They need to be more careful when making the food, the chicken in my burger was crispy from the outside and very raw in the inside

Do not eat here! Disgusting food Me and my friend ate the chicken which was raw and uncooked and became extremely sick with vomiting and food poisoning for several days with a very high fever.their food is stale and under cooked service is horrible we informed the staff on this issue and they did nothing to compensate us at all. There is multiple bad reviews in this comment section about the food being stale and chicken being raw.do not waste your money.

Not the place for atmosphere. Pretty good chicken with flavour. Fries were good too. Everything was steaming hot.

Food generally tastes okay but staff don't seem to know what they're doing. Sometimes they tell you the wrong prices, different from what's written on the menu board.its hard to communicate with them as their English seems to be short, and they keep forgetting to include a biscuit or a drink when I order a combo

First time trying this place. The chicken was juicy and crispy, but not oily. The jalapeno poppers were really spicy. Even my husband who can take spicy food, thought it was intense too. Overall, it was a good experience. Definitely recommending to people.

This store and especially it’s employees are spectacular! I’ve been having a subpar December but then I ordered on uber around 10pm on the 24th of December and they made my order with so much love I could taste it. They made my month so far and I truly appreciate the employees of 3450 Major Mackenzie Church’s Chicken.

OMG. The best biscuits I have ever had in my life. Mexicana sandwich was really good too. That's what I called really Texas spices.

Consistently short staffed. Expect a wait no matter the time of day. The time I came with my wife and baby, waited 20 mins. After following up twice, the cashier apologized not sure what’s going on in the back. They forgot to cook my order. After 30 mins, got our food. Thankfully, the manager was on duty and he generously offered 1 biscuit for the wait.

I've been to other locations, but this location in Vaughan is hands down the best! Such nice employees, very caring and ensuring we are satisfied! They gave us extra biscuits and the food is very good in terms of taste and quality! Recommend!

I ordered chicken sandwich. Meat is dry and its not crispy. I guess they dont know what texas chicken is. Shame

I had two piece spicy chicken, a biscuit, and mashed potatoes with gravy for lunch yesterday. All items were fresh and tasty. Chicken was hot, crispy and juicy and even better with hot sauce. Church's is a good alternative to the other fried chicken chains.

Simran was very helpful and gave me quick service. I will surely return to this location again. It nice and clean.

First time here, had to order chicken sandwich thought it would actually chicken but was frozen and not cooked all the way through, all mushy in the centre of the patty no crunch. Was suppose to be fresh because the worker said sandwich would take longer. The picture on the menu and then sandwich that came was a lie. Chicken and biscuit were good but the chicken wasn’t fresh either seem to be sitting there for a bit.

Ordered right at 9 (it closes at 10) and was served some old cold chicken, barely edible. Only reason it wasn’t a 1 star is that the biscuit is always amazing

I love the food and service here! The staff are so nice, and my food is always fresh. I’m so glad there’s finally a Church’s in Vaughan, their chicken is way better than Popeyes or KFC.
