty good for the price. They have also partitioned off the dining areas for added protection if you are concerned about covid.

Was very disappointed with the service we got at this restaurant. Usually chucks is very good but I won't be returning to this location. Service was very slow, they were out of multiple items on the menu, and when we did finally get our food after 45 mins it was burnt.

4 of us went yesterday for dinner. The service was slow. Our server was friendly. They brought our calamari appetizer with no side plates or cutlery. Had to wait almost 10 min to get side plates. Then they brought out 2 of our meals and the steak didn’t come out until 10 minutes later. The fries were cold and soggy. We told our waitress and she brought out a hot batch of fries. The steak had no seasoning. Asked for salt and pepper. The onion rings were stuck together. The Caesar salad had the end pieces of the romaine lettuce. Our water cups were not refilled. The place was busy, they need more staff for sure.

Food was mediocre, but the wait for it to come to the table was excessive. The women’s restroom had a trickle of water from each faucet - making extremely difficult to clean your hands. 2 of 3 meals were incorrect (but were fixed) and the bill was messed up. Food was warm but definitely not hot. There was no host and we had to flag the bartender down to get seated on the (vacant) patio. They seemed understaffed but that wouldn’t explain all of the issues.

Service OK. 3 tries for nochos with chicken.no tomatoes then billed us for 2 nochos even though we only ordered 1.

I got great table service with our server. She was attentive, kind, and responsive.

Was excited to see a Chuck’s in Huntsville while stopping to stay in town for an evening. Partner and I frequent Chuck’s often in our hometown and we’re looking forward to an easy food option that’s open later in the evening. I didn’t check reviews and wish I did. Food was poor at best. The chicken club sandwich had half a jar of mayo on it which ultimately caused the sandwich to fall apart upon picking up. Server was kind but often forgot about us, (drink refills, side plates, cutlery and condiments.)

Lovely place for some cheap beer but do not recommend the food what so ever.

Chuck's was getting 4 stars until I went to the washroom. I dont know how many seats are in the dining room but there is only one toilet in the men's washroom. The door was falling off and the residential toilet looked like it wanted to overflow. That out of the way. The food was really good. Nice tender steak cooked to a perfect medium rare. The lobster was a good size and tasty. The prices are great! 20 bucks for steak and lobster. I expected a lot less than what I got. Change the washrooms and this place would be a keeper.

Loved their service and quality of food. It was a fun filled family lunch. The owner lady offered the coffee on the house.

The place is ok. Great atmosphere, good prices, ok food, kinda small portions, but they make that up with good customer service. My big issue with the place is the wait. I have been there on many occasions where food takes an hour or longer to get to you.

Great prices and the younger staff are fantastic. The food is delicious but is often A 40 minute wait. The older waitress are terrible. They don't listen to orders and are rude.
- update went on the 16th and had a 55 minute wait. Waited 15 minutes just for them to ask what we wanted to drink. Was brought rhe drink didn't heat a peep from them until they brought us our food. No explainations. Then another 10 minutes if we wanted refills.

Our waitress was very rude, talking bad about us to other waitresses and waiters. Was complaining about us this whole time.very disappointed with the last few visits we've had to Chuck's

We enjoyed our time. Server was excellent. Meal was a bit slow but it was very busy. Great atmosphere, plenty of parking, food delicious, washrooms clean.

We are regular customers at this Chuck's location and tonight I was very impressed with manager Stefan! We've never had any issues with the food always being above and beyond our expectations! The price is right and we will continue to visit! Thank you

Stephan was a terrific host. Although he had a hockey team come in to eat right before us, he came over to our table to greet us and ensure everything was taken care of. The food was great, and I'm sure Stephan will do an amazing job with the restaurant. We will definitely come back again when we are in the area.

Chucks is really good. They have great food for great prices; 5ish dollar burger deal. The only thing, is recently they took down their centre wall - blocking off the bar and restaurant - so it is extremely loud! You need to yell at the person next to you in order to have a conversation; kind of annoying. But other than that, they have always had great food and friendly servers!

The decor has been updated but the washrooms have not been repaired. One stall out of order, towel dispenser not working and holes in the countertop where soap dispenser used to be. New signage put up with marks left behind where the old signs were left

I used to come to this restaurant every weekend. Since the new Owners the portions seem smaller and the music is louder. I personally would recommend the mushroom melt burger to all my friends, but they now have removed it from the menu. Seems like when ever something is good.someone comes along and changes it, just to make a little more money. Is it really worth it if you loose regular customers?

2 adults and 2 teens enjoyed a great dinner without breaking the bank. The porterhouse steak was amazing. We all enjoyed our meals, our server was very friendly and on the ball. Will definitely be back.

UPDATE: Two years later and I still haven't returned and still haven't received the gift card they promised as a chance to give them another try!

Wow, now that wasn't what I expected!

I have visited Chuck's Roadhouse several times in the past. This time we were greeted by a pleasant hostess who seated us quickly. Our waitress, Nikki B, was very matter of fact, mechanical and not at all friendly in taking our order, she eventually brought our drinks but didn't return to bring our order.

The young man who did dropped off our order seemed more interested in chatting with his friends at the other table than making sure everything was ok or not, as it was the latter in this case. We had to bring it to his attention, after he just walked away, that we had no utensils or napkins.

Nikki never returned to offered to refill our drinks, many of my wings were broken as if they were tortured to death. She did ask how it was once, we replied unenthusiastically, "ok I guess!? ! " and she kept walking.

She followed up our visit with an enthusiastic, "coffee, tea or dessert? " comment, we had heard her ask every other table around us, in only the way she could, that made you just want to escape as quickly as you could.

When I finally saw my freedom from this terrible experience approaching and could pay my bill to earn my freedom from this nightmare, I was told "You've made a mistake! " and her finger pointing to my selected tip amount.

My reply "no, that's correct" had her stomping off one last time and I was finally free to leave this nightmare of an experience. I really can't fathom that she actually expected a bigger tip after the ordeal we were put through!? !

We would have ordered more drinks if we were ever asked and usually stay for dessert and coffee, but not this time. Maybe never again, I don't know, I don't have to usually leave a poor review ever, as I usually find the service in Huntsville and Muskoka to be most pleasant.

Maybe Nikki would be better suited for torturing those poor chickens and not your guests. I won't even touch on the "honest fee" on the bill I have attached. Shame on you Chuck's Roadhouse and Nikki. I got much better service from Crabby Joes when they were here at least they were honest about their service and never charged you extra for it. Such a shame.

The Huntsville location is by far much better than the Bracebridge location. And even then the Huntsville location can be hit-or-miss but generally the food is good and service is good as well.

Since the new renovations the restaurant is uncomfortably LOUD, couldn't hear the waitress and it's very difficult to have a conversation. We used to come every week with friends. Not sure that we will be able to continue. Such a shame. Noise pollution in restaurants is now all too common and totally unnecessary. Need to fix it.

We were there on sunday and everything was excellent. A miserable patron and his wife thought our service dog was unacceptable to be allowed. They complained to our server (Darlene) who handled it I'm my opinion the best anyone could. She came back and apologized to us which she did not need to do. We will return and will tell all our friends. We sure felt welcome Darlene gets 6 stars * * * * * *

Great place, very friendly staff. The steak was excellent and the price very low for the quantity and quality of the meal. People clearly enjoy it as the place was packed and so vibrant. Well done, will definitely come back.
