Church's Texas Chicken

Garbage customer service, poorly trained individuals with lack of any sense of hospitality. Food is overpriced and raw. Went in to complain and ask to speak to a manager, however the manager was also the security guard for the plaza working two simultaneously jobs. I don't reccomemd this place at all. The workers could barely speak proper English.

Something wrong with chicken here! Either it’s over fried or old chicken! I’ve been eating friend chicken from here since last 2 year! Since a few months the chicken doesn’t taste good, it feel like the meat is too old

Great location and staff but the chicken was horrid when it came to the taste and the fries had a weird extra salty taste to it. Loads of room for improvement.

The service was great and fast! The food was served fresh and delicious. Would recommend this location.

When we arrived there was a line up.
The staff looked confused, no one was taking orders, we stood around like tourists so we left.

Service is sooo slow. It always take soo long to wait telling us 25 mins sometimes more.chicken is good service is bad

Went to pick up dinner on Thursday. Staff was friendly but most of the food was horrible. Food used to be good here but has gone downhill. Chicken was overly salty like dipping it into salt. Biscuits were bland. Fries and gravy were ok. Apple pie was the only enjoyable item.

First time I went, I got the 10 piece chicken to serve with friends, did not disappoint. But recently I went to pick up chicken tenders, and my experience could have been better.

Reason:
The tenders were dry and hard to chew.

My first time trying this place. I got the 10pcs meal. This has got to be the worst chicken that I've ever tasted. Literally no flavor on the chicken and fries and not even crispy. I had to make a home made sauce just to give it more flavor. Ate it again 4hrs later and the skin was like rubber. I should have just gotten kfc or Popeyes. At least they don't make bland food

Chicken was not cooked properly and it mad me really sick. I can not go to this location again.

The person that was serving me was rude. My food was sitting there and I had to ask for it. By the time it was cold.

Worst service! I see 5 staff working inside. I was waiting there long time alongside few other customers. Nobody come to answer.

Forgot my drink with the combo, biscuits and chicken were plain, gave me an off tasting coleslaw and refused to give me a new one or change to another side when confronted. Awful and rude customer service. Location was filthy from top to bottom. AVOID at all costs!

I love their Spicy and Crispy Chicken. I wait for either Tuesday or Thursday to get the deal of the day.

Service was so so. Food is as always. We bought 10piece chicken. But value for money. The gravy was not upto the mark though.

No taste, fries no taste, basket dry and nooo taste, food is horrible.just a waste of money

It’s my first time writing a bad review. We waited for the food for 20 mins. After that I receive a cold sandwich, I went up to them and told them they heated it up in the microwave instead of making a new one. The place was very dirty although it was empty and they were not busy at all. Fries were old and hard. Went to get a drink it was water and clear. I am very disappointed after trying this place for the first time

I didn't dine in but the staff were quick and the chicken and fries were great. I found the biscuits a little sweet though.

Worst service by cashier muskan. I asked politely for salt and pepper and she yelled at me. She was so arrogant and disrespectful. She told to go buy salt and pepper from walmart. She told me that this is not a grocery shop where you are asking for salt and pepper. Disgusting behaviour. This girl needs to learn some manners how to behave with customers.
Moreover, she was taking orders with attitude saying thats all.i was ordering but she was so impatient and she was murmuring something.

Other cashier Anmol had a great service at night.

The wordt ever customer service and then she wss rude on asking things, i bielve with thiscustomer service u might get closed soon. She rather being underdtanding thought she could mock customer, i think she better know her salary is coming customers money. Asking for ectra salt n pepper she was like its not grocery store, since when asking for salt pepper becomes grocery store. People like her should not be in the customer service.

Had a wonderful experience. A girl welcomed me with a great smile and described me the menu in a proficient way. It was my first visit to churchs and it was really wonderful. I don't know the exact name of that girl but someone was calling her muskam i think but i'm not sure about that. At last i want to say that she's a strong team player.

We ordered 2 mexicana sandwiches. Its not even spice and the chicken is over fried. Tastes burnt.

Biscuits are amazing. But the chicken tenders were like cardboard, and somehow took them 20min to give me my order even though everything was just hanging out in the warming drawers.

I ordered a 5 pieces tender meal. The coleslaw and biscuits were good. The tenders were disgusting. The breading was hard as a rocks and tasteless and the meat was nasty. It was flavorless and a hard rubbery texture. Totally gross. Never again.
