Church's Texas Chicken

One of the best tasting fried chicken that taste spicy when you order spicy. If you ask them to make it fresh, it takes some time close to 25 minutes but the food is definitely fresh.
The only downside I see is that the lack of customer service when there is a dispute. I saw a client asking for refund as they did not enjoy the food and did the return. The lady across the counter started arguing and it did not present a good impression of how customers are treated.
If the owners read this, please invest some time and money in training the staff on how to handle difficult conversations with customers. Having a good customer care in the location speaks a lot.

Overall it is a great place to have a very nice fried chicken meal or a sandwich.taste great!

I was very skeptical to try this spot, but I was convinced by my brother that it beats Popeyes and Mary Brown… Let me tell you! It does! I tried their Mexican spicy crispy chicken, it was very hot and fresh. They use thick white breast chicken and NOT the dark type of meat which makes a huge difference. When I took the order home I realized they forgot to include my large box of fries sadly…. And It was late for me to go back for it…. Sucks. But overall a very good crispy chicken burger that you will enjoy and satisfy you. Will I return? Yes!

Nice halal fried chicken addition to the food scene in Mississauga west end, nice and friendly staff, prices and portions/size are decent but They were sold out/short of chicken pcs at Friday night,
Need to improve on that

The wait is long. Took 30 minutes for my order. Chicken is okay nothing special. Would rather popeyes

Very very mediocre, bland, tasteless chicken sandwich, felt like I was eating sand. All the 5 star reviews are from people with similar names, convinced they made fake account to make it seem like they are a good restaurant

Anybody that has this place as highly rated is a paid promoter. Absolutely bad customer service. Ordered ahead and after waiting in line for 40 mins to pay, was told order will be another 30 mins, and that too unapologetically

Management are liars and crooks. I asked them for the Saturday special. And I heard the girl tell the guy in Punjabi not to offer it and tell me they don't do specials on the weekend. There's a location on Argentina go there for better service.

Will put sandwiches and the biscuits on number 1, whenever I visit the place they greet me with a smile and always try to suggest the latest offers so that we could get the best deal, manager Shivam always give his best so that me and my family always visit the store whenever we pass by the place.
Overall the best franchisee in whole plaza.

I have been to most of the stores in the plaza but this place had the best taste the food quality was really great and the staff was so kind and helpful the guy name shivam was so good and made the best wrap i ever had. I special asked his name

Ordered 16pcs combo take out they told me theres not enough original chicken to complete my order asking if they could give me half spicy half original, another couple ordered after me 16pcs combo and the cashier took care of them really quick saying that all of the couple got are mostly spicy looking at the shelve they didn't touch the spicy. Also im doing this review meaning it took time for our order to be given to us.

Bad Customer Service on more than one occasion.missed items and no accountability or refund/credit.they do not even care.as you can see, they only respond to "customers" who give them 5 stars

Not the best franchise. Surprised by how unclean it is despite being so new, orders take way too long. Food is very suspect compared to other Church's. Disappointed.

The food is delicious, and almost very similar Popeyes.
The customer service is very ok

I visited that place with my family that was superb. I bought Mexican sandwich combo and family size chicken meal that was so juicy and luscious. Surly I will recommend to my friends to visit that place.

One of the newest locations to open up and I'm so happy it's in Mississauga, food is a must try and staff are really nice as well!

I went with my family. The taste was so good and juicy tenders. Biscuits ars so good. Nice staff and clean environment over there. I recommend everyone to go there and try chicken.

I had a wonderful experience at Church's. The staff was really nice and the food was fantastic. I loved the chicken and jalepeno bombers.

Went over the other day with a bunch of friends and received great service and the food was great, will go again!

Today I asked for 2 orders of spicy chicken womgs combos.
I got mild chicken wings and forget to provide the sauce and the order was incomplete that I had to go back and forth 3 times until she got the order right.
Unpleasant experience.

I went to this place last week and the staff is very friendly and helpful loved their service. I ordered a mexician wrap and it was delicious. I would surely recommend it to my friends.
