One of the best branch with great customer service and atmosphere. Always serve fresh food with sufficient quantity. Me and my family loves to visit for the Jalapeño bombers almost every week which is a specialty of this restaurant.

Counter staff were pleasant and helpful. This is my first time here and I will definitely come back.

You have the worst WiFi ever since more than 2 years I talked to the employees many many times and each time they said we tell the computer technician to fix till now nothing happens, I hate to come to this location.

One of our favourite spot to grab dinner. Eveything is cook to perfection and very clean space.

Been here multiple times. Staff has a smile on faces always. Food almost always fresh. The location interior is clean and better than every popeyes.

I went to buy dinner for my family on the night of the Snow Storm last week. Brought food home and when i opened, the chicken was smelling. I called and the lady on the phone agreed that they gave me bad chicken. Next day when i went to get my refund, the manager Pratik said a day has already passed so no refund only chicken replacement. I said i need a refund so they refused. Anyways their Customer Service and Food quality is very bad. I lost my money, i do not want anyone else to suffer the same thing. Never going there again. For sure.

This place is decreasing its quality and quantity while prices go up. I placed an order through Skip the dishes some time ago for a chicken tender combo. When it was dropped off I was surprised to see that instead of the full cardboard boxes they used to have with closable /hinged lids, they now have substituted it for a cardboard crate less than half the size of the cardboard boxes they used to pack these combos in. That crate was put in a brown paper bag which was placed in a plastic bag. It was raining heavily that day and needless to say my food arrived all wet and soggy. On top of that, I received like 11 fries, I guess the smaller crate was strategically bought so they could give less food. Overall it would have been nice to receive my food in a proper cardboard box to help protect it from rain and snow. Sometime before this I went in for a pick up order and they served the food in the same small crate and after waiting for 20mins (with only 1 customer in store before us) I received my to go order and noticed a part of it was missing when I got home. They could also serve to improve their staff diversity quotas…also as another review pointed out, beware of the fake reviews who are likely friends of the owners. This place used to be great and in the past few years the quality and quantity has declined you can see that management is getting cheaper and cheaper now substituting paper trays fries used to come in for brown bags, and cardboard boxes for combos they now use small crates with no lid.

The service is very good, Navneet is the best service person for this location, The food is always the best.

I was there last week with my friends and the food was very delicious and the person who took our order i think name her name was jaspreet she was very polite and offer us deals too.

Best fired chicken in town, no question. Don't waste your money on the other fired chicken places. The food is fresh and delicious. I recommend asking them when they are making a new batch.

I ordered a pickup through uber eats for 2 fire chicken sandwich combos. When I got home, the sandwiches were different. None of them were fire ones. The paper bag had FIRE written all over it on it though. I called the store and explained. Their literal words were “you can complain to uber and get your refund” and they hung up. Wouldn’t kill you to listen what the customer is saying especially when you ask feedback by writing “feedback pls” on the paper bags.

Better biscuits than Popeyes, better chicken than Mary Browns, better sides than Quik Chik (check out their chef’s specials and grab some macaroni and cheese bites if you don’t believe me), and don’t even get me started on their highly coveted dill sauce

Counter girls are always friendly and helping. Everyone must visit here. Worker over the place always treat me as a family member.so this is one of my favourite location to visit. Love the chicken. Always fresh, tender and juicy.

Great food, but main and bovaird location (Walmart plaza) employee’s seem to hate their job. I understand people need a pay check at the end of the day but come on if the job isn’t for you maybe you should not be doing it.

Bad customer service. Nothing right at all.

Cold Burger patty and the buns. Nothing crispy.large fries in which burnt ones were placed underneath the good ones while I was standing infront and watching it.

I don't know may be the owner ask them to do so.

Chicken was nice and hot when we got it.it was juicy and tasty.one of the best fried chicken franchises out there.will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Uber eats order.
2 for 1 2 PC meal with side, missing a side.
Mexicana sandwich was cold to the touch! Chicken coating on it was dry and rubbery, obviously old and precooked. The sandwich was also very flat, nothing like the image.
Disgusting. Will never be back.

They gave me old oily cold chicken tenders that have been sitting there the whole day I came back and they re heated the same ones instead of making me fresh tenders I should throw the food at the workers face for the disrespect at this location

They have the best biscuits you can ever get. Specially when they are warm, the touch of honey is just too good! The fire sandwiches are pretty fire too but honestly the Biscuits are what keeps me going back!

Also the service is excellent. Everyone makes mistakes, so during Halloween, our order was not as accurately done. I reached out to the store, where Mia (I believe he is the owner) went out of his way to correct the order and made up for the time wasted. They way the handled the situation, was amazing and makes me their loyal customer!

In a love with chicken. Just tried a new LTO garlic glaze chicken its amazing. Thank you Church’s team always come with different flavours. New LTO are on fire. They already launched fire tenders and fire sandwich they are so good. Best team ever

Their burgers, fries and biscuits are really good. Their chicken has no taste at all. A big disappointment.

Customer service was good

Extremely low quality food. The chicken burgers are grocery store frozen food quality. I seriously think they buy the same boxes of burgers we have at home and simply cook the frozen burgers. The fries are those curly McCain style fries you can also get at the grocery store. While the tenders were pretty good, there is absolutely no defensible reason for this quality of food to cost as much as it does. A 5 tender combo and two chicken sandwich deals cost us $36 on Uber and that's despite having the Eats Pass and free delivery. Every other fried chicken place in the area has far better quality food and costs less or about the same. If you're thinking of ordering fried chicken and you don't want Popeyes, don't order Church's Chicken (unless all you want are tenders). Get Quik Chik or Mary Brown's instead.

Would give 0 stars if I could ordered with door dash and only received one of the meals that I had ordered waited over an hour just to receive HALF of what I paid for. Their chicken is gross anyways, would never order again. KFC / Pop Eyes all the way don’t waste your time with this tasteless chicken.

Jalapeño poppers (bombers)! Do I need say more? The side alone makes me love Church's. Chicken is always fresh, crispy and lovely, and the sandwiches or wraps are absolute perfection.

Wowwwww! Thank you Preet. It was my first time at church’s. As you said everything on menu is good. The food was fresh and tasty. Store was clean and tidy. You left Popeyes behind. Keep it up and thank you for great hospitality.

Their chicken strangely enough is mediocre but they have the BEST sandwiches ever, Crunchy Mexicana is my favorite with their crunchy and amazing Onion Rings.

My boyfriend discovered this hidden gem when we had some late night munchies on Uber eats. Instead of Popeyes where it’s always busy and underwhelming, I’m so glad we chose this place. The chicken is consistently good and honey butter biscuits are to die for. Preet helped me out one night and gave me 3 for 1 biscuits which prompted me to make this 5 star review. They give great customer service coming from a customer service director myself, I am looking forward to go back! Keep it up!
