Church's Texas Chicken

Ordered via uber and my order arrive quick. However, I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo and specifically selected
the dark meat option for all 3 pieces and they still messed up my order and gave me one white piece.

Order 2 chicken sandwhichs on uber, they were both cold. The chicken was cold, the cheese was cold and the buns were cold. The cheese did not melt at all on the chicken sandwhich. That tells me the chicken was cold when it left the store for delivery. My office is across the street, we were not impressed.

Ordered 8 piece chicken today, gave me mostly drumsticks and the chicken is smaller in size than it used to be. The biscuits
which this so good everytime I order were cold and dry today. I'm not going to order for a while, not worth the price if they are going to do this. Too many issues with the food the last 2 orders.

Never again in my life. Tex burger seemed undercooked. Spent a horrible night feeling nauseous and wanting to puke it out.

Disappointing first experience at Church's (Queens Quay). Sat down with the family to eat and the dining area (along with the bathrooms) was covered with fruit flies.

Awesome service and of course, you already know about the food. I did order 6 extra biscuits and they didn't even blink an eye. They know how addictive their biscuits are!

The food was great and the personal was very nice. The price is more than reasonable for what you get. Way better than other fast food

Ria is really sweet and helpful! Overall their service is pretty nice and their price point is also nice. They serve all halal menu too.

I’m normally a huge fan of churches chicken. I would take it over any other chicken place. However, this location is subpar compared to others. The chicken, that is normally as tender as a little baby, was dry as a desert. And onion rings were so dry and brittle that with enough ingenuity someone could fashion them into a prison shank. The staff was super nice, the food wasnt tho.

Mexican sig.chicken sandwich had no taste! The batter used in the sandwich did not seem fresh. Moreover, the fountain machine did not have carbonated drinks. Got a pop instead after I questioned them.

Salika was very helpful and patient. She took her time and explained the many options available with the price differences. Because of her great customer service and the fresh food, I will come back again!

The Mexicana sandwich consisted of burnt buns and cold cheese. Drink machine not working. Save your time and go somewhere else.

They have the best fried chicken, sandwiches and staff in downtown. Great food great people makes a great time, I would highly recommend ending your meal with there ice cream shortcake! Trust it’s the best

Fries were cold, sandwich was cold. No napkins available and when asked for mayo asked for extra $$$

The butter and herb chicken was really good and fresh! The chicken sandwich however was mediocre and not fresh. Would definitely come back to try again.

It’s amazinggggg and best thing is it’s halallllll… Do try the garlic herb chicken and spicy tenders.

Loved their fire sandwich and fire tenders so much! If you like spicy, fire tenders are for you.

We bought fried chicken. When we ate it, it was unbelievable salty, we felt so weird. My wife and I both had diarrhea later, and we knew the reason why it was unbelievable salty. They use the tooo salty cover up the bad smell of the chicken. We both had diarrhea twice.

Disappointed.
When they first opened the food was always good i used to come in and order frequently however, after a couple months of the store being opened i noticed the food is declining and the prices are jumping up.

Warning: The food upsets your stomach everytime.

When i -used to order- the Mex sandwich, the chicken would be raw in the middle. My partner also experienced the same issue. This happened on more than one occasion that's the main reason we stopped with the sandwiches.and today i ordered a "Mex Wrap" combo my wrap had no chicken, It was all breading and it was hard. I know 100% they gave me YESTERDAYS chicken to make my wrap with!

That's a new low and unacceptable.

AND where was the tomatoes? Onions? And the lettuce? My entire wrap was filled with cheese and hot sauce.

They are clearly getting cheap on the vegetables too, what did i pay for? A drink and fries?

Honestly, this is the final straw i will not be returning and same goes for my partner and friend's within the community, as they all experienced food quality issues.

The girls at Church's Texas Chicken are great and quick at the service but in the end, it's all about the food not the service.
