Haseeb and Joseph here at this particular location gave me outstanding service. Both very courteous and attentive to my needs. They showed up on being human and understanding. There energy and professionalism are top quality.

Would definitely recommend coming here for there hospitality.

I love the chicken here always fresh and their buns are so good also people that work there are so nice!

Haseeb is a horrible host, he doesn’t know how to treat his employees while I was buying food this afternoon around 6: 30pm they were speaking and cursing their fellow employee in their language while she didn’t understand anything. They were loud enough to cause a scene in restaurant. The server apologized on his behalf and offered me a drink as well since the food wasn’t ready. Feel free to check camera because after a while of the heated punjabi conversation he told his fellow made they’re seeing us on camera get back to work. Horrible. Don’t eat here.

The most ridiculous location lol… I’m not exaggerating when I say 8 out of 10 times my order (from uber eats) is wrong! They always send a sandwich instead of a wrap, never read my no onions comment and have 5-6 times also sent the wrong side order. I genuinely don’t know how this is possible. Food is decent in the rare event they actually send the right order. Avoid

I am regularly ordered 4pc chicken combo which is best for me but last week I change my order to KFC because of portion previous order I was not 100% satisfied. But I found I was in mistake when I order from KFC same 4 pc chicken combo, not good cooked, soggy, wet no crisp and portion is also not good.that day I miss my lunch, waste my time and money. But I again return to CHRUCH chicken today and my order was perfect, food is good we'll cooked crisp, warm and portion was perfect. I want to thank the staff and manager for ther customer service and for ther perfect job.

Orders are always ready on time here compared to other locations. Their chicken is always fresh and tendered. Must try Jalapeno Bombers and Tender wrap.

I like it. It is the best fried chicken in Toronto. Hope everyone can taste the fried chicken

By far, the worst church chicken I've been to.
Order the new chicken fillet sandwich. Wanted the combo with the drink, and the worker didn't understand the price was 9.49+ tax kept charging me for both items separate. Tried to explain to him that the signs say $9.49 but still. Bread was stale, and chicken was cold. Never had any issues at other stores since it's a promo. Had the same sandwich at other locations much better.

Ajay amplified my experience to rockstar level! He not only made sure my order was hot, but he also made it tasty! Yum!

First time visited this place and my experience was very good. Totally satisfied. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Specially the girl Reet’s behaviour was very friendly with us. She helped us choosing the best dishes and had a good professionalism while handling everything in the store. I recommend this place to everyone. Very clean restaurant.price are reasonable.

What a service, I went there at 1 am in the store was too busy, only 2 boys were handling the store and they were so quick to attend and serve me. The gut Harkaran was so welcoming and patient.

The chicken tasted stale. The biscuits were amazing. And the wrap was okay. The chicken needs to be fresh or else it can ruin everything it goes into.

The manager ajay was great and helped me right away. His service was great and will definitely becoming back.

Love love love! Churches Chicken is the best! I’ll always say this but Churches chicken is better than popeyes and that’s the ultimate truth! Came here not to long ago and ordered. Wait was about 15mins which I don’t mind. Definitely worth it and I will always recommend this place to others because it’s that good! But I love the honey butter biscuits so much and also their coleslaw it’s the best

Me and my husband ordered chicken 5 tenders each last night. We got 4 tenders and 1 wing each, which is not what we ordered…the tenders were also raw and inedible. We had to throw it out. Too bad because we usually love church’s.

The night shift staff were so busy socializing with each other that they overcharged me and forgot key items of my order.

Nice but upgrade to di breast instead of the wing, because it's terrible and has no meat! Other than this, it is the fires are good, mash decent Onion rings, nope and they are salty too! Need to fix that! But the service is great.

Worst restaurant in Etobicoke because at night around 2 i went there and doors were locked but outside the sign shows open and thats not good

If your lettuce is browning don’t put it in our sandwiches/burgers. It makes the food taste rancid.

There spicy chicken & honey biscuits ARE THE BEST! Four stars because our jalapeño poppers had no filling and they mixed up the boxes with spicy and regular chicken, and their food is poorly packed but overall tasty

There location closes at 2am but on goggle it says 5 am and I called them and they said they were open I walked here to find them closed and there door says 24/7

I ordered a 4 piece and chicken sandwich. The sandwich was soggy and had no flavour and the 4 piece chicken was extremely dry and no seasoning to it. The meat also tasted rank, like it was old or something. Not good at all.
