Great place and they just did the renovations. The manager there is very kind and friendly. Food is really good. Maxicana sandwich is must… Do visit and enjoy….
I have been craving some good fried chicken for a long while now. Every time I have tried to feed that craving I have been disappointed. But then I found Church's. Tender and juicy plus crispy as hell. It is dangerously good!
Chicken was good. Also tasted the Mexican sandwich, it was good. Service was a bit slow, but they had a lot of delivery orders and also apologized in case we didn't like to wait.
Love the buns? Delicious! My guy hadn’t tried them even though he had eaten here many times over the years. He finally tried one and now if I don’t eat mine quickly he will. No more saving half my bun for later. Love the chicken too. My fav are the strips. Ooh the fries too. I love crinkle cut.
I'm shocked by how good the chicken is at Church's. I've lived in the vicinity of this location for almost a year and never thought to try it out. I still can't believe how good it is for a fast food chain. The Mexican chicken sandwich was amazing. I don't typically eat fast food at all but wow. If you have late night cravings you should come here
Honestly, it was okay. The service was slow, but I'm very patient so that didn't bother me too much. However, the over all smell of the restaurant did.it smelt very moldy and musty, and there were quite a few fly's. The food was alright, nothing amazing, but not bad.
This is the best location in the GTA for deep fried chicken combos. Very convenient hours combined with generous portions and low prices. This location, dufferin and st. Clair, is much better than the Brampton location, though harder to access. If your like me and live on the west side TO than go here. Well worth the drive/uber
I find it hit or miss. Sometimes it's the best fried chicken I've ever had, other times its greasy and the coleslaw seems like it's bad. Friendly staff though
Pretty darn good chicken. This was the first time I visited Church's. The wait staff was very friendly and polite which made the overall experience very good. I ordered the 3 piece meal with a side of jalapeno poppers which were nice, spicy and tasty. I waited a while, but was not in rush and everything came out fresh with the exception of the honey biscuit. I found the taste, quality, the amount of actual chicken and the skin far better than Popeye's. It was also a lot less greasy. I will return to this location again when I feel like a fast food treat. They even packed up what I couldn't eat and refilled my fountain pop with a smile.
Good chicken sandwich combo special with crinkle cut fries and a soft drink for under $9 taxes included. Want mashed potatoes instead, that's an option. Nice interior with seating along the windows overlooking St. Clair. They also have a few booths too. Overall a very good experience.
St Clair and Dufferin location I've passed this location many times and always wanted to check it out so I brought my husband and toddler to dine in. Our food was still not ready after 30 minutes. Their excuse was online orders and the cashier was extremely rude making confrontational gestures. The staff were swearing in Punjabi not realising that I understand what they were saying. I was called a sala kuti and from there I asked for a refund and walked out. I will not return here to eat and will never recommend this location in the least. Never had the chance to try the food to say anything against it. It's very unfortunate what happened.
Veery slow and unprofessional service. The daily special, 5 wings, took over 10 minutes to make. Meanwhile the staff spent inordinate amounts of time blabbing and giggling in Punjabi instead of making the food.avoid. When I was showing obvious displeasure with the wait time big guy in turban looked confused and then got around to putting in the order almost 10 minutes later! 0 other customers because when ppl tried to get the workers attention they acted as if their gossip was more important. I witnessed 3 walkouts in 10 minutes.
