Church's Texas Chicken

Me and my family has been obsessed with Church’s Texas chicken lately especially the honey butter biscuits. The employees are friendly and when we visit to eat inside, it’s always clean. The food are well cooked and fresh as always!

Drove from work to pick up my order placed by phone call. Got back and finally ate and on my second bite I realized the chicken was almost half raw.it was barely cooked. Picked up a different piece, same thing. Tried to call but it went straight to voice-mail.
I was really excited for the lunch so this was equally upsetting.

Asked for a 16 piece without legs, so they tried to charge me an extra $8 as it will mess up "their ratios". Never been charged anywhere else when ordering this extact order. No wonder it's never busy at this location! Probably wont be back, which is too bad, as it's our favourite fried chicken place.

I tried chicken burger and tenders taste good and there was one lady in evening very professional and welcoming lady really appreciate her effort towards customer she give my daughter free juice and fries recommended to all

I've had church's chicken 3 times with my gf and all three times it's made us feel terrible that evening or the next morning. I find their chicken delicious but my body doesn't agree.

Best fast food fried chicken around and definitely the top location. Delicious and always on point.

Loved the chicken, took the special 10 pc chicken, though the gravy wasn't the best it tasted like Magi soup

No hyperbole, I am blown away at how solid this fried chicken was. 4 piece combo which comes with a biscuit and I switched out the drink for fries. Paid under $15. Firstly, price for the portion is insane - great value. Secondly, it's Halal. Thirdly, quality was top-notch. Popeyes is a classic but VERY greasy. This wasn't the same. Fourthly, service was amazing. Lastly, everything tasted great. Coming back here for sure.

Lousy service for 4 burgers only it took 35 minutes staff was busy chatting with each other the guy at the back busy singing songs to the girls at the front cashiers No customer service at all never use oakville location again

Delicious chicken. Amazing customer service, everyone welcomes you with a smile. Definitely will come back

BE AWARE, the probability of missing item is 66.66%. 3 times of visits, 2 times had happened to missing food. First time fries was missing, didn’t brother to argue. This time I ordered 2 items burger and chicken, burger was missing. Tell me what’s next? Took me an extra 20 mins drove there to get my burger back. I asked them to make me a new burger (they made a new one but meat is cold) plus refund.
**Ask for refund if they keep making this mistake so that they can remember to double check when packing!

Wait time is horrible

Server said 20 mins for chicken ended up 35 mins wait for 12 piece of chicken

Got the 5 wings Sunday special and biscuits. The chicken wings are disgusting, almost like the oil the wings fried in was never changed ever. I had 1 bite I almost puked from the smell and stopped eating. Not sure if it was the chicken or the oil, but the smell is terrible, feels like I gonna get cancer just from the single bit I took.

The biscuits on the other hand are great.

It is a new place and the environment is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and most importantly the wait time is very short. I would recommend this place to people live around

Why are there 6 cameras inside? Did you buy a pack of 6 and wanted to make sure you used all of them?

That is my 2nd visit to this location within 1 week. My friend introduced me to Church's Chicken and to this location in particular.

The quality of the food is amazing; everything is made to order and very fresh. The chicken is really crunchy and you won't even feel it is fried as it is not oily nor greasy. The service is fantastic and everyone working there is very welcoming, smiling, and always striving to provide the top quality service.

10/10 on everything and I am looking forward to going back again very soon.

Thanks for serving frozen pre-bought food, that upset stomach is feeling absolutely terrific right now. Garbage restaurant.

Wonderful staff, as I had lunch here for the first time. I really enjoyed the freshness of the food, and was quite impressed by the size of the chicken pieces. The other chain - whom I will not mention - used to have good-sized pieces until they started using 6 week-old chickens. But here? Man, the chicken was the best I have had outside of home cooking, bar-none!
While the one unfortunate downside of our experience being the churro bites being flavorlessly drier than the ghosts of a thousand farts, the honeybutter biscuits, however? Fantastic to the very last honeykissed crumb of sticky goodness, to the point where we refunded our churro bites for more biscuits!
In short; I am glad to have finally tried Church's chicken after nearly two decades of hearing about its well-earned hype.

The food is halal, it is served hot and ready, the workers were easy to deal with and respectful.

Been there many times, food is good, love their biscuit. However, they need more training to their cashier. I ordered 5 piece wings with a bunch of other items. They lady knew they only have wings in a combo but somehow charged me 2.79 each wing as per chicken pc price. Then they couldn't process the order so someone told her to give me refund. She tried to do it back to my card and let me tap again but after a month it came out to be CHARGE not a refund! Too bad I don't keep my receipt and doubt they will refund me even with the receipt. Very bad experience so then I turned to Mary Brown for much better customer service/experience.

This church's has a bad breast piece I called in and was given a 20 minute wait time for a spicy breast piece to be prepared so I waited the 20 minutes and went in to pick up my order. When I got back to work and opened it up the "breast piece" was 65%rib and 35% breast after going back to switch my order I was told that this is the largest size breast piece available so I took off and went back to work and finished the piece so as to not waste food but I didn't enjoy it one bit.the service was a very slow and compared to other churches like the ones on Tomken Rd and the one on Hurontario St, this location cant even hold its own I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE when there are better options in the area even the Popeyes 5 mins away has better service and food

Disappointed as I enjoy church’s at other locations. The Tex supreme sandwich was not as good and the fries tasted stale and bland.
