Church's Texas Chicken

The food was mediocre at best. Took a while to get our order and the place seemed disorganized. Most of our order was bagged before they even started cooking the "mega bites", which were very small. Was told dipping sauce was not included with the mega bites and got charged for 2 sauces even though I only wanted one. Unlikely we will return. Would not recommend.

I went today to this location and the worker was very friendly + the food was halal. Sadly that was the only good thing about my visit. I was informed I would have to wait approx 10 minutes for my food. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for my food (which didn’t taste that great). I’ve had their food at the Niagara falls location and it tasted much better. Wish I could rate better but would not come again.

Tasty chicken, wraps and amazing app service. You can order and have your order ready for pick up! Mr K is really welcoming with his staff. Overall great place to dine!

First the food: perfect. Nice portion sizes. Fresh. Delicious! The chicken is so flavourful! My first bite into my first Mexican wrap, the chicken was so juicy. I was hooked! Today I got the same Mexican wrap combo with jalapeno poppers, an 8 piece spicy combo with gravy and onion rings, and finally an order of chicken tenders. The food is immaculate. Cleanly cooked, crisp breading, the cheese in the poppers melts perfectly and is wonderfully spiced! The chicken is the same. Spiced and just all around too much to ignore. The service: impeccable. Such kind and expedient workers there! Polite, courteous, easy to speak to, and very understanding and considerate. I had to wait about 20 mins for spicy bone in chicken (they have boneless options too) and I figured why not. I waited the time and thanks to that, got fresh spicy chickem that my parents enjoyed! The time? Forgiveable since I think I went there around the time they opened? So they were just getting things prepped and cooked whilst still serving food. The wonderful person behind the counter gave me an additional two tenders along with my 3tender order! I literally just waited and I'm very patient, but they rewarded me with 2 tenders. Delicious! In my joy to continue with the rest of my errands, I walked out and only after taking my pup to the vet did I realize I had no drink with my combo order. When I went back, I brought my receipt in and told the same cashier who took, cooked, and packed my order. This dude, am absolute gem! Not only did I get two tenders for waiting, but for not remembering to give me a cup for my drink, this peach of a human basically upgraded me to a bottled beverage. No fuss. No fighting. Patience, a smile, and manners go a long way and sometimes it's the little things. Extra chicken and a bottled drink? Church's is definitely my go to for chicken and anything amazingly spiced!

Service wasn't the greatest took 40 mins to get the food and the chicken was undercooked the fries and onion rings were cold. Was my first time going there and probably my last

The restaurant is dirty. Garbage everywhere. Poor service. Waited 45 minutes for food. Taste was very dry and tasted like flour. Will never go back. First and only time.

Better tha KFC, and Popeyes. It's not too greasy, and their onion rings are the best.

While my family and I really enjoy there fried chicken I am really getting tired of being robbed and shorted chicken. Everytime I buy I get the family meal of 12 pieced or 16 pieces and when I get home an count the pieces I'm short. First time it was 2 pieces.second time was 1 piece. Like why are you all doing this
Do I have to open my box everytime an count it? Very disappointing.

Chicken fries and biscuits were very good. Great customer service, especially from Qusian. Would recommend over other fast food chains like popeyes and kfc.

Very friendly staff. Had the 8 piece dark meat: Chicken had a great crunch and was nice and juicy. We also had, spicy tenders that were really nice: good level of spice and nice crispy breading.

At churchs. For dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. Forget kfc or swiss chalet. Churches is tops.

The best chicken in the city hands down. Better than KFC and Popeyes. I hope they end up getting a location on the mountain! Staff was very friendly, and the owner was very humble. It was very clean when I came in.

Chicken burger was alright but the fries and onion rings were phenomenal - crisp to perfection.

Portions are awesome, great value just found the regular chicken to be blah. No flavour at all. I will try the spicy next time.

Have ordered from here a couple times now. I'm happy with the quality if the food i get, way better than the slop the KFC'S around the city try to serve us. Only complaints I have are they could use an extra staff member or 2. They seem overwhelmed at times. Fries could be better and a family size serving in the large would be nice. For the area the store is in it was much needed.
