I have to this place alot of times as it's my place to go when i am free, sad or bored because the food her is really good. The quality they serve is great and staff they have is sweet and respectful. I would really suggest people this place if they are willing to spend some good time on good food.

HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
THE GIRL AT THE FRONT NAMELY SHUBHKARMAN OR SHUBHKARAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. Having so much ego doesn’t help in customer service businesses. I bought a few items at the store today (Sunday at 8: 45pm) and while waiting i got into a conversation with her while replying to my queries she became violent in her words and showed me useless attitude for no reason. These type of egoist and immature people shouldn’t be hired at reputed franchises. She was literally telling me “ SPEAK WHATSOEVER YOU WANT TO SPEAK AND LEAVE THE STORE”
Is this the way your stupid employees should be treating your valued customers?
I come here every now and then but this was the worst experience! I hope the management will take this seriously and teach her some customer service etiquettes.

I visited yesterday there. The store was super clean and have very supportive and friendly staff. Food was great by taste and presentation too.

Just went there at around 1: 30am and the lady today at shift hates her job so much. Non existent customer service didn’t even reply my thankyou. Got a tender wrap nd they gave me a plain tender with tortilla. 0 don’t recommend at all.

The chicken was very crisp and juicy. French Fries could be crisper. I would choose the sandwich over their regular chicken. It is a bit pricy but tasty.

People are not friendly, the communication barrier is bad you have to repeat your order 3 or more times. Chicken is always pink in the middle.

Went in for a couple of combos. Got home and they didn’t include the fries. The tenders were not golden but rather pale. The sandwich was ok, but nothing special. I don’t think we will be going there again.

Wow… I just ordered through Uber eats. And that jalepeno burger was just AMAZING. I’ve been to another location and was dissatisfied; but what I got from here was just perfect! Will 100% order again.

The chicken was well seasoned and breaded, fried to a beautiful golden brown. The bun was just the icing on the cake as it was soft and delicious. I would recommend the biscuits as they are light with a great crunch and succulently sweet. 10/10 for a chicken sandwich experience.

On Tuesday the 15th day of November 2022 at approximately 1pm, I visited Church’s Texas Chicken located at Centennial Plaza Brampton.
I was greeted by Sandeep - the store manager.
I tried their Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Broast, Biscuits along with Fries.
I was unable to decide which one was better than the others. All of them were extremely delicious.

I recommend this business with all of my confidence.

Clearly messed up with my order. We ordered for 5 people - 3 Tex supreme, 9 tenders, 1 large jalapeño bombers and 5pc chicken. But she billed only for 1 Tex supreme, 3tenders and 3pc chicken. We realized it after reaching home! Please carefully listen to the orders, if needed, repeat it before the customer pays.

One of the beat fried chicken in the town, and the daily specials are the best

Always heard about church's Texas chicken, tried it for the first time and it was amazing.
It kinda seemed like the upkeep could have been better at this location but as for the food itself, I will choose church's fried chicken over KFC and Popeyes.
The fries and biscuit from church's was interesting, but I did not enjoy the clod slaw as much. Marry browns fried chicken might be a competition, but Its been awhile since Ive last had Marry browns too fairly judge at this moment.

Loved the presentation and mostly the food. They treated me so great and mentioned everything that is in the menu. Staff is so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

The best spot for chicken and excellent customer service. I came very late to the store and Karan, a night shift worker STILL made my food with a happy face and respect. Highly recommended spot for service AND great chicken. Thank you Karan and church's chicken for your kindness and service.

Every thing is served fresh and juicy. And your meal is a game of seconds for them to ready. Recommended for students.

The chicken was so good, plus the employees were very friendly and though this was my first time, they showed me every best chicken sandwiches. The environment was so positive there. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit at-least once. You will surely get the good service there.

However the food wasn't cooked. I Got an 8 piece megabites, and the chicken is still pink on the inside.

Counter ladies were really pleasant but 20 minutes wait for chicken is a bit ridiculous considering this is a fast food CHICKEN joint.the one thing you should have on hand is chicken. First time here and will probably be my last.

The BOGO offers are really good,
Especially the wraps on Saturdays.
Mexicana wrap is a must try.

Service was great and welcoming.
Chicken had smell especially from leg piece and it was little pink. I don't think so I'll ever eat it again.

Went there for a 3 PC chicken deal on door dash, the biscuits were sweet and crumbly, the chicken was spicy and the pieces were generous

The service is always good and the staff are always proactive. I wish I knew the staff's names, because they do such a great job. I usually come after work on the weekdays and the staff are always cleaning and even remember my order. Small things like this really show how much they appreciate your business and management/owners should really reward them for things like this. It's a rare sight in fast food.

I went yesterday to the store to place an order and i was surprised to see how helping the team. I ordered chicken wings and those were so fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed. I would highly recommend to visit this place.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.bought food here a few times and the fries and chicken are way to greasy. The first time I overlooked the issue as a one time screw up, but had the same experience the second and third time. NOT BUYING FROM HERE ANYMORE. Plus the chicken smells funny as if the oil is not being changed on time. NEEDS MORE EXPERIENCED COOKS IN MY OPINION. The staff is friendly.

I was denied access to their washroom, citing the pandemic.after reiterating my need to use the facilities I was still denied access.

Not crowded at time of patronizing. Taste is discretionary. For me the spicy chicken meat was more saltier than spicy, but the fries were great. Not spacious. No more than 3 customers could be comfortably accommodated at a time.

Awesome customer service. The associate that helped me today was awesome. Food is amazing & affordable. Will be coming to this location again.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich
I saw the girl putting two slices of cheese on the sandwich, when I asked why did she put chesse on it she stated (all the sandwiches comes with chesse) I showed her the sandwich on the board has NO cheese on it, then I went on the website and showed her the picture and description that it dosent have chesse. I kindly asked her to take it off which I thought she did, but when I got home she left a slice of cheese on.which I think she deliberately did. My wife refused to eat it because the cheese melted on it!

Well, this is what $14.66 buys you! 2 servings of 6 piece chicken tenders and you should pay for dippings on top of that!

This location recently opened. I'm impressed with the food and overall experience. Definitely recommend everyone to try.

Succulent chicken which is juicy and cooked to the bone and the best biscuits. I am glad they opened a branch near to us.will be visiting often

OMG OMG OMG. I can't get enough of biscuits. Ate half of a dozen on first try. Unbelievably delicious, and fresh. Fried chicken is more flavorful than KFC and Popeyes. Mexicana sandwich is a bomb. Gosh, where were you guys before.

The best food and quality. The owner was there and the way he is leading i can tell you this is the place in my favorite list. I got wings and biscuits. Absolutely! Recommend everyone to try it.
