Fantastic place for snacking. I love the honey butter biscuits here. Staff Divya’s ambience has been noteworthy.

The only churches Chicken I go to, the staff is always very generous and understanding and has always given me extras when I order just because, 10/10

Everything is good staff is cooperative but management need to give focus on temperature of store which is too high as compare to outside it's difficult to do dine-in in store in this much heat.even AC is not working.

Great staff and great food. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my friend got trapped in thr washroom. She's not the sharpest tool in the shead but would be nice for them to put up warning signs for stupid people. Would 100% come here again.

Good place to chill and grab some bites. Tried their signature spicy fried chicken meal, was okay. It was not 'spicy' though. The shop was almost empty but clean and spacious. The girls at the register (both are Indian) were okay, a little ignorant I would say. We would expect a more friendlier tone and helpful with customers.

Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. The owner of the location actually works there which always helps the all around quality of everything they do! Also they have good cuts of chicken! Especially when you're friendly to them and get it fresh.

I didn't like the chicken, of all the chicken chains, this has the least flavor chicken.kinda bland and tasteless except for a bit of spice. The chicken had a weird consistency when i bit into it.

Worst customer service. Some of the staffs doesn’t know how to behave with the customers. We are paying for the food and service, not getting it for free!

Today August 02 2022 went to the place to Eat…Chicken tender was very tasteless no freshness…when complaint the front staff was very Rude and very bad attitude…don’t no how to deal with the customers. Never go to Eat again to this place…

Shabaz was very helpful and provided very fast, professional services. He was also handling a difficult customer as I was waiting for my food and noticed he was being very professional in that situation as well. 5 star guy should get a raise

Ordered around 10: 30 pm at Doordash on Friday, July 8. The chicken we received was unseasoned, bland, smells terrible and taste weird too, not even a small amount of salt was added to it. The poutine was very salty tho, and they forgot to put my side order. Very disappointed as it's expensive to order on food delivery apps and we couldn't even eat the food we got.

Worst location ever. Staff is so uncooperative. I was there in night to place order. The girl in front taking order for me arsonist 11: 30 was so rude and she was speaking Punjabi to everyone. She should be speaking English. She was small in height and a bit fair in complexion with name starting with Never seen such a staff who is representing your location.

Church’s Chicken is our go to place whenever we feel like munching. We were lucky to have visited today. There was a buy one get one offer going on combos. Divya informed us about that, thanks to her we even saved on a few bucks!

One of my favourite place for fried chicken. They are halal. Chicken are always fresh. Friendly staff specially DIVYA very helpful and very friendly. They are open till late. Price are reasonable. Highly Recommended.

Seriously the best fried chicken I've had in a in a while. Don't even bother going to Popeyes or KFC. Even the trendy fried chicken places in TO can't beat Churchs.

Everything is super fresh and you definitely won't get sick. The employees are really great too, but stop forgetting my coleslaw lol!

I gave 5 star till last order from them. When I am dine in from this place they make the best. But when ordering through Doordash, its disappointing. The chicken is kinda dry and the spicy chicken is not that spicy and its kinda salty at some portions. Dont know the reason.but this time i am disappointed. Lets see how the next time is going.

One of the worst service I have received. The server is singing so loudly don’t even acknowledge or say bye. I email the company and asked them to view the camera with real time. I haven’t got any response. Never visit again.

I visited there in the evening.i saw they had hard time because of the rush. But they are very frequent in the work. The chicken was freshy and juicy. Excellent customer service

I'm sure the idea of the Mexicana sandwich was a good one, but unfortunately, the real thing falls short of the vision - at least at this location.

The chicken itself is moist, tender and flavorful and a nice sized piece. The tomato, nacho chips and sauce are also good.

However the lettuce, being shredded, falls out all over the place, and the pieces of diced red onion are hard and just a nuisance in your mouth. This being my second try, I asked for the sandwich without them.

The cheese is an unmelted slice just like right out of your own refrigerator, and when you pick up the sandwich, you feel that the bun is actually cold to the touch (like it ALSO is right out of your refrigerator) and appears to have been flattened or squished. Having been sat on comes to mind.

I ordered onion rings as part of the combo. They were far from crispy. In fact, they were soggy and stuck together, and the coating came off when you tried to separate them. Oh, and they don't have any vinegar!

And I don't understand how you can serve food to customers and allow them to dine in, yet keep the washrooms closed.

And what's with the sign on the fountain drink dispenenser offering a free order of fries IF you give them a high rating on the link they provide? Anywhere else, you get a free item just by filling out a survey at the link on your receipt - no high rating required!

Suggest you check your order BEFORE leaving the counter. Ordered a 3pc spicy tenders combo and upsized the fries ($12.40 total).
One of the tenders was concave (like a clam shell) and was all coating with no chicken, and was no bigger than a hot sauce packet.
They gave me 3 fresh, appropriately sized tenders, but original instead of spicy as I ordered in the first place.

I only tried the fire sandwich and it’s got a really good kick to it! Definitely recommend trying if you’re looking for something spicy.

I want to try the jalapeño bombers next time and the regular chicken!

Amazing food! Their honey biscuits are my favourite. They are way better than Popeyes and KFC in my opinion. Highly recommended!:)

I love the food from this place but the service is not satisfactory. Employees are not well trained and lack of professional attitude. Again, Several times they didn’t provided any napkins and cutlery. Moreover when I asked for napkins and cutlery their attitude wasn’t pleasant.

The service personnel are so inexperienced. You literally have to ask for everything. A plate please, a tissue paper please, a spoon please! It’s like a test of your patience!

This is the best place if you are craving for fried chicken, sandwiches or wraps. Chicken is always well cooked and is not greasy. Lots of good options in menu, tenders, everyone's favourite honey butter biscuits and their new item Churros is a must try. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Really good chicken. Super crispy chicken pieces and large slices within the actual sandwich. The jalapeno bombers are also super cheesy with a right amount of spiciness. They also have daily specials which you can take advantage of. Friendly staff at the counter as well. Highly recommended

The guy with the turban kept arguing regarding our order. Wanted us to take 15 tenders when we wanted 13. If there is ever a competition in the Olympics for arguing and lying then you have a champion in him.

I visited the restaurant at 02: 45 am and it’s 15 minute before closing. Their was 2 girls working and they both were extremely rude and said that we don’t serve after 2 am. Very bad experience at all

First time visit this place, I ordered sandwich and asked the girl with specs at front counter to explained but she behaved so rudely, even she was confused while explaining about sandwiches. She was not in the mood to help. She haven’t wear gloves when she prepared my order. I had to wait so long for my small order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never come back again.

Taste delicious, crunchier in each and every bite.due to covid-19 they have limited services for the dine in space.one can find a special deal each single day on there.i prefer the Tuesday deal with two piece dark chicken (drum and breast)
