Churchill Glen Dental

Last Thursday, I visited Churchill Glen dental clinic as I was having a severe toothache. Ms. Millet at reception was very sweet and friendly lady. She was the lady who arranged my urgent booking. The technical staff was very cooperative and very professional from the moment you walked in and throughout your appointment. I was sent to Dr. Jie Dai. It was my first meeting with him and a very good experience. He immediately puts you at ease with his calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of his examination was the time he took to show me my problem areas on my x-rays and explained me what problem I am having and what will be his way of treatment. He also advised me how to care for my teeth better. I never felt rushed. He and his assistant have a special way of making patient’s visit comfortable and stress-free. Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient. The charges are reasonable. I will highly recommend this clinic.

The staff is very unfriendly and try to send you back if they think you may not come back even if there is an emergency and they have no one waiting. She was finding a time for me to come but when I told her that it is my first time and I normally see another doctor who is not available as it was Sunday, she suddenly said that they are super busy and they don’t have any time. Really bad experience.

I always have a great experience coming here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this establishment!

Great staff and Great Dentists!

Just got a tooth pulled and no pain at all. Was in and out!:) I was super shocked at how easy this was.

I am a new patient with Dr. Chan. I am so very happy I found her. She is always pleasant and very gentle. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

I had a very good experience with Chen she is reliable and knowlegable as well.
The floor and location is very clean.

Dr Cynthia Chan is the best dentist I have ever had. She explains things very well and is thorough in her exam. Staff at Churchill Glen are also very friendly.
When I first moved away from Ontario, I still flew back just to see her. Now that I am permanently settled on the west coast, I am very sad to lose her as my dentist. If I ever move back to Toronto, I will go back to Dr Chan in a heartbeat.

This place was so bad. I heard an employee talk bad about another employee. Fire the managers.

Came from our of town and went to see Dr. Chen for an urgent visit. The clinic accomodated me right away. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. The whole staff was very welcoming and kind. Would definitely ask her to be my primary dentist if I lived in the area!
