Amazing customer service. Washroom was clean and fresh and the service was amazing. This was my first time trying church’s chicken. Thank you Harleen and Monika. You were right the chicken is amazing I will be back.

Worst experience.we ordered chicken and fries at the store around 12 am and the manager served the stale food. The manager was so unprofessional even he was not listening what i am ordering. Please try to improve your food quality and customer service

We ordered 2 ribs and 2 legs, chicken was very bad as it was so dry we were not able to chew it even a single piece the manager has packed the chicken i also work at church’s and i know about the food we bought at about 12: 20 and the chicken was so so so old even the manager should have taken some care when he was packing that. It was so hard to eat.
Even the cashier knew that we are their daily customers still theu gave us stale chicken.

Best chicken in town. They have the tastiest honey biscuits and onion rings I have tried in my entire life!

I would have given this zero stars if I could. I ordered 10 pieces of mixed chicken they gave me 8 legs! Plus 2 measly thighs. Money burnt up in smoke. The chicken, however was tasty as usual. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The poor service I had however left a long lasting bad taste in my mouth which prevented me from savouring the Golden delights.

I was the only person in this restaurant, still took them 20 mins to pop out 2 wraps and chicken pieces. The employees shouting and talking amongst themselves, like have all the fun you want just serve the customers on time.

Got the Mexican sandwich combo and the chicken was soggy and it wasn’t fresh at all. Not satisfied with their food.

Before I ordered I noticed the drink machine isn't working. And this lady asked me if I want a drink.bro u trying to scam me? So I said no. She was probably mad that I didn't get a drink so she decided to give me 3 chicken instead of 4.

Place is dirty. Infested with some sort of fly and the employee cutting onion bare hand and then doing other stuff.

It is a bad service at all.less than Zero star! Speaking their own language in front of the costumers! So rude. Waited for 20 minutes because they said 20 minutes for 8pieces chicken, 4 regular and 4 spicy.but at the end, they just give me 8 regular after 25 minutes waiting! So disappointing because they ask me to wait another 7-10 minutes for the 4 spicy chicken because they give spicy to the guy who’s just ordering? ! They said to me. ”the guy pay more than you pay” But my point is I’ve waited 25 minutes for spicy chicken right? ! This is not about money.it’s about the time I’ve waited and my time to come in this place! This is not so fair at all. I’m not coming back in this location or never again in this kind of chicken. Very rude unfair people who’s working in this location! So rude speaking their own language in front of you.very disappointed. Never go in this place or you will regret and also dine in tables are so disgusting! Very dirty place washroom smells so bad!

I called ahead and asked if the wings were on special and they said yes. When I got there they charged me the full price saying they couldn't give me the sale price. The oil smelled fishy and gross. The chicken is tasteless and the smell is off putting. Didn't end up eating it. Don't waste your money here.

One of the best place to have some fried chicken, the boy who took my order I think was the manager helped me to choose family meal and sides. Definitely will come back again to try some sandwiches too.

I went yesterday, there was big lineup before me. But the employee are fast And chicken is also fresh, crunchy and juicy. Overall, I am satisfied with service.

Food took way to long and it was disappointing. To add insult to injury, they put a processed cheese slice on my chicken burger. So gross.

Just Get my spicy tenders from this location and it really tastes so good, the chicken is so fresh and soft, the staff taking the order was so welcoming as well as there was one guy working at the back was so quick in his work.

This place is trash. Who ever owns this location has to be a shamed of themselves. Hire the most wutless workers. It’s dinner time and only one girl at the cash who take every order wrong. Man in the back on his phone not helping. Food is cold. Please tell me how there was this many people waiting and no one came out to help the poor girl by herself. Bloodclot shameful. Smdh…

The spicy chicken was way too oily. It looks like it was either fried too long or fried in oil that was not up to the right temperatue. The fries had some white cast on them. This is definitely not the quality I'm used to from the Keele & Sheppard Church's. Definitely disappointed and most likey will not be ordering from them again any time soon or at all.

The good was food AT ABOUT 5PM, the cashier a man who went to "wash his hands" ran his hands under the water did NOT USE SOAP! Very nasty! Are not training them properly or are the rebellious and nasty? He then went and served food with tong, THAT IS BESIDE THE POINT. Your staff need to be using soap.
