This is the most disgusting clinics I have ever been to, there is almost an hour wait before seeing the doctor, the female doctor with glasses is very unprofessional, she only saw me less than a minute and she was walking out of the room, she got impatient and upset on my questions, she is rude as well as the cold attitude receptionists. This is my first time to see doctors in the clinic, I will never go back again and I will tell all my relatives and friends to avoid this clinic. That is why this clinic is quite due to very limited visits! Very very bad, deserves no star.

It is actually the most useless place in all of planet earth. Doctors are pretty good tho.

Not sure the receptionists actually do anything. Tried calling 12 times over 2 days, not a single call was answered. I feel like toddlers would do a better job running this practice. It's too bad because some of the doctors are decent.

Such a bad place. Hate that im a patient here and actively looking to switch clinics. They will never answer the phone. And even if you have an appointment expect a 1 hour wait time. This place should be shut down since they can’t even operate properly.

This clinic is probably shutdown, their phone number is not working. No one answers. Let’s marked it as permanently closed.

Dr's are good but the reception never answer phone been trying for three days every half hr no response now I'm running out of my medication guess I'll have to go in to make an appointment for a phone back. Not the way it's supposed to work.very disappointing.

Dr Samira is good, she’s been my doctor for long time now, NO complain about the dr. My BIGGEST COMPLAIN is about the front desk. THEY NEVER a answer the phone.

Been a patient of Dr. Mona and Dr. Mynt for 10+ years now, I waited 15 mins for the incompetent receptionist to come back to her desk because she was talking on the phone or laughing on the phone with her friend while four other patients behind me were waiting to be just checked in (she thinks no one can understand Arabic but her) after a horrible experience i booked an appointment. Left the clinic and when I got home I had one question to ask. I called 17 times and they never answered. Only two receptionists who are good and unfortunately they were not working when I came in there today (white lady and the Egyptian lady that were not working today)

Terrible and irresponsible the receptionist never answer the phone even when you have an appointment and they don’t call you for your phone appointments and if they do it’s 4-6 hours after the time discussed, I don’t understand how you can treat patients like this and allow a phone to ring more than 30 times without answering, what are they getting paid to do?

If you are OK with world worst receptionists, this is the clinic for you. They will change the appointment date and time without notice. It happened to me more than twice. You thought you would be on schedule waiting for doctor call and finally you would figure out your appointment was changed without notice. I am pretty sure if give them gifts, they will nice on you and jump the waiting time. Good luck.

The worst receptionist in the world they should fire her feww months back i was in extreme pain i called the clinic over 100 times she didnt puck up i went right away open the door she got mad saying you have to call to make a oppoinment i told her i called over 100 times 10 min ago no one picked up now she is getting mad arab doctors wants receptionist from their own country which shoudnt be allowed thanks

Don’t pick up the phone, been calling since two days. I had called and asked for a consultation with a doctor on wed and I waited whole day and nothing. How can you forget about a patient like that.

I moved from this clinic because of reception employee, I think her name Merry, Arabic.she was rude and was make me late to meet Doctors

In the face of continuous Liberal and PC government cuts, your clinic has always strived to provide excellent medical services to Churchill Medical Patients. Wait times are not the Doctors' and receptionists' fault. Write your PM about your concerns and demand better funding of our healthcare services. This action is far more positive and healthy than trashing hard working and caring healthcare professionals and workers.

Uptil now only Doctor i like is Dr. Sameera Girgis, but the wait time is too long, even the receptionist are very rude and doesbt bother if ur kid is serious.in between its not that much serious to go for hospital emergency, never attends the call n always talking to each other.

I gave this place 5 stars because Dr Samira is awesome!

However the wait times are beyond madness!
2.5 - 3 hr wait. The whole operation here is very slow and moves at a snails pace. Doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency here.

The wait is gruesome, people walking in and getting to see doctors and no one even lets you know what your 2hours wait is about. I’ve seen better doctors in shorter wait times. Definitely my last time there!

This place is a joke. Dr. Guirgis is of no help and she will meet with you for 2 minutes at most. Was told nothing and helped in no way other than a prescription given when I explained what was going on. The pharmacist did a better job at answering my questions and guiding me. Horrible!

Wonderful staff and accommodating. The doctors are there to listen and help you when you need something. I’ve gotten great assessment done and gotten what I needed.

Really bad service and is so true that there is no respect for patient's waiting time. Even the receptionist have zero knowledge how to organize patients. The doctors are good but when they meet their own arab country patients they forget all other patients for about 2 hours. Terrible.

Doctors I've dealt with in the office are great and professional. The Receptionists on the other hand need to go sad to see office being ruined by bad first encounters.

Truly appalled by some of the reviews. Patients waiting are truly impatient, always bothering receptionists when their turn is up. For those that are waiting, sit down, be patient and you will be attended to by very good and professional doctors.

This is the worst walk in clinic. Receptionists are rude. Patient ordering is non existent they don’t seem to know how to organize waiting patients. I was the only one waiting when I walked in yet I waited well over an hour to be seen as others seemed to walk in and be bumped up ahead of me even though they made a point of staying they were not taking any appointments. I believe the only reason they are open is they are the closest clinic in the area. I won’t come here again.

Really rude staff that doesn’t care for the time of the patients. Doctors will arrive at the clinic an hour or more late to scheduled times. Receptionists literally do not care and take far longer than required. They have personal conversations while leaving multiple patients waiting to simply be put into the queue. Also their patient ordering is nonexistent. They will tell you that you are next up and you will still have to wait for over an hour while the doctor you are there to see attends to patients that came in far after yourself. I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest clinic to my residence and even with that being the case I feel this place is still not worth coming to.

NEVER MET SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; VERY RUDE RECEPTIONISTS. 2 absolutely rude and arrogant receptionists that I don't understand how they still have their jobs.

The other 2 receptionists ZAHRA and CARLENE are very good, really helpful, attentive, sweet and patient. They know how to treat their customers EFFICIENTLY and with a FRIENDLY MANNER.

Bad service.she didn’t take my blood pressure and i am over 50 years old.
She stayed less than 5 min with me.
